There aren’t enough words to express my gratitude to Cindy for all she did for us during our wedding. We booked Cindy for her Day-Of Coordinator services. She was extremely communi...
cative and ensured everyone was on the same page with the timeline. She was extremely helpful in making sure all details were taken care of. On the wedding day, Cindy was given the impossible job of making a wedding happen after Hurricane Helene hit Western North Carolina (the wedding location). We had no cell service and no way to communicate with vendors. Cindy was a rock and a reassuring presence through it all. She delivered bad news compassionately and held me while I cried and processed the day, even though she was hurting from the devastating aftermath of the hurricane as well. She went WAY above and beyond her job to help make it as “normal” of a wedding as possible despite the circumstances. I wouldn’t have wanted any other planner by my side on such a confusing and challenging weekend. It takes a special person to stay calm, kind, and helpful during a natural disaster, and that is Cindy. She even came to where we were staying to check on us the day of the hurricane. Cindy is a phenomenal wedding planner and an even better human. If you are looking for someone talented, kind, efficient, communicative, and who will show up for you, look no further than Cindy! Thank you so much to Cindy and your family for how you have taken care of me and mine. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Our journey with C...
indy was unique in that we began looking at Venues in NC to then asking her to work a destination wedding in CA. Cindy did not hesitate. She took our scattered dreams head on and made them a structred reality. Cindy was our rock through all the late night calls with vendors and our voice of reason when we became overwhelmed and emotional. Cindy was with us every step of the way. We never felt alone, confused, or uncertian.
When the weekend came, Cindy and Wes not only had fun with us and felt like family, but they worked so hard to make every single detail perfect, and they acheived just that- perfection. The reality they created for both the Welcome Party and our Wedding was what dreams are made of.
We couldn't recommend Taytum & Stone Events more!

n my head and make my dreams come to life. I cannot recommend them enough!!!
Taytum & Stone Events deserves higher than 5 stars! I met Cindy a year before my wedding, and from the first meet through the end of my wedding night she was incredible. Thorough, ...
detail oriented, thoughtful, engaging, personable, knowledgeable, above & beyond, and creative are just some of the words I would use to describe Cindy. She truly has the event planning gift. Going into our initial discussions, I had a general idea of what I was looking for, and when I provided Cindy with the details, she helped create the most perfect wedding and exactly what I wanted. And truly better than I could have even imagined. Every decision was thought out and tailored to fit my vision perfectly. She was also on top of the entire process, provided guidance along the way and left me with no worries at all. What more can you ask for leading up to your big day. Furthermore, on the day of my outdoor backyard wedding, and after the hard work her and her team put into setting up all day, we finished the ceremony, and the rain just could not hold up any longer. Cindy and her team, without hesitation, adjusted the set-up, the dinner, the plan for the reception, and adapted to the situation as if that’s exactly how the event was supposed to go. And I honestly couldn’t imagine it any other way. It was perfect. With that, I know that Cindy has an outstanding team behind her as well – thank you to Taylor, her husband Wesley, and the rest of the staff that worked so hard. Thank you so much to all of you! You made my dream wedding come true. :) I highly recommend Taytum & Stone Events for all of your event planning needs!
I cannot put into words how grateful we are for Cindy and her team. She truly made my “pinterest board wedding” come true. From the beginning, Cindy communicated promptly and effic...
iently with me. She included me in all decision making even though I knew she would hit the nail on the head for our design on her own. Taytum & Stone was our wedding planner, day of coordinator, designer and put together all our floral arrangements. Our entire day from 8am to 9pm went so smoothly; Cindy is so organized! I would give Taytum & Stone a million stars if I could. 10/10 recommend for your wedding day — you won’t regret it.
