Taylor was truly the most incredible wedding planner we could have ever asked for. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond in every possible way and made what could have...
been an overwhelming process feel seamless, organized, and genuinely enjoyable. She was so much more than our wedding planner — she was our advocate, our problem-solver, our sounding board, and someone we knew we could completely trust. No matter how big or small the question, Taylor was always there, always responsive, and always willing to do whatever it took to make things perfect. She thought of details we never would have even considered and somehow managed to make everything come together so effortlessly. On our wedding weekend, Taylor was absolutely incredible. She was calm when we needed her to be, one step ahead of everything, and constantly making sure that every detail was exactly as we had dreamed. We were able to truly enjoy every moment of our wedding because we knew Taylor had everything under control.
What makes Taylor so special is not only how unbelievably talented she is at what she does, but how much she genuinely cares. She poured so much time, energy, heart, and attention into our wedding, and it was so clear that she wanted the weekend to be just as special for us as we did. Our wedding was truly the weekend of our dreams, and Taylor played such a huge part in making that possible. We are so incredibly grateful for everything she did for us and will never forget how she made us feel throughout the entire process. We could not recommend Taylor more highly. Every couple would be lucky to have her in their corner!
We could not endorse Taylor & Thyme more strongly.
We interviewed about a half-dozen day-of coordinators and chose Taylor because of her warmth and common sense. We felt this hire...
was particularly important.
Throughout our 10 months working together, she consistently went above and beyond merely day-of coordinating. She read every contract, came to our rental appointment and helped us pick out plates, hand-wrote all our table cards, and helped us navigate a tense relationship with our venue in a very delicate and professional way. Evidence of how well she handled things is that we only know about these things ... she and her team, including Paige, helped insulate us from so much else, probably.
We left every planning call with her feeling quite relaxed, and were honestly shocked at how at ease we both felt on our wedding day itself. She kept track of our physical belongings and adapted quickly when the venue was annoying.
She also has a ton of connections in the Berkshires and she used those on her behalf from the beginning to end.
Very affordable, too, given her huge help. Hire her and give her a big tip.
Working with Taylor Garrett of Taylored and Thyme was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, Taylor was so warm, approachable, and easy to talk...
to—it felt like planning with a close friend who just happens to be incredibly organized and endlessly creative.
She brought us beautifully thought-out ideas and lists of unique, creative approaches that helped shape a day that truly felt like us. Every little detail was considered, and her calm, attentive presence gave us so much peace of mind throughout the entire planning process.
Then came the big day—and the rain! But even as the skies opened up, Taylor remained steady, composed, and full of grace. She handled everything seamlessly, and because of her, we were able to stay calm and focused on what really mattered. Her ability to adapt and make it all feel effortless is a true gift.
Taylor is the perfect blend of calm energy, creative vision, and meticulous attention to detail. She goes above and beyond not just to make your wedding beautiful, but to make you feel supported every step of the way. We’re endlessly grateful for her and would recommend her to anyone with full hearts.
Taylor is a long time family friend. We booked her for day/month of planning for our big day. My family can be difficult to work with, but Taylor handled the day like a rockstar!!...
We had a DIY wedding, which at times, required Taylor to act as more than just a planner for us. Everything on our wedding day was PERFECT. My husband and I had the best possible time, and I know she did everything in her power to keep the stress away from us. She was so calm about everything and most importantly, she wanted us to have fun. Her top priority was for me to relax and enjoy myself, and I really did! We couldn’t have done our big day without her and we are so grateful ❤️

e “plenty of thyme” service package, Taylor proved to be an indispensable partner; linking us with vendors, suggesting details we hadn’t considered and keeping all the planning moving along.
Even while the wedding was put on hold for a year because of the COVID pandemic, Taylor stayed involved and engaged getting to know my daughter and her fiancee to provide the most personalized service possible.
The day of the wedding and those leading up to it were stress-free because Taylor was our Wedding Planner.
We highly recommend her personalized services to make your event the triumph that ours turned out to be!
Our wedding day was better than we could have imagined and it was all because of Taylor! No words can describe how thankful we are for all her hard work. She has so much knowledge ...
about weddings, catering and Berkshire area vendors. Even when there was chaos with our caterer/wait & bar staff- Taylor was calm, collected and took charge, make the whole day feel easy and no- stress for us. We had a full DIY venue, and she consulted with us every step of the way. Recommended amazing vendors, answered all our emails and questions, set up times to chat and meet with us, coordinating everything week/weekend of. She eased all the stress of wedding planning. She really listened to us, got to know us as a couple and the vibe we were going for and helped us make decisions to bring it all together to make it feel totally "us." Not only is Taylor the most incredible, supportive, fun, kind wedding planner, but she has become a friend as well. HIRE HER for your wedding and don't look back!
Taylor was worth her weight in gold. We hired her just as a day-of coordinator and I can't imagine how we would have done it without her. She tracked so many details and handled so...
many little crises without ever worrying us. She kept the evening to schedule and was always exactly where we needed her to be. In any moments where we didn't see eye-to-eye with the venue or any other vendors, she was the perfect mediator. She stayed until the bitter end (which was around 2am!), making sure that every gift and rental item was where it should be. I cannot recommend her highly enough for any event in the Berkshires or Hudson River Valley.

lf, how hard could it be? Well The words, “ I don’t know what we would do with Taylor” must have come out of my mouth at least 50 times the month before the wedding. Each step of the way Taylor was by my side, helping me achieve my wedding vision. From helping me find the perfect vendors, communicating questions with staff that I would not have even thought to ask, creating food and guest charts, making sure the decor was just right, letting me know the proper times to finalize details, and being my therapist when the wedding stress kicked in-This girl does it all. I mean what wedding planner do you know brings a printer with her to the wedding location to make sure the final timeline was printed just right? If your looking for a planner that not only is the definition of professional and organized, but also fun and truly caring look no further. If you hire Taylor for your events, not only will you have the wedding of your dreams, but you will also gain a freind that will support you each step of the way.
HIRE TAYLOR. First, If you are thinking about whether or not to hire a wedding planner in the first place, DO IT, you will not be sorry. Second, it should DEFINITELY be Taylor.

edding day prep talk, to the last minute changes and everything in between, Taylor was there to make us feel special and supported. She is kind, helpful, organized and fun! There were a lot of moving parts (like all weddings) but Taylor was calm and effective at tackling all the needs of the day. I cannot express the relief we felt knowing she would oversee all the happenings of our day! It was perfect and that is largely because of Taylor!

l advice around all the things I was less sure about. On the week of the wedding I couldn’t believe how she tied everything together. When I left the reception venue to get ready I was feeling slightly nervous because I wouldn’t be there to finish set up, but when I came back things were exactly my vision and more, and that was thanks to Taylor doing any and everything to make it happen. During the wedding she was there checking in and making sure we had absolutely anything we might need.
All and all I could not have pulled this day together without Taylor. Her professionalism, good attitude, strong work ethic, and fun-to-be-around personality made things feel totally non-stressful and I can’t recommend her enough!
