Excellent! My daughter got married at La Casa Toscana in Fort Myers this year. I was not involved in the wedding planning, but my husband and I paid for the majority of the weddin...
g. My daughter and Angelina worker together closely during the planning process. We did not hear much about how the planning was going... but we noticed that our daughter was not stressed or anxious about any of the wedding planning details, and she seemed to be enjoying it all. This was important to us because we always hear how stressful it can be to plan a wedding.
The week of the wedding arrives and my daughter is still very calm and confident as the week continues. When we arrived at the wedding rehearsal, Angelina greeted everyone and we completed the rehearsal in less than an hour. It was completely planned out, Angelina knew everyone's names, and directed all in what we needed to do for the wedding day. I could then see why my daughter enjoyed working with Angelina. She was so organized and had the best personality. She was great to work with.
On the wedding day... all I can say is that everyone was blown away with how BEAUTIFUL everything was. Angelina and her team, and all the vendors made the day such a joy! The venue staff was amazing; all the vendors prepared the wedding day according to plan, and we were treated like royalty.
As a mother it's indescribable to see your daughter's fairytale wedding come to life. And that is exactly what happened on my daughter's wedding day. My husband and I were so happy our daughter chose to work with Angelina and The Apostolic Wife team. The wedding day was perfect; from the time we arrived, to the time we left, and even the next day when Angelina texted my daughter to just check in for one last time and make sure we had everything.
I recommend Angelina and The Apostolic Wife team to any bride/mother of the bride a million times over. I would give her 10 stars if I could!
OUTSTANDING!! Angelina planned and designed our beautiful wedding, and then recently she planned our baby shower! Our wedding was amazing and everything that I dreamed of, but the ...
baby shower was sooooo incredible!
This company doesn’t do many baby showers, but after seeing Angelina design her own baby shower, I wanted something similar! A luxury baby shower!!!!!!
When the day came, Angelina and her team made sure everything was put together perfectly. We didn’t have to worry about anything! I didn’t think I needed it at the time, but I really wish I would have hired a professional photographer to capture all the beautiful details. Everything turned out more amazing than we could have imagined! It was worth every penny!
You HAVE to hire Angelina and her team!
My wedding day was so amazing... and I couldn't have done it without The Apostolic Wife. I had a very specific look I wanted for my weddin...
g day... but I didn't even know how or where to start. I found Angelina on Instagram and knew INSTANTLY that she would be my planner and designer. I immediately fell in LOVE with her design style and hired her right away.
I literally only had to show Angelina my Pinterest board... and she brought the whole vision to life. She planned everything to which photographer we would pick, which florist and which flowers we would use, and she even came to our menu tasting to help us plan the most amazing dining experience for our guest. She really knows her stuff!!
Things that I didn't even think about, Angelina took care of it all for me. She kept us on schedule, she met with us frequently, and she was always available when I had questions.
When we walked into the reception... I almost cried because everything looked even better than I could have imagined. She brought the vision to life... but I was still surprised at how beautiful it looked after all the planning. I didnt want to leave my reception... it was the pretties place I've ever seen... and it was MY WEDDING!! Every bride needs to book The Apostolic Wife.
Best Vendor Ever!
Booking Angelina and her team was the best decision we ever made. From our very first call with her, to even after the wedding, she has by far exceeded our expect...
ations.
We knew that booking a wedding planner would be the most important part of our planning journey since we were investing so much money into having the most perfect day!
Angelina and her team, AND her vendors were worth every penny!
We had our dream wedding and didn’t have to worry about a single thing because Angelina handled it all!
All of my guests were blown away with our wedding, and I couldn’t have done it without Angelina!!!
I hate to leave a poor review, but like many of the other reviews have said, working with Angelina was beyond stressful. I hope this helps others make a good choice in planners. I ...
was in tears working with her and it truly made the wedding planning process unmanageable.
I hired Angelina for her full service 'micro wedding' package. There are so many things that went terribly, but to give a few examples:
1. About a month before our wedding, Angelia canceled our contract. This was the day after I finally broke down and asked her point blank what I was responsible for doing vs. her because it was beyond confusing and nothing was getting accomplished.
