Swanky Soiree Event Design & Wedding Planner

have imagined. I truly could not imagine our day without her the

s every step of the way that everything would be taken care of, and she meant it. Our entire day ran exactly on schedule, down to the minute, yet somehow still felt completely effortless and relaxed. As a destination bride, Bailey completely eliminated that stress. She never once let me feel the distance—she made everything feel like a breeze from start to finish. I was able to ship items directly to her, and she handled everything on-site without a single issue, making the entire process completely seamless. I’ve never experienced—or even seen—a wedding that was so easygoing while being executed so perfectly. Bailey made it possible for me to feel totally at ease throughout the entire planning process and on the day itself, which is something every bride hopes for. She was always in clear communication—sending updates, payment reminders, and detailed timelines—and was so easy to reach whenever we needed her. Every response was quick, thoughtful, and full of helpful ideas or solutions. I genuinely cannot imagine our wedding weekend without her. Bailey is an incredible asset to Swanky Soirée, and anyone would be so lucky to have her plan their wedding!

f the grand tasting. They were very responsive and helpful which really eased my mind, especially considering our wedding was a destination wedding. Everything went so smoothly and I truly didn't have to worry about a thing. They are such pros! Special shout out to Nicole and Christina for being so amazing, this day can be really stressful and they ensured that everything was taken care of. My guests noted how efficiently everything was run and how gorgeous the decor was, and that was all thanks to Swanky. There were certain points in the process where I had a hard time making decisions and Swanky effectively guided me made sure that my vision came to life, even when I wasn't able to articulate exactly what I wanted. It's like they read my mind. I so appreciate them and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone getting married in the Sarasota area. They are part of the reason this memory will always be so special to me.

t recommend them enough! Christina was incredible with the design side of things, bringing our vision to life in ways we couldn't have even imagined. Her creativity and attention to detail were evident in every single element of our celebration. Stefanie, our lead planner, was an absolute rockstar. She kept everything running seamlessly from start to finish and made sure we didn't have to worry about a single thing. Having her in our corner meant we could be fully present and enjoy every moment of our day. On the day itself, Lianne and Lizzy were right there with us, making sure everything went off without a hitch. They were so kind, warm, and attentive — always one step ahead, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. We never had to lift a finger! The entire Swanky Soiree team is the definition of professional, and more importantly, they truly care about their couples. If you want a team that will handle every detail with grace and make your wedding day feel effortless and magical, this is the team for you. Five stars all around!

ful and Nicole helped make our dream wedding day come to life! She took so much of the stress away from my husband and I, and helped coordinate every single logistic for the wedding day! I could not recommend Swanky enough to any future brides!

u access to their entire decor stock with so many items already included in your package. Christina also has awesome upgrade rentals for you to choose from! We ended up renting the white circle bar with a custom decal of our wedding crest that was gorgeous & hanging lanterns and disco balls for our sailcloth tent reception!  We had such an amazing experience from the planning process to the big day. Christina and her team are truly amazing! Everyone is so attentive and responsive to any questions I had… which were definitely many! Stefanie was such a joy to work with finishing out the planning process as we got closer to our wedding day with creating a timeline and all the fine details to make sure our day ran smoothly and stress free! Our wedding day was nothing short of a dream come true, the girls executed my vision perfectly. I highly recommend swanky to any future brides wanting a smooth wedding planning process! t intro call, Christina took the time to understand our vision, priorities, and the overall vibe we wanted for the day. She didn’t just listen, but she genuinely understood us. What stood out most for us was how thoughtful and transparent both Christina and Stefanie were about our budget. They were always upfront about costs and options, and whenever we had questions or concerns, they were quick to hop on calls and walk us through everything. They were incredibly solution oriented with ideas which we all appreciated. Their close partnership allowed us to continuously adjust our rentals and choices without ever feeling like we had to compromise on quality or style (literally changed throughout the entire process!). And as a super added bonus, their own vendor recommendations were absolutely incredible. Christina and Stefanie have such strong ties to the local community and reliable connections that made all the difference. They are so knowledgeable with not only the venues, but are on a first name basis with literally everyone we came in contact with - It felt like one big family throughout every interaction we came across. What truly set them apart was their handling of the week leading up to our wedding. We encountered a few unexpected bumps (thanks, unpredictable Florida weather! ☔️🌴), but they approached every situation by giving multiple ways of finding a solution - All with a calm confidence that we needed during those days. Both of them mapped out every possible scenario and how we’d tackle each which gave us such peace of mind. And in the end, it truly all worked out better than I could have dreamed. I’m still in awe. As a destination bride, I truly don’t think our wedding would have been possible without them. We started with their month-of coordination package but quickly upgraded to the design package - and I cannot recommend it enough. They saved our sanity!! Swanky has the cutest, most diverse selection of rentals right in their own warehouse, but they also worked magic with coordinating outside vendors for lighting, tents, chairs, linens, signage - literally all the things! They contacted every. single. vendor. for us confirming times/upcoming payments, editing timeline schedules, ensuring arrival/departures…EVERYTHING! The best part is that Christina and Stefanie are so warm and down-to-earth; they made us feel confident and cared for every step of the way, especially knowing they had everything under control the day of. You truly know you’re in trusted, capable hands with them - I promise you, they could create & run these weddings with their eyes closed ;) So, if you want a planner who will genuinely be on this insanely fun & wild journey with you, while making the entire process feel like your wedding is the most important one to them, AND manage your day with grace - even under pressure - Swanky is absolutely the team you want by your side. We would choose them over & over again ✨💕

