We truly cannot recommend Kylie and the Sweet Blossom team enough! She is incredibly organized, detail-oriented, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about making your wedding everythin...
g you envision.
On our wedding weekend, Kylie and her team were absolutely amazing. Everything came together so beautifully, and we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment without worrying about a thing. We are so grateful to Kylie and the entire Sweet Blossom team for helping make our wedding weekend so special. We couldn't have imagined doing it without them!
A simple review can't adequately express how outstanding Kylie is!
My now husband and I decided that we did not want to have a long engagement, and that we wanted to plan our w...
edding in 6 months. We knew it was a crazy choice with how overwhelming wedding planning is nowadays, and honestly questioned whether it would even be possible. When we first met with Kylie, I was overwhelmed and feeling embarrassed in how behind I already felt in the process. Every time we met with Kylie, she made us feel so much better, never was judgmental for how much planning progress we had/had not made, and always made things feel possible and attainable.
Throughout the process, Kylie was incredibly communicative. She was always willing to hop on a quick call or Zoom meeting, and was constantly responding to all our silly questions via text or email with lightning speed. Beyond this, we also deeply appreciated how willing Kylie was to give her thoughts/opinions, even if they differed from ours. I can imagine it's a difficult line to walk because weddings are so personal, but I was always so thankful when she would give her two cents because she was the expert and I truly didn't know anything!
We didn't think our experience could get better, but it did on our wedding day. I am the most type A person there is, and anyone who knows me knows that I should have been absolutely freaking out the whole day. In reality, I have never been more calm, as I genuinely felt like everything had been 110% taken care of (and it was!). Throughout the day, countless family members and guests came up to me to compliment Kylie's attentiveness, preparedness, and thoughtfulness. It was so obvious to everyone who came in contact with her that day.
We honestly feel as though Kylie is a friend of ours now, not just someone who made our day the very best it could be. Thank you Kylie and Sweet Blossom!!!!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Truly the Best Wedding Coordinator We Could Have Asked For!
I genuinely don't know what we would have done without Dionne and her incredible team at Sweet Blossom Weddings. ...
From the moment we connected with her until the very last moments of our wedding, she was absolutely amazing. She was communicative, organized, thoughtful, supportive, and always one step ahead. But what really sets Dionne apart is how much she genuinely cares about her couples.
We had a few unexpected challenges leading up to and during our wedding, and Dionne handled every single one with such grace and professionalism.
When we found out our wedding venue had double-booked an event that affected our wedding plans, we were incredibly disappointed and frustrated. Dionne immediately jumped into action, helped us navigate the situation, came up with solutions, and made sure we felt supported throughout the entire process. She was truly in our corner.
Then there was the wedding cake. 😂 I had completely forgotten to pick it up the day before our wedding. When Dionne asked where the cake was, I realized my mistake and was so overwhelmed that I literally told her, "Forget it, we don't need a cake!" Without missing a beat, she said, "No, I'm going to get you that cake." And somehow, within an hour, our wedding cake was there. I still can't believe she pulled that off!
On our actual wedding day, there was also a nearby fire that caused traffic delays and left many of our guests running late. Dionne immediately recognized what was happening, communicated with us, and helped us adjust our ceremony timing so our loved ones could make it. She was constantly thinking ahead, solving problems before they became problems, and making sure we could actually enjoy our day.
And I have to give the biggest shoutout to Erin, our couple's assistant, who was an absolute ROCK STAR. That woman did not leave my side! She helped me with absolutely everything, from fluffing my dress and making sure I looked perfect to knowing exactly when to step out of the way for photos. She was attentive without ever being intrusive, and I honestly felt so taken care of. At one point, while we were taking photos and absolutely starving, Dionne and Erin even brought us French fries. 😂 It's those little moments of thoughtfulness that I'll never forget.
Dionne and her team were also so wonderful with our friends and family. Everyone was treated with kindness, patience, and care, and it made such a difference.
Planning a wedding is a huge undertaking, and there are so many moving pieces that you can't possibly anticipate everything. Having Dionne by our side meant that even when things went wrong, we never felt like we were facing them alone.
By the end of this experience, Dionne became so much more than our wedding coordinator. I genuinely consider her a friend. She cared about our wedding, our families, and our happiness, and it showed in everything she did.
Our wedding was absolutely beautiful, and so much of that is because of her. I will forever be grateful for everything she did for us.
If you're looking for a wedding coordinator, **hire Dionne. Seriously.** You want someone like her in your corner. I cannot recommend her and Sweet Blossom Weddings enough.
Thank you, Dionne and Erin, for taking such incredible care of us and helping make our wedding a day we'll never forget. ❤️

