ely amazing!!! While my husband and I were taking photos after our ceremony, they brought us some appetizers, which was great! They were attentive and were on top of it!!!!
Temecula Catering was the designated caterer for the venue that we chose for our wedding. Like many others, we were incredibly skeptical about the quality of food and service. At ...
our tasting, we were slightly underwhelmed but we made several requests and recommendations that were very well-received. And on the day of the wedding, we were incredibly happy with our food. We had a buffet that included the following:
1)Baby greens with candied pecans, manchego cheese and balsamic vinaigrette, 2)Short ribs with a cabernet braising ju and
Pan seared wild atlantic cod with a lemon-chardonnay beurre blanc with Sauteed asparagus spears and garlic parmesan orzo. It was fantastic and we were incredibly happy to not have the extra stress of having to find a caterer.
Temecula Catering came as part of the package deal for our wedding venue. Communication with TC was very easy, no issues. We had a buffet and the food we chose for our wedding was ...
absolutely delicious. We had tri tip and chicken for protein, mashed potatoes and green beans. My husband had seconds of everything and I ate two heaping plates of the mashed potatoes (soo so good). All of our guests reported loving the food as well so that made me really happy. Even my immediate family who are all super picky eaters said they loved the food so that was awesome to hear. The catering staff were great, very attentive, and constantly checking on people so we were pleased with that. We are giving 4 stars for two reasons. 1. We really were hoping to serve a fish option as part of our dinner but both options we tried at our tasting were just not good. Dry and bland and disappointing. Overall, we just would have liked to have more options for the protein choice that included a well prepared fish. 2. At the end of the wedding, one of the groomsmen was asked to help take out the trash by one of the venue staffers because they said "the catering staff usually do it, but they had all left." Obviously, the venue staff should not have asked a groomsmen (or anybody) to take out the trash, but it also seems the staff from Temecula Catering should have stuck around longer to complete their job. Overall, I would definitely work with Temecula Catering again for future events.
Oh... my... yum!!!
1. Food tasting? So good! We were STUFFED and we still kept tasting b/c the food was so great!
2. Per my guests, the food was very good and most people went back...
for 2nds... and 3rds (we did buffet style). I think our guests licked their plates (and the serving trays) clean, LOL.
3. Ok - this is the best part: they ASSIGN someone to follow the couple and wedding party after the ceremony and during photos with hors d'oeuvre trays so that you can eat! (Thanks Ryan for feeding us!)
4. THEN they make sure they serve you (the bride and groom) a plate with everything on it so that you can eat at your own wedding. I mean, really... how awesome is that?!
Temecula Catering came as a packaged deal at Mount Palomar Winery so even though we didn't have a choice, we sure are grateful that Mt Palomar chose them. If you are looking for delicious food and professional staff for catering services, I highly recommend Temecula Catering.

This is by far the worst caterer in regards to service! I've been to numerous weddings and have never had cake flung at me by one of the servers until now. If your looking for a ca...

plate because it looked amazing. The guest all complimented how good the food was. When we had our food tasting, my husband fell in love with the Gorgonzola mashed potatoes, so of coarse that’s what we chose to be on our wedding menu. On the wedding day, they were not Gorgonzola mashed potatoes, they were regular mashed potatoes and he was really upset about that because that’s all he talked about for the last 4 months. I gave them 5 stars because overall the food was good and my guest loved it. Maybe call a few week prior to your event and confirm everything on the menu. It never crossed my mind to do so.
They catered for our wedding, they came highly recommended to us so we went for it- and we are so glad we did. The food was amazing, they were so professional, and the guests all l...

th booking our tasting and confirming our choices. My husband, our guests, and I all enjoyed our food. I love their tray passed appetizers! They have a good selection of items to choose from and they easily work with any dietary needs.

