Tasty Creations Caterers

- any changes we needed to make, even last minute, they worked with us. The food was great and we got many compliments, especially on the dessert cannolis since we did not want a cake. They were both so personable and easy to work with, we would recommend them to everyone.

staff was. Thank you so much for making my day special!

our main contact throughout the process, is tremendously organized and communicative, and Joe and his team are experts in food and hospitality. At our tasting, Joe and Susanne gave us great suggestions to tweak our menu, and welcomed our feedback. Renting table linens and coolers for our bar through them was also a breeze, removing a layer of stress from planning. Not to mention, LCI's rates for their excellent service were more than fair, and we really appreciated their price transparency on their website. On our wedding day, the food was just as good if not even better than at our tasting. Several guests approached us to give their compliments about the meal, and my family who works in hospitality was particularly impressed by the level of care paid to every detail, down to the sparkling clean silverware. One of the best moments for us was seeing the entree Joe made for our vegan guest, who was nearly moved to tears by how thoughtfully it was prepared! During cocktail hour, the passed appetizers came out at a steady pace, and I'm pretty sure the last table called was up at the buffet before my wife and I even finished our plates. We spotted plenty of guests going up for seconds, too. As for the bar, the bartender was friendly and quick, and he executed our signature drinks perfectly. On top of that, it was great to see how seamlessly the LCI team worked with our coordinator and the venue. Great food was one of the most important aspects of the wedding for us, and LCI more than exceeded our expectations. We can't thank them enough for helping to make our day so special!

em for my wedding, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly

atered to us. No pun intended! On the day of the wedding, they executed the setup perfectly, and the food is all anyone could talk about. I felt like I was at their family table, and would tell anyone and everyone to book with them.

ity is extremely high. So many guests told us how wonderful the food at our wedding was! Thank you LCI!

of wedding planning! Also, their pasta is to die for

al conversation, to our tasting, to our wedding, and everything in between. We stayed in touch for months to ensure that everything went smoothly on the day of and that all details, small and large, were in place. We had hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour and a buffet for our reception dinner, and everything we ate was incredible. Our guests stopped us multiple times throughout the night to compliment the food, some even saying that it was the best meal they’ve ever had at a wedding. The coffee and homemade desserts were phenomenal and I wish I took more photos! The bar was impeccable as well, they were able to accommodate our drink requests to have a few of our favorite beers and Cold Brew Martinis as our signature drink, that our guests absolutely loved. The staff was super friendly and inviting, making our guests feel right at home. As the bride and groom, they always made sure we had a plate or drink in hand and didn’t even have to think about it. Their setup and breakdown was prompt and seamless, which helped us not stress over how it all came together. We would recommend LIC for all of your event catering needs and would love to work with them again in the future, or attend another wedding where they’re catering. :) Thank you again for an incredible evening!

ng wedding dinner! Thank you LCI team!!

drinks, apps/food). They were always looking out for us and would provide recommendations that would fit our budget and our vision. Our guests raved about the food (one guest even tried to recreate a dish the day after) and the service they provided (setup, room flip, cleanup) was seamless. I would highly recommend using their services to anyone!

I wanted to work with them for my own wedding. They did NOT disappoint! From the moment we booked, they would check in regularly with any upcoming to-do items and were always available to answer our questions. They truly listened during our tasting and had no problem accommodating specific diets and adjustments. On wedding day, they truly shined. Our wedding was on a windy day at a rooftop venue and we really wanted use of the rooftop, and they made it work. They helped keep our timeline on schedule and everyone RAVED about the food, it was so good!! The staff was super friendly and everything was so seamless with them. Joseph checked in with us to make sure everything was good and that we were good, which we really appreciated. I would absolutely hire them again for anything and will be recommending them to all of my clients!!

ssful, and selecting your food vendor can be one of the most daunting tasks. If you work with LCI Caterers, know that you will be in the BEST hands! From the very beginning, the team really helped us understand all that needs to be included for your catering needs. The team was extremely patient and super responsive as they answered ALL of our questions throughout the planning process. For our wedding of 100 guests, we used LCI Caterers for our cocktail hour appetizers, dinner buffet, dessert buffet, bartending and staff, and all non-alcoholic drinks. First, the food was OUTSTANDING. Our guests have all raved that this is the best wedding food they have ever had. Second, the food variety and quantity was incredible. We had many varying dietary and food preferences, and everyone had plenty of options to feel stuffed by the end of the night! The food display for cocktail hour, dinner, and dessert was stunning. It provided such a wonderful vibe to our wedding. The staff was incredibly kind and professional, and we could not be more grateful to the team. We cannot recommend LCI Caterers enough - book them now and you will be set for a wonderful and smooth sailing wedding!

