I honestly don’t even know where to begin when it comes to Sydney. There truly aren’t enough words to express how grateful I am that she was our wedding planner. From the very beginning, she was so much more than someone helping us plan a wedding. She became someone I could completely trust, lean on, and feel comfortable with throughout an entire year of planning. Sydney was constantly checking in with me, following up, and making sure I had everything I needed. She thought of things I never even would have considered and guided me through every step of the process. There were so many moments where I could have easily felt overwhelmed, but having Sydney there gave me so much comfort and reassurance. I always knew she had my best interests at heart. When our wedding weekend finally came, she went above and beyond anything I could have ever expected. She and her husband spent the entire day before our wedding helping set everything up and making sure every single detail looked beautiful and perfect. When the chandelier that was originally installed turned out to be the wrong one, her husband even stepped in and hung the correct one for us. They gave their time, energy, and so much care to make sure our day was everything we had dreamed of. What makes Sydney so special is that she genuinely cared about us. She took the time to get to know me, Justin, and our families. By the time our wedding day came, she didn’t feel like a vendor anymore. She felt like someone who had been part of our lives and our journey. She fit right in with our family and friends, and everyone absolutely loved her. So many of our guests commented on how amazing she was. Sydney gave me something that is priceless on your wedding day: peace of mind. I was able to be fully present, soak in every moment, and enjoy marrying my best friend because I knew she was taking care of everything behind the scenes. I genuinely could not have done this without her. Her dedication, kindness, attention to detail, and the amount of heart she puts into what she does is something I will never forget. She cared about our wedding as if it were her own, and I will forever be grateful that she was such a huge part of one of the most important days of our lives. If you are considering hiring Sydney, do it. I would recommend her to absolutely anyone and everyone getting married. When I say 'life changing moments,' I truly believe that weddings, bridal showers, anniversary parties, engagements parties, etc, are more than just events. had to move all chairs for the ceremony to the third floor and coordinate all the vendors including violinist, bar tender, and caterer to carry everything to the third floor for the remainder of the evening while always working through complex offsite parking logistics that complied with local fire regulations. In addition, we had to deal with severe wind that caused us to pivot plans at the last minute. Sydney was fantastic at handling all of these components always providing clear communication and helping make our special day truly amazing.