In hindsight I'm glad she did bc it was a disaster and I was able to hire another planner that couldn't have been more (better) different. Working with that other planner was a night/ day difference and simply confirmed that Angelina was unprofessional, disorganized and didn't have the relationships to adequately plan an event. Angelina also kept my money, which was shocking... I truly didn't know what she could have said she actually did.
2. Not once did she reach to me to start the process of hiring vendors (and she supposed to be full service)! Every interaction was started with me, I received no guidance in the planning process.
3. Angelina does not instill any sort of confidence that she is a professional. I hired a planned to help me make good choices in vendors, design, etc. Angelina's response was often 'Whatever you think'...
4. Angelina DOES NOT have connections with other vendors. I was getting married in Longboat Key... she said she was a Tampa based planner... her recommendations were from Macro Island, Orlando, etc. No one local to the area. In fact, when she would try to contact other vendors and they didn't respond to her, she would tell me to just fill out the inquiry form and work with them. Clearly she didn't have connections to these people.
5. Her 'design' process was so confusing. When I finally got frustrated and started asking questions she first said, oh my sister does that part??, then she sent me a PowerPoint slides with some images thrown on?
I really wished I would have chosen a different planner from the onset of this process, I thought I was going crazy working with Angelina. Once I had a different vendor in place things were GREAT. I wish I had them for the beginning so I could have enjoyed the planning process!
Amazing!!! She created a fairytale wedding for my daughter! We worked with Angie for over a year. Planning with her was a pure joy. She was EXTREMELY thorough in her ability ...
manage all our vendors Her vision and design for the wedding surpassed all our expectations!! The day of the wedding was so smooth and everything was perfect!! Huge success!!!
I cannot recommend Angelina and her team enough! I am a natural stress ball lol, so when I knew I wanted to hire a planner, Angelina and I just clicked! Her calming demeanor was ex...
actly what I needed on our wedding day. Her and her team are calm, cool, and collected, but do every single thing in their power to make the day flow perfectly. I wouldn't have had such an incredible day without her and her team! They are so professional when working with all my vendors, beyond organized, and have a sense of style and an eye for design that is truly a natural talent. Angelina was by my side every step of the way, and was ALWAYS there when I needed to chat. She always made it clear to tell me I was never bothering her and I could reach out to her anytime. They made my day so special and I felt such a close connection with her and the team! I am so grateful they were a huge part of our day! Thank you team!!
I originally hired a different decorator for my wedding but something was missing. I needed Angelina Colhouer to put her touch of elegance on everything. What an amazing job her an...
d Kelly did! They went above and beyond to make sure we had the BEST DAY EVER! We cannot thank you enough for making our day a DREAM COME TRUE!
To all Brides, BOOK ANGELINA AND HER TEAM NOW!
Angelina, Kelly & Brianna were a dream team. Worth every penny. I had a destination wedding and thought I could plan and handle every...
thing myself. But, I was mistaken. The Apostolic Wife handled everything leading up to and on our big day! They made our wedding run seamlessly, everything worked out perfectly. Their hard work allowed myself, family, and friends to truly enjoy the day! They thought of everything and made our wedding absolutely beautiful. Trying to put into words how much they did for us and how grateful we felt to have them on our wedding day is tough, so my only piece of advice is to just BOOK NOW!!!
Asking The Apostolic Wife team to help coordinate our wedding was the best decision we made. My partner and I got married at a location that is not typically a wedding venue, but K...
elly and Brianna made miracles happen and transformed the space. Kelly and Brianna were receptive to our design ideas and worked one-on-one with the photographer and videographer to get picturesque shots of all our decorations.
Kelly and Brianna were also helpful for our family's special dietary needs; they made certain that those with dietary restrictions had easy access to their separate meals.
I cannot speak highly enough of The Apostolic Wife team!
Angelina and her team (Kelly & Brianna) are a DREAM! They made my wedding day run so smoothly and the decor looked absolutely stunning. I can’t thank them enough for everything tha...
t they have done... from phone calls/meetings/late night texts leading up to the big day, keeping guests entertained and calm (even when the fire alarm went off), always fixing my bustle, staying late to make sure things were in order, and being all around genuine, fun, and happy boss babes!