es which I loved because usually the wedding party misses out on that part and are famished by dinner. I gave 4 stars however because we got served first and our tri tip steak was very fatty. Also there were not knives to cut the tri tip and hard to eat without proper utensils.
Temecula Catering is a dream to work with. From our tasting to our wedding day, everything was absolutely phenomenal! Their food is fantastic and their service is exceptional. Than...
k you so much, Temecula Catering, for making our wedding day everything we hoped for!
We love food! That being said one of our top priorities for our wedding was the menu. We wanted delicious restaurant quality food, and we wanted it to feel like a leisurely dinner ...
party . We had a plated menu and it was beautiful and delicious. Our guests could not stop talking about how it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. Temecula Catering was so easy to work with and really made sure we were extremely happy with our wedding menu prior to our wedding day. Everything was perfect! The catering manager Lisa is wonderful! So friendly and accommodating.
OH.MY.GOODNESS. I wish I could eat with Temecula Catering for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner everyday. MULTIPLE people came up to me after the wedding and said that we by far had the...
best wedding food we have ever had (including our whole bridal party, and family) and it is all thanks to Temecula Catering. The manager Lisa is the sweetest most helpful management I have ever had the pleasure to work with. It's so comforting to know that people are actually enjoying the food and appetizers at your wedding since you spend so much money on all of your guests and Temecula Catering far exceeded my expectations on serving our guests.
Lisa J. and the rest of the crew at Temecula Catering are absolute ROCKSTARS. We had our destination wedding in Temecula, and planning an out-of-state wedding would have been a tot...
al nightmare if it weren't for Lisa and her staff. They truly went above and beyond during the entire experience. The food was delicious and exactly what we wanted (sometimes food doesn't translate from a tasting for two to a buffet line for 70, but it was amazing!) and they were kind, helpful, and professional throughout our entire event. We couldn't be happier with our decision to use Temecula Catering, and we are so thankful for their work.
They are the best! Their barbeque menu is extremely delicious!
The estate where we held our venue had a contract binding us to the caterer that they used for events. Boy were we in luck that it happened to be Temecula Catering. They were aweso...
me. Everything was delicious and the staff was amazingly helpful and sweet. We had the tri-tip steak and their chicken as entrees, smashed potatoes, and ratatouille for sides for the buffet. The salad was great. We had their Mediterranean skewer and pulled pork sliders for appetizers. I had so many compliments from family members on the food, which rarely happens for any wedding. They also provide cake cutting service. They were about to pack up when we realized that so many people were eating the cake that we needed them to slice the rest. They did it with no problem even though they were set to leave. I couldn't be happier with this company. Amazing food and service. They also saved cake for us and served us our food separately so we were actually able to eat and enjoy everything!
The food looked and tasted amazing. I have been to many weddings were the food was either cold or much to be desired. We did a buffet and everyone raved over how good the food was....
My dad is a pretty good critic of food and he said it was delicious. I heard no complaints from any of my guests. The entire process with them was perfect.
When we booked our venue we were told that they had an exclusive contract with this caterer. I was a little concerned at first that I wouldn't have choices, but once I started wor...
king with them, all of those concerns went away. The tasting was a fun experience. They were super professional, the presentation was amazing and the food superb. Erin was awesome to work with. I had a lot of little changes here and there-lot's of emails. Erin was quick to respond and made all of my requests happen.
Now the food...well, it was amazing! We got so many compliments on the quality of the food and the presentation. We did a buffet and it was done nicely. The service during our reception was great. We were constantly checked on and they even came to us while we were taking pictures to give us snacks so we wouldn't totally miss the food at our cocktail reception. Just an amazing company to work with...highly, highly recommend!
After our original cater dropped out 1 month before our wedding, Chef Michael Cragg stepped in and saved the day! Chef Michael Cragg uses a technique called "Suvee" to keep the foo...
d moist and evenly cooked and I have to say it was the best wedding food I have ever tasted. You will not be disappointed with Temecula Catering.
The food was the talk of the wedding. Every one kept complimenting my parents for the selection in food. The only thing we did not like was they opened all 48 bottles of wine and a...

You can tell Mike has a passion for food! His food is very gourmet and is very affordable! They were great with coordination before the wedding and even came to my 10 day meeting a...
t the venue since they wanted to tour the grounds (they hadnt done a wedding there yet) to make sure there were no surprises the day of. Everyone said the chicken was moist (and we all know how hard it is to be consistent with that!) and plenty of people went back for seconds and even a few went back for thirds! All in all, they were worth every penny!
I have never tasted such amazing food before! When it was finally time to get to the fun part of wedding planning, like trying the delicacies that would be served for dinner, this...
place was HIGHLY recommended. Every course of the tasting was so delicious, the hardest part was choosing which ones to pick! All of our guests said the food was the best part and even went for seconds, some even thirds. They were friendly, showed us around their kitchen, optioned different pairings, and gave feedback on their organic ingredients. You cannot go wrong with any options on their menu. I still am thinking about the appetizers and dinner, even weeks after my wedding. Definitely choose this vendor for food!!!
Michael at Temecula Catering was great, the food is like a work of art... I would definitely recommend having a served dinner over buffet style... just for the display of the food ...
alone. We were on a budget and had to go with buffet, which was still great, but I wish we could have had it served based on our food tasting!
Anyway, they took care of what they needed to with little instruction. I did feel like we we getting pinched for a little more cash at the end for an extra 'this' or a little more of 'that'. At the last minute, we were asked where the ice was, and we assumed the caterer would bring their own ice to cool their own food, it was not communicated to us to pick that up or arrange to have it there. that was an extra couple hundred we didn't count on.
Other than that they were great!