it was very clear we were going with Swanky Soiree. Christina (the owner) and Stefanie were who we interacted with first, and they absolutely contributed to us feeling we would be in the best hands. Stefanie was confirmed as our 30 day out coordinator and I COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE HAPPY. Stefanie brings professionalism, organization, and is just one of the girls! She gets it. She gets your vision, your budget, your hopes and concerns. She will level with you, but not without a solution in mind. I was able to ask Stefanie about concerns around "are these enough florals?" and at NO point did I feel like I would be upsold to help a vendor, rather shared honest feedback (and no, she did not think I needed more - and put me at ease by sharing where they would reposition florals used in ceremony). They are TRUE DAY OF NINJAS!!! We had a 3 year old "ring bearer", and my 8 year old walking me down the aisle. Stefanie was sweet, cool, calm and in control with the kiddos as well! One of the biggest blessings in disguise was having to upgrade to a 30 day coordinator, and having that be with Swanky and Stefanie! I can confidently say that it was the best day of our lives, and I lost my breath when I saw how beautifully they brought our reception space vision to life. You will not regret a dollar spent - Trust me

of the tiny details so that I wasn't stressed on my wedding day. I live out of state, but they made planning a breeze. They had so many wonderful suggestions and helped us stay in budget. Highly recommend!

ly challenging. Swanky Soirée was so helpful to us. Everything went seamlessly from the start of the planning process to the wedding weekend. The service provided was courteous and professional, and the ideas and information they shared extremely helpful. Bailey and Cheyenne who were with us on the wedding day were incredibly organized and helpful. They made the day run so smoothly. We would highly recommend Swanky Soirée!

ure my vision of a classy black and white wedding was executed. She suggested vendors to work with to get the unique items I wanted for my wedding (the crystal glassware, vinyl flooring, chandelier ceiling, etc.) She helped me pick rentals from the endless Swanky Inventory using photos from prior events (check out their FB page it's amazing!) that helped me truly envision what my wedding was going to look like. She was always so upbeat, and I felted comforted and assured through all our phone calls, especially the week of. If you are looking for a wedding planner who will be there for you and make sure your wedding vision is executed, Bailey is that person. We cannot thank her enough! so many compliments from our guests.

ing. I had my own decor and wedding vision. They made it all come to life. They took care of the fine details that i was unable to do being the bride, and living across the country. Their lighting rental during turtle season were STUNNING! Their runners and arch rentals were PERFECT! They made sure all my vendors were where they were supposed to be, and on time! I sent them what i wanted my venue to look like with all of my decor, and they made it all happen while i was able to get pampered on our special day. From set up to break down everything went smoothly! Elizabeth my personal coordinator for the day, and Christina the owner was wonderful from day 1. If you want a care free wedding, you are in good hands with swanky! they will make sure your wedding is perfect just the way you want it!

