Prior to Aug 9th we paid the contract in full. On August 9th.
The limo was over 2 hr late to pick up my son and his new wife to take them to their honeymoon destination. The limo...
driver came in dirty jeans and a shirt. The limo had a tire blow out less than 1 hr outside of Nashville.
Then my son had to fill up the limo with his own money after paying for the limo because the limo had no driver and the fuel card had no funds on it. My husband had started driving towards them in case something else happened he would already be on his way, thank the Lord he did because it wasn't even 30 mins later that our son called and said they were broke down again. I called the " owner" Randy who was clueless that any of this was happening, so I asked him to have Jean, "the other owner" to call me and that has been 2 days ago. We were lied to on multiple calls by Kim. The driver apparently knew he had faulty equipment but nothing was done about it and we are just thankful that our children are safe. That my son had the wisdom to say, get us to an exit where we can get off this road and out of this limo. This is the short version. But take this limo at your own risk.
I called sweetheart limos with an itinerary for my wife in France. They gave me the duration and the price I signed a contract paid them, and when the driver showed up, they said t...
hey were unable to perform the itinerary, and the time that we agreed on, they also sent a limo with no air condition.
Terrible experience and the worst company. We had 2 Limousines for our wedding. The big luxury Limousine was not Luxury at all. The AC was not working and it was very hot that day....
We had 2 old ladies (in 80s) and kids in that car. It was a big health risk on them to put then in that situation. The kids almost got heat stroke inside the car. And the worst part was when I asked the driver who claimed that he is the owner of the company as well about the AC and why it is not working. He answered saying that he knew it about it for a month but there is nothing he can do about it!!!!! I honestly didn’t expect this answer at all. If you know that your AC is not working you should’ve told us from the beginning, so we could’ve got another company. He was very unprofessional to us and to our guests. Nobody was happy with their services. After the wedding we contacted them to ask for refund since that was not really a “luxury car” with broken AC. Rendy the owner was so unprofessional to my wife and he hanged up on her. We asked him multiple times before the wedding for updated contract and he never sent us. Summary: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Sweetheart Limousines was much more than I expected. They decorated the inside with nothing but class. The napkins were done in my bridal colors and they had a flower arrangement m...
y matron of honor asked for done in my bridal colors. This company went above and beyond. First class service with red carpet, very attentive and very well dressed chauffeur. They made my journey about me and after the wedding they made our drive about us. Smoothest limo drive I've ever been on. Not once did I spill my glass of champagne on my dress, not one drop. I was in the car called the 5 door wedding limousine. It was spotless inside and out and smelled of lavendar. They were 15 minutes early and told me to take my time, we even ran over our time by 25 minutes and the driver didn't make a big deal about it. The driver was excellent, everyone I talked to at Sweethearts was calm and full of ideas and so very helpful. The chauffeur even fixed a little seam tear on the train of my Vail and straightened out my dress so I looked perfect before going into where I was getting married and before going into the reception. I couldn't have asked for a better limo company. The driver even had a piece of hard candy for me and very cold iced bottle water waiting for me. Sweetheart Limousines provided first class service above and beyond anything I ever expected. They took and had all the details taken care of including details I never thought of. Thank you all at Sweethearts for your excellent customer service and really going above and beyond of taking care of everything that kept me calm. You definitely care about your customers and it shows so much. Thank you for treating me like a queen on my most special day. You're the best!!! AAA++++++