g package. Kylie was very organized and communicative throughout the process. Most importantly, she is such a kind and thoughtful person -- her attention to detail and creativity when dealing with tricky situations are unparalleled. She was able to navigate last-minute venue hiccups with ease. You can tell she loves what she does. We felt so assured that our weekend would be perfect because of Kylie. Our day-of assistants were also fantastic. We did not have anything to worry about during our wedding weekend and were able to be fully in the moment. Several guests said our wedding was the best wedding they've attended, and it's all thanks to Kylie and the SBW team!

ing day, she brought every detail to life even more beautifully than we could have imagined.
She is organized, thoughtful, calm under pressure, and genuinely cares about the couples she works with. Knowing Kylie was there allowed us to be completely present and enjoy every moment because we knew everything was in the best hands.
When people ask us about our wedding, one of the very first things we mention is Kylie. She wasn't just our wedding planner, she became such an important part of our day. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made everything feel seamless, joyful, and unforgettable. She was by far our favorite "vendor," although calling her that doesn't begin to capture everything she meant to us.
If you're considering Sweet Blossom, stop looking and book them. Kylie exceeded every expectation we had, and we will always be grateful for the care, heart, and passion she poured into making our wedding the happiest day of our lives.

vel of care, support, and expertise we received was absolutely incredible.
Kaylie was our coordinator leading up to the wedding, and she was amazing from start to finish. Whenever a challenge or unexpected change came up during the planning process, she immediately came to us with thoughtful solutions and made everything feel manageable. She handled things behind the scenes so seamlessly that we never had the chance to stress or worry.
During our rehearsal, Kaylie was calm, organized, and gently guided everyone through the process while keeping us on schedule. On the wedding day, she was truly exceptional. She made sure every detail was taken care of, anticipated our needs, and brought our vision to life. If anything went wrong, we never knew because she handled everything so professionally and effortlessly.
What stood out most was how much she went above and beyond. She helped prepare us for meetings, thought through details we hadn’t even considered, and even captured behind-the-scenes moments that she shared with us afterward. Those little touches meant so much and showed how invested she was in making our wedding experience special.
Kaylie and the Sweet Blossom Weddings team are truly incredible. We are beyond grateful for everything she did to make our wedding day everything we dreamed of and more. I would recommend Kaylie a thousand times over to any couple looking for someone who is organized, thoughtful, calm, and genuinely cares about bringing your vision to life.
From the moment we spoke with Melissa, I knew Sweet blossom was the correct planner for us. She was so kind and knowledgeable and walked us through every option they had to offer. ...
Also for all included, very reasonable pricing. We chose the package that gave us a planner 4 months before the wedding. We were paired with the incredible, amazing Dionne. My husband and I cannot say enough amazing things about her. She is so organized, helpful, FUN, and detailed. Our wedding day was incredible due to her hard work and dedication to making our day special. Bridal Assistants Taylor and Claire were also so kind and helpful day of. If you are thinking of using sweet blossom, stop thinking and do it! We wish we could get married every weekend to hang out with Dionne!!

