The staff was amazing to work with until the day of the wedding. They had the bell boy deliver the flowers to my suite and I think they did it to avoid me. The flowers were not wha...t I asked for, for the most part, and numerous things were missing from the decor. I choose them because I wanted something spectacular and for what I was given I should have paid half what I was charged. I was beyond disappointed.
