This shop is far beyond the quality of other shops. The employees are bubbly and truly helpful. I was able to custom design a dress that is perfect! I can’t recommend them more!
They were super nice and have tons of temple ready dresses!
We bought a wedding dress two months ago and when we went back a couple days later to pick it up, there was a tear in it. They reordered the dress and then had us pay the cost to s...
hip it since we were no longer in Provo to pick it up. I called Chad, the owner, for a refund on the shipping (since they tore the dress, not us) and he told me that I had no business calling him because I'm not the bride (I'm the groom) and therefore not his customer. It's my wedding too Chad. I would expect more from the owner of the business himself.
I got my wedding dress at Sweetheart Bridal and had a great time while choosing it. It is very easy to schedule/manage an appointment online, so, that made it very convenient. They...
have a great variety of dresses, so, I got to try all possible styles I was curious about. The girls were lovely, ready to help, and they provided a great service. With the purchase of the dress, they gave me a lot of coupons and freebies, including a free steam for the dress the week of my wedding. I totally recommend Sweetheart Bridal!
I loved the service and friendly staff. My dress was perfect and affordable!

rice range. After being basically laughed at because of my price range, I decided to make one last stop before calling it a day. Thank goodness I did!
The service at Sweetheart Bridal was fantastic. They are very customer-oriented instead of sales-oriented. You really feel like they want to help you find a dress that you love and not like they're pushing you to buy something.
I was very happy with the service here and I got a TON of compliments on my dress!
Really good selection of dresses, great dresses, and good service. I got my dress from here and I was so happy with it. Beautiful!
I found my wedding dress here and absolutely loved it! The prices were fantastic and they had a good selection of styles to choose from. I will definitely be referring friends here...