eamless, the food was to die for and the open bar was a success. Joe and his son went above and beyond to make my wife and I happy in every sense of the word. They are so incredibly thoughtful and they truly care about the customer service they are providing. You can taste the passion they have through their incredible food. Everything was so delicious, and everyone at the venue had only great things to say. A text from one of my bridespeople: "Please save the caterers number. Maybe someday, someone will want to marry me and I can look forward to that chicken again :)" We had the angel hair pasta - SO GOOD. Chimichurri steak - AMAZING. Chicken and chorizo - WOW. Slow roasted pernil asado - LORD JESUS! Arroz moro and vegetables - JUST FAB. Open Bar - A1. You guys truly made an impact. Thank you for your hard work and dedication!

much they liked the cocktail hour and dinner food as well! The pasta was especially popular that evening. Joe went out of his way to make sure that my husband and I had the food we wanted, which made it easy to eat at our own wedding!

co bar for the wedding and our guests have not stopped raving about it. We had one small snafu when we ran out of alcohol (we ordered the alcohol ourselves) and Joe's team came to the rescue and ordered more on the spot. Our night ended with churros in to-go bags and our guests were just thrilled! Thank you for making our night so special.

best wedding food they've ever had!) and he and his team were so helpful in getting things ready day of. We were a little disorganized and Joe jumped in at every chance he could to lend a hand, even helping us when we got locked out of one of the bride/groom suites. He helped with some last minute cake decorating adjustments, and probably did so many more things day of I (the bride) don't even know about. The whole team was smiling, helping, and celebrating with us the entire event. Susan was amazing with all my questions (of which there were many) leading up the wedding, answered in the speediest fashion every time, and was so informative. Getting to get to know Joe and Susan during the tasting was so fun and just made us all the more excited about the day. What a wonderful team!! So many things come included with the price, hors d'oeuvres, linens, glassware.. which is so hard to find! Could not recommend them highly enough.

they made sure the night went seamlessly. Can’t go wrong with LCI! Thank you💜

ta, simply incredible. All of our guests love the food at the event. And they are super professional. We chose LCI because they were on the venue’s recommended list. Everything went super smoothly, the building manager knows them, and they know the venue inside out. We didn’t have a wedding planner or coordinator since we had a really simple schedule. It turns out we don’t need one! LCI took care of everything, the setup, the breakdown, etc. I also want to mention that they put down some of the appetizers for the bride and groom at the main table at the beginning of the night because we were just too busy greeting people and had no time to eat food. That was such a thoughtful touch. We are so thankful for Joe and his team!

y comfortable, enjoyable and overall, an extremely positive experience. They worked with me on my budget and changes and were there to support. Not to mention every single person complimented the food to me about how delicious it was. I cannot recommend this family business more!!! You will be in AWESOME hands!!

e food and the service. From start to finish, LCI was a vendor we did not have to worry about. We would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a caterer in the NYC area. 10/10.

nd talking to guests at our reception, but the staff made sure we both got a plate with everything so we wouldn't miss out on the delicious food. We were checked-in on frequently by the chef to make sure we weren't too stressed, and I appreciated that a lot. I highly recommend LCI Caterers for their professionalism and wonderful service.

they were professional and incredibly helpful. My husband and some of his family members have Celiac disease, and they were able to accommodate us very easily - providing many gluten free options. We ended up providing our own alcohol and using LCI’s soda bar option, and their bartenders served our alcohol, including two custom cocktails. They assisted us with all our additional table rentals, and everything went very smoothly day-of thanks to them and their staff. Susanne, who helped us with all the admin work, was without a doubt the most responsive vendor we worked with for everything wedding related, which was incredibly helpful! We would recommend them to anyone getting married in the New York area.

ive and friendly. At our tasting, we felt like we were sitting down with good friends and they made great suggestions - not only to the food itself but the timeline, alcohol and general run of show. On the actual day of the wedding, Joe himself showed up several hours early and his team was ON it. We got married at the Greenpoint Loft and they clearly have this all down to a science. They made sure to keep myself and my husband's glasses full the entire time and brought us our meals and made sure we eat (which was much appreciated!). Thank you so much, Joe, Susanne and the entire LCI team!

ngs to say about the meal. Would absolutely have them again!

essional and kind to us and our wedding guests! The food was delicious and the presentation was beautiful. Joe made sure my husband and I had a plate ready to eat at our table as we were running around with our guests, so appreciated! Highly recommend LCI Caterers, so wonderful to work with!!