rstatement. Everyone in my life told me that something at some point wouldn't be what we planned or expected, something would go wrong (big or small), but it never did. Jess and her team of amazing assistants made sure everything was perfect, ran back to my room more than once to get things I'd forgotten, and never made me feel bad about it. During the planning process, Jess set up multiple calls with us, especially in the last 6 months, and always came prepared with a list of things to talk through, things we needed to be thinking about, and the comprehensive spreadsheet she put together for us was an absolute game changer. It had every detail we could have ever needed. I would highly recommend Jess and Sweet Blossom for planning your wedding - they will make sure every detail goes according to plan and that it's your dream wedding day!!!

l with the owner, Melissa, and we could tell she was very kind and cared a lot about her couples. We chose the Pear Blossom wedding management service and it was perfect for our needs. Our lead planner, Emily C., jumped into action about 3-4 months before the wedding day. Emily wasn't able to attend our tasting but Melissa stepped in to help guide us and it was so much fun!
Emily was so professional, kind, attentive and open to helping us whenever we needed. It was so assuring to have her offer to jump on a zoom call when we needed it! We were so thankful for her to make the timeline, offer recommendations on rentals and so much more. She was so incredible and played a big role in making our wedding day feel so perfect.
Emily kept us even more organized and we truly don't think our wedding day could have gone any more seamless all thanks to her! If there were any problems, she handled them gracefully and coordinated everything with ease. We couldn't be more grateful to SBW and of course, Emily! Also shoutout to our day of assistants, Emily P. and Camille for their hardwork!!

meetings, finding us a new vendor two weeks before the big day, and making our wedding day so special we are so grateful we had chosen Kylie and the team at Sweet Blossom. Kylie was thoughtful, detail oriented, and proactive. Also, we want to shout out Isabella who was our amazing day of coordinator. She was communicative and proactive on the big day.
We couldn’t have chosen a better wedding planner. If you are on the fence about Sweet Blossom Weddings, use this review as a reassurance you are making the right choice. Kylie, thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!

bout making our day exactly what we envisioned.
In the months leading up to the wedding, Emily went above and beyond—coordinating with all of our vendors and setting up multiple check-in meetings with us to walk through timelines, seating, and every detail. That level of organization and communication made such a difference and gave me so much confidence going into the day knowing everything would be taken care of.
On the wedding day, everything was seamless—largely because of Emily and her team. What really stood out was how they handled an unexpected curveball: it started raining during our reception. Within what felt like minutes, they moved everything indoors and completely transformed the space. It was incredible to watch how quickly and calmly they pulled everything together, and the new setup was still so beautiful.
Despite the weather, our night didn’t feel disrupted at all—it was just as special, fun, and memorable as we had hoped. Emily made sure everything kept flowing and that we didn’t have to worry about a single thing.
I can’t recommend Emily and the Sweet Blossoms team enough. They truly went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect, no matter what came our way.
Working with the Sweet Blossom team was truly one of the best decisions we made. From the very beginning through the day of, everything was completely flawless.

ng up to the wedding, we experienced a loss in our family, and Dionne handled everything with so much care, empathy, and thoughtfulness. She stepped in seamlessly, anticipated needs before we even had to ask, and made a difficult time feel so much more manageable.
Dionne and Kat are not only incredibly talented and creative, but they also bring such a calm, steady presence. On the wedding day, that sense of calm meant everything. We were able to fully relax and be present, knowing every detail was being handled beautifully and intentionally.
Melissa, the owner, is also absolutely amazing and has clearly built an exceptional team. As someone who works in the hospitality industry—and at the property where I got married—I naturally have very high expectations. The Sweet Blossom team exceeded all of them.
I can’t recommend Dionne, Kat, Melissa, and the entire Sweet Blossom team enough. They are truly the best at what they do!

Please use SBW they are the absolute best!!

ith. Sweet Blossom Weddings came highly recommended from our venue (to use their words, "don't even bother looking into any other planners) and they could not have been more right. Beyond their commitment to making sure every single detail was accounted for and impressive project management skills, was a thoughtfulness, kindness, humor, and friendship that left such a special mark on our experience with Sweet Blossom Weddings.
Don't bother looking into any other options!

