Blocked my number & gave poor customer service, after expressing displeasure. Lots of attitude.
I purchased a dress from Cindy & initially left an amazing review from my trial app...
ointment. Following my purchase it was impossible to get sketches of my customizations. I asked several times & was always told she would “send them when she was at the bridal shop” Below are what I asked for vs what I actually received. (As far as the sleeves we added to the dress) After spending $3000 & not liking my dress I was told my only option was to remove my MUST HAVE sleeves & were a short sleeved dress. She then offered me a new dress which I accepted (value $3000) but then stated that is was not any option anymore the following business day. She then offered $200 refund for the sleeves. When I expressed my frustrating she didn’t apologize, argued back about my concerns & blocked my phone number. Unacceptable.
Im ordering my dress from Sweet Magnolia's Premier Bridal Company. Cindy is the absolute best!! She came in town for me with looked like about 15 dresses, head pieces, jewelry..the...
whole nine! She knew exactly what I wanted when I didn’t even know what I wanted😅🤦🏾♀️. She set up my hotel room, had games, & a bottle to pop after I said “I do to the dress, my way!
(The first dress I tried on was the one!🤗)
I’ll renew my vowels every 2 years just to experience that moment again!
