Tara was truly exceptional to work with in planning our multicultural wedding! We came to her with a compressed 7-month timeline to plan a celebration drawing from Indian, Chinese ...
and Jewish cultures and she executed every detail flawlessly and with utmost professionalism. She perfectly captured the tone we set forth for our event and brought together an impressive set of partners for every step in the process. We really appreciated how Tara is organized, easy to communicate with, and super receptive taking our feedback on even the smallest details, to make sure we had our dream wedding! From coordinating a baraat that included lion dancers, to a candy buffet and helping us find a beautiful custom cake - Tara did it all! Her hospitality background comes through in her attention to detail and focus on guest and family experience - we really appreciated this and so did everyone who attended. We would highly recommend Tara as a planner in bringing a dream multicultural wedding to life!
Tara is an incredible wedding planner. From day 1, she was always on top of our needs/preferences, the work to be done, and making sure everyone was stress-free. She put in so much...
effort to understand what we really wanted and what we envisioned the day to be like. She did a great job planning a fusion wedding that balanced multiple events, two cultures, and two religions. She really helped us coordinate our dream wedding, there wasn't a single aspect that could have been better. She worked so well with our vendors as well as our family members, bridesmaids, guests etc. Thank you Tara and team for everything you've done!
Tara is the most thorough planner we have ever worked with & leaves no detail to chance. She went above & beyond for our wedding. We did a lot of the planning ourselves & decided t...
o hire Tara for Month of Services. But we quickly realized that we missed so much expertize and guidance in the planning process and had taken too much on. Several items were falling through the cracks & we were stressed the final months leading up to our wedding. I called Tara to share this with her & she swooped in with her team to review all our contracts & combed through all our wedding details. She spotted several important area’s that we needed to adjust & offered great suggestions to improve our event in terms of staffing, lighting rentals, logistics and the small personal touches. Tara saved the day.
I worked with Tara on my wedding and to be honest, it was the most amazing experience. She responds to emails almost instantly, she totally helped to be a mediator between my in la...
ws and I as we sometimes had very different thoughts. Overall she just did a fabulous job. She was excited about our wedding and had this energy about event the small details. She's down to earth and easy to work with. She would honestly tell us if she thought something was too basic or too over the top. She helped us navigate with invitation wording when we were planning an adult only event. She also helped us stay on budget by being honest & realistic upfront about expenses & showing us where to save and where to invest. She reeled us back in when we were considering overspending on minor details. We had a small hiccup with one of the vendors on our wedding day with the cake flowers, but because Tara and her team were prepared, had pictures of our vendor meetings they knew everything that was going on and were able to catch it and fix it before the wedding started. We had no idea and would have never known all the little things she did behind the scene. If you want a great wedding planner who provides true value and support to elevate your wedding & planning experience, look no further than Tara and the whole company at Tara M. Events.

ly all handled seamlessly by Tara M. Events. The events are dreamy, thoughtful and creative, everything you could imagine. The attention to detail and dedication to creating a spectacular event is incredible. Whatever venue, location or style you choose Tara will make it happen.
Tara is amazing! She worked with me over a year to plan my two-day Indian wedding. She was supportive throughout the process and always one step ahead. She was able to juggle multi...
ple requests, dealing with differing opinions and suggestions from me and my parents. Being a business school student, I was extremely busy throughout the year, so I am grateful that I had Tara to attend meetings on my behalf and negotiate any contracts as needed. Tara was also able to give me some unique ideas that I would not have found on my own - we ended up hiring a really cool sketch artist from Elan Artists, who the guests really enjoyed. We wouldn't have had him if Tara had not given us the suggestion. Most importantly for us is that Tara was able to manage our two-day Indian wedding with 300+ guests. She was also appreciative and understanding of the difference in culture between my family and my husband's family. She was able to manage our needs, wants and cultural differences appropriately so both families were happy.
Tara is extremely friendly and a smiling face, which definitely something you need during the stress that is wedding planning. Tara and her team (especially Claire who assisted me throughout the wedding) did a great job making my wedding memorable.
Hiring Tara M. Events was the BEST decision we ever made. Nothing can prepare you for how much work wedding planning is, until you are in the middle of it & realize that you are in...
over your head & need professional help. I wish we hired Tara sooner - but she came to the rescue & helped take over the planning process & guided us smoothly through all the decisions we had to make & kept us on track, on schedule. Towards the end we are all laughing again and and enjoying the process. We would 100 percent recommend a wedding planner to everyone out there & Tara is the among the very best. Tara helped guide & maximize our budget, she showed us why certain vendors need to be invested in and the importance of timings on the wedding so we would not be rushed & had time for all the things important to us.
From the bottom of our heart, thank you Tara!

of town guests, and we knew we needed help. Tara came recommended by my mom's friend. We had never worked with a planner before so we weren't sure if we really needed one. But as the planning continued we were in over our head and desperately needed someone to mediate and advise us! OMG hiring Tara was the BEST decision we made. She took over the myriad of correspondence going on with venues and vendors and took away a lot of the stress. We felt we were in experienced hands through the whole process. Our wedding was a glorious celebration and our guests were thrilled every moment by the decor, food, activities, logistics and all the little things Tara suggested we incorporate to make our wedding AMAZING! We could not have done it without her help and guidance!

She was super organized and I was not worried about a single thing the whole day & night. Thank god for that! I highly recommend her!