I’ve said it before, but it’s worth saying again—if she ever decides to grow her team, I would be over the moon to work alongside someone so passionate, inspiring, and genuinely kind. She doesn’t just plan weddings—she creates memories that last a lifetime.

WOW! How did we get so lucky?! Jasmine is an amazing person and wedding planner. Calm, cool, collected. We credit her calmness as the reason we were so calm, you just knew she had ...
everything covered. We never saw her, and yet she was always right there - knowing how to blend in and let the couple shine. She was always one step ahead - when we sought her out with a question, she was already taking care of it. We honestly did not have one hiccup the whole day (or if there was one we never knew about it). All the planning and execution - the TIMELINE! What a task! All of it was greatly appreciated.
Her style sense was spot on in so many ways. We just couldn't be happier with our collaboration. Thank you to Jasmine and the SBW team!

el like we won the wedding planner/designer lottery because of Jasmine! Every single thing from the first steps of the planning process all the way up through the end of the wedding day was as smooth as could be. She made us feel so taken care of, and designed a wedding that absolutely blew our minds (and our guests' minds, too). Vendors clearly love working with her. She is equally exceptional at organization and managing a budget as she is with the creative side. The design, decor and florals were amazing. Plus, her professionalism and positive warm vibe made the whole experience so enjoyable. She was very available to us whenever we had questions or needed to hop on a zoom. And, she handled our accelerated schedule with ease (we planned a 60-person wedding in a bout 5-6 months). Thank you, Jasmine! We already miss you! Emma from SBW, who worked with us day-of, was AMAZING, too!

Our wedding day couldn’t have gone any smoother. Everything flowed perfectly, and we were able to be fully present and soak it all in knowing Kylie and her team had every detail handled. She anticipated needs before we even thought of them and made the day feel effortless.
We’re so grateful for all the care, warmth, and thoughtfulness that went into making our day so special. Thank you, Kylie and Sweet Blossom Weddings, for helping bring our vision to life — we couldn’t have done it without you!

er wedding in 2016 and their prices are competitive. We were lucky to be paired with Kylie and she was a great sounding board throughout, kept us organized and on schedule, and helped us bring our vision to life. Overall, we felt confident with Kylie at the helm and working with her was worth every penny.
We created a rough vision of what we wanted and Kylie connected us to great vendors and created a design board for us that looked even better in person on the day. She took the time to hear our feedback and understand what was important to us. Throughout working with Kylie, she was very communicative, responsive, and proactive, especially when coordinating vendors.
One of the best compliments we got after the wedding was of how smoothly the day went; guests never felt like they were waiting around and they were able to enjoy themselves and have a good time. This was definitely due to Kylie's efforts in creating a flawless timeline. Thank you Kylie!!

both as a couple and individuals, all the way down to who she assigned as my partner’s bridal assistant. My partner also raved about Emma’s help and ability to sense her needs throughout the day. Emma was also very handy with some last-minute changes on the groom’s side.
Kylie always tried to accommodate meetings with our vendors and ensured the various detailed changes we requested were updated on Sweet Blossom’s master agenda. Kylie met any change requests with such grace and calmness. She also extended these traits in her reassurance to us as a couple when we felt frazzled at times. She kept us grounded leading up to the wedding all the way through the end of the wedding day itself.
Overall, Kylie and the Sweet Blossom team’s support enabled us to genuinely enjoy our wedding and be present throughout the day to focus on what really matters. We highly recommend Sweet Blossom to anyone with a wedding coming up!

