at they would nail it. All of the cuban food was a hit and attention to ingredient details made the extra touch noticeable. So much so my now husband and I went back to the restaurant the night after to have cuban since we didnt get a chance to at the wedding.
Would recommend the Tamara's staff for any event or dining in, very professional and delicious.

the sauce was amazing and made up for it.

Danny at Tamara's cafe did a fantastic job! I had guests telling me that it was the "Best Wedding Food Ever" and that that they were going back for seconds even though they were a...
lready full! We had the best spread including local favorites like shrimp and grits. We also had euros, caprese salad, chorizo and crawfish mac and cheese and many more great items! In total we had 3 appetizer items and 6-8 menu items. Danny also did a tasting for us that was spectacular. I would recommend him and his team to anyone in the Florida panhandle. And definitely visit Tamara's Cafe when in Apalachicola - yummy! By the way, my wedding was a destination wedding so I was only able to meet with Danny one time. He called me the day before the wedding to finalize all items and really took all of the stress off of me. 5 stars!
