Tara worked with my photographer to surprise me with a beautiful setting for my wedding during COVID 19. She aligned with the vision of my wedding and acted like a bridesmaid and ...
wedding planner during the wedding! The details she brought to my wedding made it so beautiful and unforgettable. I highly suggest her for any wedding big or small!
I recently worked with Tara Consolati for an elopement in the Berkshires at the stunning Blantyre Resort. (I am a photographer)
Not only did Tara plan and design the event, she p...

I really cannot say enough about Tara's dedication, organization, and caring nature.
Tara works a lot in the Berkshires and is extremely knowledgable about the area and venues. She also works in NYC and Virginia -- I cannot wait to work with her soon!
Tara is beyond talented as a planner. I've had the pleasure of working with her on elopement to full buyouts of our property. She plans your special day with an exquisite eye to d...

What is there to say except that we feel like Tara became part of our family in the process of planning our wedding. It was a fantastic weekend for us as we were able to focus on ...
each other and having fun, while her execution of all of the events was flawless. Sincere thanks from us for the greatest gift of all--a wonderful wedding that we will treasure forever. We truly appreciate Tara for her skill and caring. It was fun to work with her--she is joy and light.
Tara certainly did a lot of work for our wedding, and many things went well, but a once in a lifetime event isn't a place where you expect any mistakes, and there were more than a ...
few. We were disappointed. Basically a lot of things went wrong and at every instance Tara had a reason that the problem was someone else's fault and took no responsibility. To name a few:
Tara told us she had secured hotel rooms for the mother of the bride and other family members and it turned out she forgot to send the deposit so we lost the coveted dog-friendly rooms, and our family dog couldn't be there as planned.
Multiple vendors told us that Tara was rude to them or difficult to deal with, and multiple guests complained to us during the reception - not things we expected to have to deal with after paying for her highest level of concierge service.
She lost the top layer of our wedding cake, which we planned to freeze for our first anniversary.
During the reception when we looked for her to let her know that the electricity was not working in the restroom trailer and there was a clogged toilet, we found her on her cell phone preparing for another wedding the following day.
It is hard to say where to start on how amazing it was to work with Tara and her team in planning our wedding. Tara was on top of every aspect of our day from the beginning. From o...
ur very first meeting, she provided us with top of the line recommendations for our wedding while also helping us stay within our budget and finding us the best deals.
Tara was kind and genuinely excited for our special day. Every phone call was extremely productive, efficient yet full of laughs in anticipation of our special day.
We were fortunate enough to have two of Tara's team members, Lindsey and Meghan, with us day-of. I had no idea of how much having them their allowed us to relax and enjoy every moment of our day. Lindsey and Meghan were such a needed and calming presence for us all day. They executed our timeline flawlessly from making sure our wedding party walked out at the right time, the ceremony musician transitioned appropriately to the cake cutting happening at the right time, to helping people get on the shuttles at the end of the night and packing up all our cards and gifts and transporting them to a family car.
I would not be able to find a flaw in the process or day-of even if I tried. The day was more perfect than we could have ever imagined and it was because of the care and expertise of Tara Consolati Events. We are forever grateful!