The SBW team are excellent communicators—timely, responsive, and professional in all interactions, both with us and our vendors. Their expertise was evident in every detail, and they truly thought of everything.
Kylie and her team were organized, flexible, and handled the fast-paced environment so easily. Their positive energy throughout the day elevated the entire experience, and we’re so grateful for everything they did for us!

credibly patient, thoughtful, and truly dedicated to her work. She completely understood the assignment, offering guidance and education where needed. Her advice, creativity, and eye for design were exactly what we were looking for.
She always responded to my emails, calls, and texts so quickly, which gave me complete peace of mind throughout the planning process. She connected us with amazing vendors—every single one we selected from her recommendations was fantastic. My only regret is not choosing all of her suggested vendors, because she clearly knows the very best in the industry. Thank you, Jasmine and the entire SBW team!
What impressed me most was how responsible and detail-oriented she is. Jasmine guided us every step of the way and made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Thanks to her, our wedding day turned out more beautiful than we ever imagined.
If you’re looking for someone who is patient, professional, and has an incredible eye for detail, I cannot recommend Jasmine highly enough. She is truly the best wedding planner!

day in their hands. All of our vendors knew where to be and what to do (and they all raved about Melissa as well!) Throughout the planning process Melissa was the perfect blend of allowing us to make the choices we wanted and providing advice when we needed it with her expertise. I couldn’t have imagined a better day that flowed so smoothly or went so flawlessly all thanks to Melissa and her stellar team. Would highly recommend Sweet Blossom and will be doing so for all of my local friends and family that are getting married!
HIRE THEM! We cannot thank SBW enough - especially Jasmine, our principal planner. She is amazing.
I first connected with Melissa from SBW (found them online) and she set us up wi...
th Jasmine, and arranged time for us to meet before we decided to hire them fully. It was super easy, and I knew immediately on the call we were going to hire them and signed the contract the same day.
I went with their top tier plan where the only thing I handled was signage and making decisions - Jasmine executed everything for me. We also found our venue on our own and SBW was hired after. We had a 130 person wedding with 2 ceremonies - 1 western (traditional American/walk down the aisle) and 1 Persian ceremony with a sofreh aghd etc.. Everything was exactly how I wanted it and all based on Jasmine’s expertise and the flow of everything was perfect. Jasmine also helped us find all of our vendors and helped me weigh out pros and cons and pricing etc. We had meetings through our year of planning that were super helpful - she was very communicative and professional - and it was fun.
The process was SO seamless and our wedding was so much fun. As a couple who has never planned a wedding before, we were afraid that our vision and our eclectic taste would get us in trouble, but there was no need for fear. Jasmine completely understood the assignment, and educated and advised us where needed, and our wedding was more than we could have ever imagined. Jasmine and the team at SBW are truly experts. Jasmine’s craft and creative sense/design is just what we needed (I'm not creative but she brought everything to life in a way I could have never done on my own). Plus all the coordination on her end. Emma from their team helped as a bridal assistant and she helped SO much and was amazing as well. She and Jasmine made me feel calm on our wedding day.
We had A LOT of our guests tell us that our wedding was the best wedding they had ever been to. I am very satisfied and happy that we made the choice to hire them. I have no regrets and I can look back at my wedding with complete satisfaction. They can literally do anything. THANK YOU JASMINE AND MELISSA AND SBW!!!!

We absolutely loved working with Sweet Blossom Weddings! Kylie was exceptional and her team on the wedding day went above and beyond to make the weekend run better than we imagined...
. During the planning process Kylie was detail-oriented and very efficient in making sure we had thought through all aspects of our wedding. Whenever we threw a new idea at her, she was all in and made sure it was executed perfectly on the wedding day. She coordinated everything with our vendors so the day ran so smoothly. She had instilled so much confidence in us that we knew on the wedding day we had nothing to do except enjoy ourselves. We cannot thank the team enough for ensuring we had the most perfect day!
Sweet Blossom is truly the gold standard when it comes to wedding planning and coordination in San Diego. From the beginning, Melissa worked closely with us to tailor services that...
met our specific needs which focused on planning and day of coordination eight weeks prior to the wedding. Our assigned coordinator Jess Alexander was an absolute rock-star: she was incredibly organized, responsive, a strong communicator and offered thoughtful advice when needed. She also demonstrated a calm demeanor throughout the coordination process, which was much needed the day of the wedding (particularly when we had to switch locations hours before the ceremony due to weather). Jess seamlessly coordinated between two distinct venues for the ceremony and reception, plus all of the other vendors. She and her team handled everything behind the scenes, and even sent us BTS photos the very next day. The wedding day greatly exceeded our expectations and that was largely thanks to Jess and team, we could not have done it without her!