to not have to worry about timing and what was next on the agenda so that we truly could enjoy every moment of the weekend. My husband and I highly recommend Swanky Soiree to help plan your wedding or any special event!

but they did a great job working with the venue to find a ceremony location we would be happy with.

out out state, we had many phone calls and emails, and right down to the final details on our wedding day, they could not have been more professional. We wanted a classy and fun beach wedding day and they more than delivered on all accounts. I’d highly recommend Swank Soiree should you be planning a wedding or any other kind of event in the Sarasota area. Thank you for making our wedding day wonderful!!

estion about design or anything wedding-related, they were always happy to help. That kind of support made such a difference. On the day of the wedding, they totally crushed it. I was nervous about how everything would be set up, but they were so on top of things, super calm, and just brought the best vibes. I felt completely at ease knowing they were running the show. I also got so many compliments from guests about how great they were — like clearing the beach ceremony area right before we started (which was no small feat), or when some guy started leaf blowing during our cake cutting and Jackie literally came out of nowhere and shut it down. People were obsessed. She also passed out our dance floor props (light-up leis!) by stacking them up her arms and spinning around — it was such a fun moment. I could go on forever. They were everything I hoped for and more. I would recommend them a thousand times over.

needed to capture our wedding vision - she was so patient and helpful in sticking to our growing budget. Elizabeth was our head wedding planner for the month before and ay of our wedding and I truly don't know how she made it all possible. She was so patient in all of my questions and emails and phone calls. When the weather took a turn for a cold outdoor wedding she instantly reached out to rental companies for heaters and helped us book them on the week of our wedding. She was the perfect wedding planner and always communicated with me, which is exactly what I wanted as a very involved bride! Jackie, her assistant for the day of wedding was equally as incredible and made everything possible, getting drinks for me and my bridesmaids during they bustled my dress, took my veil and bouquet for safe keeping, etc. I know there were so many behind the scene tasks that Andy and I did not even know about so please know we appreciate everything you all did and more! You made our wedding so incredibly special!!

te, so planning was tricky when you can’t always see things in person and just have to trust photos, but everything went seamlessly and looked beautiful! We cannot thank Christina, Elizabeth and everyone else who helped make our special day run and look perfect! You will not go wrong choosing to work with Swanky!

o our needs — which meant a lot since we were planning our Florida wedding from out of state. It was also a cross cultural wedding (Pakitani and white) — she had tons of great ideas to cater to our cultural needs. She was our eyes and ears on the ground, getting things in order for our big day. And on the day of, she managed our whole schedule for the day , including syncing with vendors and our venue. She’s very organized, very fun and lighthearted, and doesn’t get fazed by surprises. She handled a bunch of moving parts including special accommodations for some of our vendors. The value she provides is well worth the price (peace of mind is worth it!) . I’d recommend Stefanie to anyone looking for a perfect wedding. You shouldn’t be stressed on your big day! Thanks Team Swanky!!

and expertise truly stood out. She meticulously crafted a seamless timeline, coordinated all of our vendors, and maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process. What I appreciated most was how Christina took the time to listen to my vision for the wedding and brought it to life with precision and creativity. She and her team were incredibly hands-on—not just during the planning process but also on the big day itself, ensuring everything ran smoothly and stress-free. I couldn’t have done it without Christina and her talented staff. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a wedding planner who goes above and beyond!

h the two hurricanes that affected our venue they were all over it. We highly recommend their team!

tic job. Not only were they super organized and kept me updated along the way, they helped coordinate during TWO hurricanes (Helene & Milton) which both happened weeks before my October 19th wedding. I'm sure they all had a lot going on in their personal lives with the Hurricanes, but I didn't notice because they stayed on top of their planning for me the entire time, and still kept me updated immediately after each hurricane so I knew the status of my venue. They had such good ideas for the wedding and kept it low stress, and I would highly recommend hiring them so you can have a stress free wedding year!