re lots of emails back and forth, but Susanne was super helpful answering all my questions and putting me at ease throughout. My husband and I were able to have a tasting during one of our trips back home and all the food was soo delicious it was hard to choose the final menu! We're still having guests tell us how much they enjoyed the food! On the big day, Joe was a trusted, safe pair of hands - not just with the food, but everything from set up to tear down. His team was super attentive and even brought over a tray of the hors d'oeuvres whilst we were taking family photos so we didn't miss out on cocktail hour upstairs. It was just a superb quality service! Would definitely recommend LCI Caterers for any event. Thank you all again!

r? Luckily we found LCI caterers and our hopes and ideas of what we'd like for our wedding were met and exceeded! Joe and his team at LCI caterers were incredible from start to finish. We eagerly met him and his team for a tasting in the summer before our wedding and his food completely blew us away! His options to choose from were vast and his expertise was impressive. Susanne helped us every step of the way, answering questions, taking our calls and easing our fears whenever they arose. Not only did they cater, but they helped us with all our rentals and helped us create the wedding of our dreams. The tables were gorgeous and they set up everything for our venue perfectly. Our guests are still talking about the wedding and the delicious food. If you're thinking about hiring LCI for your event, don't hesitate!

e that for a wedding). They really helped make the process so easy. We really enjoyed working with Susanne, Joe, his son, and all his staff. They were so kind and attentive throughout the wedding, making sure my husband and I had our food and constantly checked in with us. It was a magical night thanks to them. Our guests enjoyed the food and the selection of appetizers, entrees, desserts, and drinks. I would love to work with them for any other events I plan to have in the future. We are so grateful and will always keep them in mind!

m the day of our tasting almost 2 years prior, we knew they were the right choice. All of our guests complimented the food, passed appetisers, and the bar! In addition to the food and drinks, they assisted us in setting up and breaking down the venue and flipping the space from ceremony to reception. We also rented linens from them. LCI was all we could have dreamed of in a catering company and we were SO GLAD we chose them for our wedding!

e had. The food was delicious and the staff was great!!! They helped with the setup and teardown of the reception which was a huge help. Susanne and Joe were such a pleasure to work with. If you are looking for an affordable caterer with amazing quality and service then look no further than LCI.

different continent while planning the wedding), super responsive and accommodated all our wishes (lots of vegetarian options and some options that weren’t even on the menu) and even helped us get beautiful cupcakes. Thank you for making our special day even more special!

ing needs. I can't wait to call them for my next event!!

ately, we were way too pumped to eat at the wedding but luckily we had an amazing tasting session with Joe. We left so full and with a ton of leftovers. LCI staff at the event were very friendly. Delicious food, quality service and great vibes all around!!! Also, during the process, I had a million questions and every time I emailed Susanne, she was always so responsive and answered every single one of my questions. The team is absolutely fantastic. We're glad we hired them!!

ply put, their food is incredible. From start to finish, they were incredibly hands on with helping us to select our menu and design dishes that everyone would love - and boy did our guests love it! From their chicken and waffle sliders to their fresh, homemade rigatoni alla vodka, to their incredibly flavorful and tender herb crusted filet mignon, topped off with a fantastic ice cream sundae bar - if you’re looking for an amazing catering experience and one that is family owned and family run, this is the caterer for you. On a special and fun note - after the wedding we immediately went to Bermuda and when we got there, realized we forgot our Amex (don’t even get me started!). Our hotel needed the credit card number which we didn’t have and in an act of desperation, we remembered we had just paid LCI with the same card and we called them from Bermuda to see if they could give us the number. Susanne picked up right away, quite literally saved our trip (!!!) and quickly gave me the card number over the phone! Literally the definition of above and beyond! We are so thankful to Joe and his whole team for making our wedding the best night ever!

Joe and Susanne were fired up for the new date. They went above and beyond, helping us with our wedding. We had passed hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail hour. For dinner we did a family style service. Joe is a great chef that listened to what we liked and ran with it. My wife is vegetarian and wanted to have something better than veggies on a plate for our big day. He was able to take a few of her favorite dishes and create a tasting for us that gave us both what we wanted. He created a wonderful aloo gobi with vegetable biryani for her. He also made a delicious braised short rib and chicken with mushroom and sherry sauce. Susanne is a great communicator. She was wonderful at getting back to us quickly and answering all of our questions. But also giving us suggestions and ideas we did not consider. They have been in the catering business a long time and their experience and knowledge made them an invaluable asset to making our wedding day great. We recommend Joe, Susanne, and the whole LCI Caterers team. They really made our day something special. If you do hire them, the Beef Bulgogi Skewers and Vegetable Samosas were especially delicious.