If you are looking for event planning/coordinating services... BE SURE to reach out to this team! They are amazing and you will not be disappointed!
Lifesaver!! I truly do not know what we would have done without Angelina. My husband, family, and I will forever be grateful for all of Angelina’s help during the wedding planning ...
process and our big day! She went WAY above and beyond to do anything she could to make sure we would have our dream wedding. Planning a wedding is stressful, so having someone who knows what they are doing, understands your vision, LOVES weddings, and has a good sense of humor is key. We worked with Briana and Kelly for our rehearsal and Angelina/Kelly for our wedding day. I cannot recommend The Apostolic Wife enough…hands down the best vendor out of everyone we booked!!!
Angelina went above and beyond in helping us plan our wedding day. We initially hired her as a day of coordinator but she quickly became so much more-- answering any questions and ...
attending our final venue walk through. That is why it made it a tad harder to work with her assistants on the day of since we had already established so much rapport and trust with Angelina. A few things did not go exactly as planned including our family tables' seating being reversed, but I partly blame myself for either the way I put the place cards in order, not also giving them a visual of the seating chart or having the time to go check the reception space beforehand. Overall, hiring The Apostolic Wife definitely took a lot of stress off of us the day of as well as throughout the planning process!
I just wanted to take a moment to leave a brief review. We worked with Angelina and she was our day of coordinator and helped set up everything for our wedding. Angelina was very f...
riendly and helpful with suggesting vendors and even allowing us to give her our decor items ahead of time so that no one had to worry about it the day of. Since we were planning the wedding ourselves, Angelina asked for photos to be sent to her of how we wanted things set up and I even went as far as letting her know which linens went where since we bought them ourselves and on which tables to put them on since the venue had a few decorative tables. Overall, the setup was beautiful, but there were quite a few things that were set up differently than we had asked. The table cloth on our sweetheart table was pink instead of gray and the dessert table was gray instead of pink. One of the cocktail tables was missing from the patio so they were staggered a bit differently than we hoped for. Also, the bar and photo booth were setup in a different place than originally planned which made that area look a bit crowded. These were all little details that nobody else really noticed but us, but since we had taken the time and effort to be thorough, we were expecting it to be setup similarly. Despite these details, Angelina was really patient and very professional, helping to alleviate some of the stress that comes with planning.
It was a pleasure working with Angelina! We hired her as our Day of Coordinator but I would definitely recommend her as a Wedding Planner because she went above and beyond her duti...

Where do I begin... I had learned of The Apostolic Wife a few weeks into my 11 month engagement. Angelina met with me and I hired her as my day of coordinator immediately. I think ...
it is safe to say that I texted her at least 2 times a week from the point I hired her up until the wedding. She never once made me feel like I wasn’t a top priority. She treated me as if I was the only bride she was working for. The day of my wedding Samantha was with Angelina. She is the absolute sweetest. I highly recommend using The Apostolic Wife! My only regret is not hiring her to be my full blown wedding planner! I can’t thank them enough for executing this DIY brides vision!
Angelina helped save the day! She made sure all the details were coming together in a stressful time crunch. She kept us on schedule and everything running smoothly. She was so eas...

Angelina, from the Apostolic Wife, was absolutely amazing! I really enjoyed working with her over the last year for our December wedding! I never had to worry about lack of communi...
cation! Anytime I needed to ask her something or I had to share an idea, I always received a timely response!! She definitely cares about what you want as the bride, and she advocates for you as your planner!! If she knows it’s something you may not like, no worries, she’ll take care of it!! She’s heavily involved in the planning process! I met with her several times throughout the year, whether in Orlando or Tampa, to go over different things related to the wedding. She definitely works hard to deliver what you envision for your wedding day!! I appreciated that! Angelina & her team exceeded beyond my expectations for our wedding!! Everything that we planned and discussed throughout the year, just to see it all come to fruition, it was breathtaking, to say the least!! It definitely makes me want to relive that day all over again! Her team is professional, kind & sweet! They were very helpful in making sure all of our needs were met on the day of!! I really enjoyed & appreciated working with Angelina. Even though we had a business relationship, I felt, as if, I gained a friend through the process! She was truly a gift to us & she truly has a gift, from God, with wedding planning!!
