This is a long awaited review as life got exponentially busy after marriage! My husband and I got married here in November 2025. After almost a year of marriage, we cannot truly say how grateful we are to Norah, her team, and Sweet Cheeks Winery for helping us create such a fantastic and memorable wedding day. The day went incredibly smooth, even with some last minute changes. From start to finish, Norah was incredibly responsible, professional, and just a wonderful person to work with. We had met with several other wedding venues prior to deciding on Sweet Cheeks, but the beautiful venue, affordable pricing, and Norah completely sold us. As our one year anniversary approaches soon, I am still blown away by how beautiful our wedding turned out and our guests (majority out-of-state residents) raved about the beauty of the winery, how friendly Norah and her staff were, and just how much fun they had! As someone who is highly organized and detail oriented by nature, I truly believe that I could not have experienced such a magical day without Norah and her team's help. Norah's communication and attention to detail is unparalleled. She communicated timely and appropriately throughout the year leading up to our wedding. She was amazing to bounce ideas off of and it seemed that any question or concern that we had, Norah had an answer. Our vendors also enjoyed working with Norah and her team, noting that she was professional, friendly, and thorough in her responses to their questions. Wedding planning can be immensely challenging at times, but Norah and her team were a highlight during my wedding experience. Truly, they are genuine in their happiness for their couples and are more than willing to work with you to make your day uniquely special. We have also visited Sweet Cheeks a few times since getting married and the staff continues to recognize us and send such warm wishes in this chapter of our life. I have no notes for areas of improvement, just a BIG thank you for making our wedding a once in a lifetime experience. I will try to edit this post at a later time with some wedding photos!

Norah and her team at Sweet cheeks winery treated us so well and made the planning process so easy. Well, remember, most is being completely welcome as a gay couple feeling that we were welcomed with open arms and open hearts was absolutely tremendous. Nora made the planning process, smooth and easy.. Nora and Wyatt and the rest of their team on the day of the wedding made me feel more comfortable. I was a Baller nerves and they made it better. The venue itself is absolutely amazing between the fountains and the natural beauty, the grapevines, the rose bushes we couldn’t have asked for a better space to have our wedding. Nora and her team made every effort to make our guest feel welcome, and I could clearly see they were celebrating us just as much as our family and friends. I would highly recommend this venue only for that beauty that it possesses before the care in the love that Nora and everyone at Sweet Cheeks Winery showed and shared.

sappoint to say the least - It was absolutely breathtaking. I am not an emotional person and I WEPT when I saw our event set up simply because every detail was more perfect than I had even imagined it. We chose candlelit table centerpieces which in combination with the beautiful sunset and the gorgeous venue itself - words just can’t express how romantic it was. Second, I would like to give the biggest expression of gratitude to Norah, the onsite wedding coordinator. Norah was so helpful and patient, her energy continually reminded us how exciting this experience was every step of the way (even when I got a bit stressy) I originally was very stressed about the short time between guests leaving the site and our wedding guests arriving to our event but she constantly reassured me that it would go smoothly - and I can assure you, it could not have gone more smoothly than it did. This is definitely more than a job to Norah, it was evident that this is her true passion and it shined in every detail. I will never stop reminiscing about how perfect this night was and how amazing we were treated by everyone who worked with us that night.

venue coordinator Norah and the staff. 6 months before our wedding day, our day-of coordinator Olivia Round quit unexpectedly. We then hired Norah to be the day-of coordinator, paying her an extra $1000. She guaranteed she would hire all the necessary staff to run the event (costing us $1000 more). We put a lot of trust in Norah even though she was not friendly to us and felt her disliking of us translated into the service she provided, for example: -We had a charcuterie table we constructed the day before in the fridge for guest appetizers. Norah’s only job was to move it out of the fridge right at the start of the event. Two hours into the event, the charcuterie table was still in the fridge. When the mother of the bride inquired about it, Norah did not go and get it; instead the mother of the bride and her husband had to lift the extremely heavy table out of the fridge to get it to the guests. -Several requests from the DJ, family of the bride and groom, and wedding party were ignored by Norah and her staff. For example, the staff refused to cut the wedding cake. -When the bride asked Norah for help bustling her dress, Norah was complaining there were millions of ways to bustle a wedding dress and kept saying someone else should have known how to do this. -We were constantly behind the timeline schedule. Norah only checked in with us a handful of times informing us about being behind schedule, but not offering many solutions to make up time. -Not a single candle was lit (there were over 300 candles). Although it was windy, there were many candles inside that could have been lit and were not. This felt especially shady because of what happened with the clean up of the event… Despite us telling Norah we would retrieve our belongings the morning after, the staff ate our leftover food and took many of the bride and groom’s belongings as “first come, first serve.” The items were hidden from us for nearly 40 minutes and we only retrieved the stolen items after several confrontations with staff. -When we inquired about specific items e.g. bud vases and candles, the staff was dodgy and would not show us where things were. After more direct confrontation, a worker went to HIS CAR and got out one of six boxes of bud vases. -When confronted AGAIN asking for the remaining decor items, staff said: “Oh well Norah told us we could take whatever we wanted.” He then finally pointed us to a spot we did not have previous access to where our items were hidden. -The items hidden were about half of the decor, many items unused for our wedding. All the candles were there which made me think: “were they trying to reuse or resell our candles and that’s why they didn’t get lit?” Overall, we still had fun at our wedding, but with all of this, it was difficult for us to enjoy ourselves. Norah did not follow up with us once after the event, just charged $5000 on my card without communication. It felt clear that her and her staff did not like us from the start and unfortunately, these memories will stay with us forever when we look back on our wedding day.

started planning the wedding while living overseas and she always accommodated my schedule, making it possible for me to get to the big day with the least amount of stress possibile. I always felt like I had someone on my side, ready to jump in and let me enjoy my day without having to worry about every little detail because Norah and her team had it covered! Planning a wedding can be stressful so being able to meet online and face to face several times made me feel really looked after. When we got rehearsal I had a great feeling that our big day was gonna run smoothly. Norah and Taylor supported me so much during my day, making sure I could truly enjoy it and I’ll be forever thankful for their professionalism and genuine passion they have for their job. Getting married in May we were concerned about the weather and the fact that we could plan it both inside and outside depending on the forecast was a great plus for us. In addition to that all of their wines and sublime and our guests were very happy. We were on a budget and the price was a steal too! The views are amazing and I couldn’t picture getting married anywhere else! Highly recommend!

roves of trees, and lines of neat little vines trace the countryside with Sweet Cheeks looking out on all of it. Even the building itself is gorgeous with hand-carved inlays and cobblestone patio. The photos are amazing and even they don’t do it justice! We considered Sweet Cheeks because of its beautiful views and ambiance, but we chose Sweet Cheeks because of the people. Norah and her events crew went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was perfect. They were communicative and responsive during the planning process, checking in regularly and providing helpful insight. The venue is very flexible and accommodating from the ceremony layout to the wedding timeline we never felt boxed in or pressured. On the wedding day, they had everything dialed in to a science so all we had to worry about was getting married! We owe our wedding to the great people at Sweet Cheeks and we promise they will make your dreams come true.

We got married at 6pm on November 7th and were worried about lighting, but it wasn’t a problem at all, in fact it made the venue look even more magical with candles and the cute string lights. We also really loved the wood tables and chairs, as well as the ceremony chairs! The team made the transition from ceremony to reception so smooth and I don’t think I could have asked for a better venue.