Our lead planner Jess was so proactive and communicative every step of the way - she was a superstar. I’m typically a very organized type A sort of person, but with Jess we felt like we could take a step back and had the utmost confidence in her and the team to execute and help us make a lot of decisions in the few months leading up to the wedding! Jess had so many great ideas and advice - we trusted her wholly and she had such an empathetic ear whenever we had any questions or ideas.
Our wedding day went so smoothly and beautifully thanks to Jess, Heather, and Kaylie. Everyone was so professional and we’re grateful for their expertise and coordination, as that allowed us to soak in the moments of the day and just truly enjoy without any stress.
We would absolutely recommend Sweet Blossom Weddings to any couple looking for a supportive, professional, and communicative partner in planning their big day! We couldn’t have done it without team SBW.

nitial call with Melissa I felt at ease and knew would be in good hands. We loved our initial design meeting and it was so cool to do the Pear & Design package as I love to plan and wanted to have the flexibility to do my own thing but loved the help to make the initial designs and vision come to life. We had a change of wedding planer during the process but it truly worked out for the best!!!! Kylie was the BEST to work with - so so organized and on top of everything we needed in all our meetings, especially as the day got closer and closer. It was a truly perfectly executed day. I trusted her and the SBW team and assistants to get everything all set up for the day, and the ceremony and reception were both just perfect. The pear & design package was well worth the money, and loved having the weight off our shoulders for day-of needs. We were so lucky to work with Kylie and SBW!!! <3 XOXO
We are honored to share this unsolicited review about our Nov 2024 wedding.
We cannot express enough gratitude to the entire SBW wedding team, and especially to our coordinator, ...
Jasmine. If you’re planning a cultural event—particularly an Indian-hybrid wedding—she is an absolute must-have.
Jasmine brought a perfect combination of experience, poise, and confidence that helped us stay on track, stay sane, and truly leave our worries at the door. She managed multiple challenges with incredible success—both the ones we were aware of and undoubtedly many others that we weren’t.
Throughout the planning process, Jasmine was a dream to work with—always easy to communicate with and incredibly flexible, especially during the crunch time leading up to the wedding. She consistently took ownership of tasks, ensuring they were completed with care, and even stepped in to assist in areas we didn’t expect.
On the big day, Jasmine was nothing short of a rock star. She and the SBW team handled so many moving parts with ease and grace. Any issues brought to her attention were either already being addressed or resolved in a flash.
We truly could not have done this without her, and we are so grateful that Jasmine and the entire SBW team were part of our big, multi-cultural day.
How do I put into words how amazing the sweet blossom team is - especially Jasmine! :)
In June of 2023 I had several calls with other agencies that made me feel not so sure about...
investing money into a wedding planner. As we live in Palm Springs, I knew I needed to find a planner in San Diego who I could wholeheartedly trust to help us from a distance. And then, I got to speak with Melissa! She made me feel SO comfortable - like she truly cared about our experience and making sure we really connected with our planner. When I got to meet Jasmine Serrano, our principal planner - I just knew we made the right choice. As an anxious bride, Jasmine was with me every step of the way, making sure that all our questions were answered and keeping us on track (even though we were so far out from wedding day!) Her creative side was truly a blessing as my now husband and I struggled with putting our ideas together. Jasmine literally handled everything - from coordinating vendors (and our families!), to design, she exuded calmness and confidence in her craft - which I so needed. We so appreciated her relationships with vendors that really helped us make decisions about who to hire. We could tell that all our vendors had the same energy and commitment to making our day as perfect as possible. Jasmine truly works only with the best.
Our wedding day on 10/19/24 was an absolute dream because of Jasmine. Her and Heather (my amazing SBW bridal assistant) were there the whole time, and it really allowed us to enjoy our wedding day! We got to eat, dance, and ENJOY! How many couples can say that! If anything went wrong, I sure didn’t know about it - all because of Jasmine. We were blown away with how flawlessly perfect the day was, and it was all because of Jasmine working tirelessly behind the scenes. She kept us on time and the day flowed perfectly.
Ulysses and I truly cannot thank Jasmine and SBW enough for making our special day beyond amazing. We have made a lifelong friend in Jasmine and highly recommend her and SBW to any couples who want to work with a wedding planner who truly cares as much about your wedding as you do!

