I wish we had this choice to do over again. My wife and I were so disappointed by the service we received from this vendor. They were outright rude to us about when we were going... to get our images. They didn't get the pictures we wanted and they spent more time being rude and hounding us to select our picture choices ...There response to a request to get more time to finish our picture selection was that the longer we waited the more money it would cost them and that the contract was specific on when we had to "contractually" turn our pictures in. However ...they ...were unprofessional and downright nasty when we asked them when there were planning on giving us our books and pictures. ...