ade the day easy all the way from first contacts to tasting to day-of execution. Highly recommend their teams to those seeking impressive food at a great value

ting and there were no hidden fees. Saying the food was incredible is an understatement. My family absolutely loved Joe. I don't know how he had time, but he had conversations with the majority of my family!! I was very stressed during set up, but Joe continued to give me supportive words and told me to go enjoy my day :) And when I didn't want to stop dancing, He let us play music till the very last second! My husband and I agree it was perfect, largely due to this wonderful team!!

eenpoint Loft in Brooklyn. Our guests were blown away by the quality of the food- people keep talking about Joe's penne ala vodka! Their service, overall responsiveness, and flexibility made wedding planning easy. I can't recommend these caterers enough!

tion for 100 people in our yard. I was skeptical that any caterer would be able to pull off an elegant affair under the circumstances. JOE DID! Not only did Joe work with me every step of the way but he went above and beyond to provide advice, suggestions, and support. He took the time to come out to see the very small space and reassured me that not only would everything work out, he would see to it personally. He is an excellent chef and goes out of his way to make your day perfect, well above and beyond the typical responsibilities of a caterer. I myself tend to micro manage so giving up the reigns for this event was hard. Well, I could not have put my trust in a better man! He is very organized, trustworthy, honest, professional, and hard working. Even with an impending hurricane, Joe and team went out of their way to help out in any way they could. My guests called me up after the event to let me know how amazing the food and catering staff were during the wedding. I would recommend LCInc Catering for any event. You get so much more than just amazing food. Thanks Joe and staff!

ur wedding. We did not even look at another caterer. He was simply the one lol. We were postponed 3 times, our wedding could not have happened without Joe, Susanne, and the LCI team. I basically spent 2+ years planning and changing plans with Joe, we decided to go through with our wedding mainly because we were dying to work with Joe. The food served at our wedding was OUTRAGEOUS. The service was amazing, and the dessert was so spectacular that I am still thinking about the peach cobbler empanadas. If I could dream it, Joe would make it. The food was straight out of a five star restaurant and LCI has a customer for life. My husband and I have been getting phone calls about how amazing the food was at our wedding and since we are big foodies this could not come as a higher compliment. There are not enough words to describe how happy we are with LCI Caterers and we are sad that our wedding is over because we will miss working with Joe and the LCI team on a regular basis. Joe if you are reading this, Brian and I are your number one fans and we can't wait to plan another party to work with you again. Thank you for everything, you and your team mean the world to us.

Our wedding was the week before COVID-19 shut everything down in NYC, and we lost over 100 of our guests the days leading up to our wedding. They helped us rearrange our reception furniture so the room felt full and warm. They were flexible and helped make sure the leftovers were well packed for people to take them home. Joe helped us shape and design a menu that would appeal to everyone and it definitely did. Literally EVERY single person commented on how wonderful the food was, and how attentive and efficient the catering staff was. All of them were wonderful. You will be so happy with them. HIRE LCI!

g about how delicious everything was. We’re a mixed family of Puerto Rican’s and Dominicans’, so to us it was imperative to have Spanish food served on the day of our wedding. To have Joe tell us he could deliver the best “Maduros” (sweet plantains) was a relief. Everything tasted as if my mom would’ve made it at home. The food was piping hot, fresh and in abundance. Not only was our dinner everything we wanted and more, to top it off, we had a full blown desert bar equipped a spread of fresh fruits, a wide selection of Italian cookies and cannolis’ (which were my mother’s favorite part) lol He and his staff were such a pleasure to work with especially during the planning process as my family and I had received news that my father had been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, just a few months before our wedding. They made every interaction after that much more than just business. They made it almost like a break a way from the stress and helped me get this done just as we planned it. I’d recommend them in a heart beat because they’re so much more than just amazing food and service. They’re a whole lot of heart.

e food - THE FOOD - is to die for. Joe really knows what goes together to please the pallet of very picky guests. My mom was light headed before walking me down the aisle so someone from the team personally brought her hors d'oeuvres to make her feel better. My next big event will HAVE TO be catered by Joe/LCI.

ould not stop raving about how good it was. They even went as far as saying they have never attended a wedding in which the food was delicious. Joe took his time with us when he invited us for a tasting and made recommendations to transform our menu from traditional to a different ordinary menu which you do not typically see at weddings. If we are ever in a situation in which we need to cater to a large group of people again I will not hesitate to call LCI to hire them for their services. They went above and beyond what was expected from them. Thank you very much JOE AND Co