hat when the day came that everything would be under control and taken care of. Kylie was extremely confident and calm which helped make us feel at ease and allowed us to enjoy the day without worrying about what may happen. I couldn't recommend her or the team at SBW more!
Where to even start - we seriously can’t thank Melissa enough for everything her and her team did to make our wedding day so special. To say I was stressed throughout the planning ...
process would be an understatement—especially after working with our first planner, who we ultimately made the difficult decision to part ways with 2 months before the wedding. Switching planners so close to the wedding was such a nerve-wracking choice, but I am so grateful we made the leap and chose to work with Melissa.
From the moment we started working together, everything became so much easier, and we immediately felt confident that the wedding of our dreams was not only possible but in the best hands. After our first meeting at the venue, both my husband and I felt a huge weight lift off our shoulders. As my husband perfectly put it, “We finally felt like we weren’t the ones driving.” By switching planners we had to pay more money, but switching to Melissa and her team was one of the best decisions we made around the whole planning process and we would 100% do it again.
On the day of the wedding, everything felt seamless from our perspective, and I’m sure that’s a huge testament to Melissa’s incredible professionalism and expertise. If there were any hiccups, we were blissfully unaware—thanks to the team!
We absolutely loved working with Melissa and are so grateful for her team’s support, creativity, and care. They made the whole process (which started out so stressful) smooth and enjoyable.

oordinator and after looking at options, we were so happy to find SBW’s packages the fit our need perfectly. We purchased the Pear Blossom package, which includes connecting with a coordinator 3 months leading up to the wedding. And WOW. To this day, we will say that having SBW as a vendor was worth every single penny and then some! I would highly recommend them to any couple who wants a kind, patient and genuine coordinator who really knows their stuff and who can really advocate for you as a couple!
A huge shout out to our main planner Kylie who was all of the above! In all of our planning meetings, she made us feel confident in our decisions and always offered us her suggestions and advice (which we we gladly took)! She was present and highly accessible to us. Whether it was to joke or vent about anything, she was there! She was able to pull our vision and help us execute a memorable day!
On the day of, we had our personal PA Katie and another SBW member who helped with set up. A team of 3 really helped the day go so perfectly! Our bridal party and family commented how attentive and detailed the whole team was. We were also told that as a bride and groom, we looked super relaxed and present during the wedding and reception - and truly, that’s because we were confident in SBW in taking the reigns to conduct our event! Their seamless coordination allowed us to fully enjoy our party. As a couple or as an attendee, SBW’s presence was really felt in the most positive way! I will continue gushing about just how amazing SBW is. I highly recommend them for your big day - you will be so happy you did!
We used the sweet blossom wedding planning team for our wedding and it was worth EVERY penny. We had been referred to them by a friend and loved that they provided various packages...
based on the level of support needed that were also budget friendly. We elected to go with the pear package which included 3 months of planning support services and day of coordinators. Jasmine was our lead planner and she went above and beyond to help bring our vision to life. She helped to connect us with vendors, source items we needed, and provide an idea of things that might be missing in our plans to date. The support she (and her team) provided on our wedding day made our experience so stress-free and enjoyable! I cannot thank Jasmine & the Sweet Blossom team enough for all of their time, energy, and effort that went into making our wedding day so special.
Jess from Sweet Blossom Weddings was the planner for my daughter's wedding. She was professional, organized and familiar with the venue. During the planning process she coordinated...
with outside vendors and made sure everything was set for the wedding day to run smoothly. On the wedding day she was at the venue early with two assistants and coordinated set up of the ceremony and the reception so that everything looked beautiful. She checked in with us regularly to let us know what was "next". It took away so much of the stress that comes with a wedding and we were genuinely able to relax and enjoy the day. Our contract with Sweet Blossom was for three months and the wedding guest count was 90 people. I can honestly say the value was there and the money well spent.

