About this vendor
Bringing your wedding into existence requires seemingly an endless list of tasks to be completed and decisions to be made. To successfully plan and execute a wedding is to accomplish a great feat as a couple. One nontrivial but meaningful aspect is ensuring thank you notes are delivered to all of those who will bestow their generosity on you all during this time. Depending on the size of your wedding, this can often feel like an overwhelming task.
That's where ThankCraft comes in to assist you! Our service helps you ease the process of delivering pen-written thank-you notes to all your guests promptly and with ease. You simply upload your guests and gifts as a spreadsheet and answer a few questions. Our AI will take this information and write a thoughtful note to each of your guests while maintaining your ability to edit and review the notes as desired before sending them off to be written on your behalf. You select the cards and handwriting to craft the notes, which will be written by special robots that will pen the notes. The notes will be sent directly to your guests.
Save time and stress, all while ensuring your guests receive your heartfelt thanks.

After my wedding, life was hectic—my wife and I were merging our lives, and I was also navigating a career change. Writing 150 individualized thank-you cards felt impossible. I tri...
ed for a few days, made it through about 20, and then gave up. That’s when I discovered ThankCraft, and it was a lifesaver.
Since I had used The Knot to plan my wedding and manage my guest list, the process was seamless. I simply downloaded my guest list spreadsheet, made a few adjustments, and uploaded it to ThankCraft. Within seconds, AI-generated thank-you notes were ready for each guest, and with just a click, they were sent out.
The AI did a great job, though I tweaked a few messages to make them more personal for close family members. One downside is that you can’t upload your own card design—you have to choose from their options. Since I had already written half my cards manually, this meant some guests received different designs, which I wish I could have matched.
Overall, ThankCraft helped me finish my thank-you cards in under an hour—a task that would have otherwise taken me at least another week. The time savings alone made it well worth it!
