If I could give less than 1 Star, I would. An order for $350+ was placed to be picked up at 8:45 am on Saturday. The order shows in writing at the top the pick up time. I do not fe...
el it is my job as the customer to call the shop to remind them of my pick up time the day before just to confirm, as I have been in twice in person during the week to confirm everything. I was made to sit in the hot parking lot for 45 minutes (9:30 am) before the door was opened. I was late for my event that I provided the flowers for. The female individual did not apologize, didn’t seem to be bothered by the obvious mishap, demanded I please remain calm as her small child was present (I have 3 children and 4 grandchildren and was speaking in a very calm and low tone), and then didn’t even package the 8 centerpieces in the cardboard box for transport. I had to assemble the store’s boxes and place the arrangements in. Absolutely despicable experience.
Everyone at Terra Flora was amazing with helping me for my wedding. I gave Melissa the 'feel ' I was wanting to achieve for my wedding with a wide range of colors I was thinking of...
using. Melissa was able to capture the exact 'feel' I was wanting by asking me questions and taking the time to get to know me. (I was wanting something that was elegant with a touch of farm charm.) When I saw our arrangements, they were beyond our expectations and capture both the details we were wanting.
The flowers looked great! Elizabeth was very helpful when I went for my first consultation. She showed me many different examples of what kind of bouquets they have. It gave me a g...
ood idea of what I actually wanted. Pricing was affordable compared to other places I got quotes from as well.
I met with Elizabeth after going to another Florist and getting quoted $2,100 for flowers.
She took her time explaining the ways we could reduce cost, like using 6 roses instead ...
of 12 in my bouquet, using babies breath for the bridal party. Since we also got married in the church, I needed alter arrangements. She personally walked me through the store to look at the different flowers we could use, in order to keep the budget approx. $300.
All-in-all for my bouquet, the bridesmaids, groom and groomsmen - plus the two alter arrangements I paid well under $400 with tax and delivery.
I'm very happy I picked this Florist, and Elizabeth was really great to work with. They are more than happy to work with a low-budget, and help you to find ways of still having beautiful flowers.
The best flowers! They did better than I had envisioned! They had forgot to add the brooches to my bouquet, so they had someone come out (an hour drive) and place them for me (even...
after we told them not to worry about it). I received SO many compliments on the arrangements.
I ordered flowers in bulk. I went in on a Friday and the flowers were sent the very next week. The owner was really helpful in finding flowers that would go with my color scheme ...
and that were also cost effective and in season. The only thing I wished is that the flowers had lasted a little longer. Some of the roses and dahlia's were not as pretty by my wedding day as I had hoped. Overall I was satisfied with the customer service and what I purchased.
I absolutely loved how the flowers turned out for my wedding! My mom, and myself, had met with Marcia and other representatives at Terra Flora numerous times before the wedding. Th...
ey were always accommodating and were always willing to offer alternatives for cutting costs. I wanted my florals to be memorable without having to spend a fortune. The price was extremely reasonable and they were very good about working within a budget. The representatives are well educated and knew what they were doing, which is always a huge plus. They were on time the day of the wedding and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They did an arch covered in flowers for the ceremony and they also provided a flower crown to wear in place of a veil, per my request. I highly recommend this vendor and would use them again for future needs! Thanks Terra Flora!!
My flowers were gorgeous! It was easy to meet with the staff, and I ended up with bouquets that were prettier than I had expected. They add a lot of detailed touches that really br...
ing the flowers to the next level. We picked the flowers up to bring to our venue across Houston, and they were packaged well and lasted all day. I highly recommend them!
We meet a couple times, gave me exactly what I wanted, and had it delivered on time! They were beautiful!
Marcia at Terra Flora was amazing! She is a great listener and can really picture your vision. She is very knowledgeable and will let you know if a certain flower will work or not ...
and how to keep your cost down, but still have a beautiful reception. I had numerous compliments on our flowers and would recommend her to anyone in the area!
I didn't have a lot of flowers. However, my bouquet looked amazing!!! The boutineers and corsage looked awesome as well. They were on time, and helpful with picking the right am...

Excellent customer service, very talented florists.
Gloria and her husband were amazing in the service they gave us. The flowers were so much better than any other florist. They were also half the price than all the others!