service planning! I do not have a great creative eye and Jasmine was able to bring what was in my head to life so beautifully in the design board which made everything else a breeze! All of the vendor recommendations helped so much being new to the area and she was able to coordinate all of them so that everything ran perfectly on the day! I truly could not have had a wedding without them. The actual day ran so smooth and everyone in the SWB was great at communicating and taking care of everything that I knew I could just relax. I could not recommend them more and am so thankful I had them on my team!!
Highly recommend Sweet Blossom. Our coordinator Kylie was so easy to work with, was extremely responsive, and was on top of every little detail. From attending our tasting & floral...
mockup, to when she started communicating with our vendors, and having her at our rehearsal - it was very helpful to have someone I trusted to step in and take that work off my plate & be a sounding board as we got close to the date. The day of everything went so smoothly. The bridal assistant Danielle was very helpful, and it felt like Kylie was 2 steps ahead the entire day to make sure everything went great. They blew my expectations out of the water and thanks to them my wedding felt like the most perfect & beautiful day ever. Thank you!
Highly recommend Sweet Blossom. They were helpful, detail-oriented, professional, and experienced.
Kaylie took great care of us during cocktail hour and made sure our glasses were...
n't empty. Paige was helpful in letting us know what to do. One of the members of the team was pushed by a pedestrian, but she kept her cool and remained professional. One of the memorable moments of the night was when a young lady in a white dress entered our wedding with her date who was wearing shorts and headed straight to the bar. This was taken care of swiftly and quietly by the Sweet Blossom team.
Wow!!! So happy we hired SBW. We chose the All Inclusive package because we had just recently moved to the area. We had a couple venues in mind based on online research but didn't ...
want to leave any stone unturned. Melissa pulled all different kinds of options near and far for us to look at. After selecting our venue, she created a a detailed budget, which was something I used right up until the day before (and reviewed afterwards). Throughout the planning process, I really felt that she listened to our wants and needs while also providing gentle guidance. The day of, she really exceeded all of our expectations! Everything went so smoothly, I had parents, bridesmaids, and friends coming up to me gushing about how great of a job she did. We were so happy with every vendor we hired, all of which were recommended by her and her team. 10/10 would recommend if you are wanting to get married in San Diego!!!!

in during a very stressful time and was wonderful. She made everything so stress free for what had turned into a very difficult situation. She and her assistants were delightful to work with, and my daughter had the wedding of their dreams. I can't thank her enough.

would have booked full planning because of how incredible the team was. Our lead planner Kylie was sweet, responsive, organized, fun, and so on top of everything! Kylie kept us on a timeline to eliminate last minute stress and the day of the wedding I was able to completely be in the moment and enjoy myself with my husband, family, and friends. Kylie was so organized and also so kind, calm, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. The sweet blossom team went so so above and beyond on my wedding day I can’t even begin to express my gratitude. My bridal assistant Jess even ran back to my hotel and located my inhaler for me because I forgot it and needed it at my reception. Kylie was at my side with anything I could have wanted without me even really knowing I needed it. She anticipated and reacted with such ease you barely knew she was there but just knew everything was going perfectly because of her. I’m so appreciative that myself, my family, and my bridal party were all able to sit back and relax at my wedding because of Kylie and her team. Sweet blossom weddings is 10000% worth the investment and I would recommend them (Kylie especially!) to anyone planning an event. Truly cannot thank them enough!! 🫶🏻💕