perfect with the indoor ceremony. Bailey was amazing. She was with me every step of the way and made it so enjoyable. I’m truly thankful for Swanky and Bailey! You made me feel so special and made it possible for Ronnie and I to have the wedding of our dreams! I thank you all from the bottom of my heart and was blessed to have Swanky help coordinate my wedding day. Thank you to you and your team and a special thank you to Bailey for all her hard work and adjustments. We are truly blessed.

ate and they made the process of planning a destination a breeze! They not only responded promptly but entertained our 500 questions, rolled with it when we wanted to make changes, and even held our supplies for us that we shipped/ delivered before the big day. They made it seem easy- it was obvious that they come with years of expertise with the venue which we cannot recommend enough! They kept us on time wedding day and everything turned out perfect. They even gave us a cute gift day of- showing their attention to detail for their clients. Highly recommend!!!

and reception on the beach and helped with game day changes due to high winds! They kept the wedding days stress free and made sure we truly got to enjoy our wedding.

ed. Then Bailey was assigned to us for the big day, and she was wonderful. She communicated everything to us with great detail and was very thorough and organized. She was also very sweet and calming, and ensured that everything went very smoothly. We also rented an arch from them for our beach wedding and it looked beautiful. I would HIGHLY recommend Swanky Soiree.

many MORE than 5 stars! We planned our fun, tropical, Florida wedding from out of state, so we were greatly dependent upon Swanky Soiree to bring our vision to life. Swanky put together beautiful rentals for us and even repurposed our ceremony decorations to our reception, which saved us money. They are so creative and inspiring and found a way to implement all of my ideas. Swanky's month of planning service was absolutely needed. They made sure the day flowed smoothly and kept it stress free for everyone involved. From the big ordered events down to the smallest details, Swanky was totally organized and prepared. ld be kept on schedule and all the details attended to. This let us really enjoy the time with our family and friends. I honestly didn’t think my wedding was a big enough of a “to do” to really need a wedding planner. Boy, was I wrong! It was so wonderful to have the smiling faces of the Swanky team with us to ensure things went as planned. I can’t say enough good things about the team! dding, however we upgraded for the month of planner which was the best decision we could have made. Christina reached out to schedule our first call going over the type of wedding vibe and look we were going for. From this initial call, all communications from this moment with her and Stephanie, were all so seamless and stress-free. They reached out to all our other vendors to ensure everyone was on the same page for the day of our wedding. Spring forward 2 years to our rehearsal day, Christina and Jackie made that day so easy for us and our families and bridal party to practice on the beach, so it wouldn’t be a surprise the day of. When our special day finally arrived 3/9/24, from the moment Christina, Jackie and Olivia arrived on site and to the end of our evening, I cannot express how thankful and grateful we are to have had this team help make our wedding day perfect. From the ceremony to cocktail Hour to Reception, everything flowed seamless with no hiccups. Let’s talk about the setup. I provided a million boxes and items, (it was as if I was moving in) and as soon as I saw cocktail hour and the reception room, I could not believe how amazing and perfect everything looked. They nailed my vision and made use of everything I provided. It looked exactly how I envisioned. All night and including the last two weeks, I have continued to receive compliments of how beautiful everything looked. They exceeded my expectations and blew it out of the park. Jackie was there for the entire evening and she was an absolute angel, she continuously helped me fix my dress as the train would not stay bussled. I truly can’t thank this team enough, they made the entire process so easy and stress-free. Highly recommend to any brides looking for a wedding planner to book Swanky Soirée because they are the best of the best of all other planners out there. . Stefanie and Christina helped suggest some amazing vendors to us, gave tips and insight into the planning process, and provided us with some beautiful table decor. We worked with Bailey as our day of wedding coordinator and she helped make sure everything ran smoothly, gave us a helpful rehearsal and insight about walking in and the day of flow, and helped calm our nerves before the ceremony. We ended up having to relocate our ceremony and reception last minute and she did amazing making sure it went off without a hitch. The whole team is kind, responsive, and great to work with! Highly recommend!

boat Key. We knew we would be using Swanky for month of planning, but we decided to upgrade to their design package, too. Wedding planning is stressful enough, and I couldn't imagine having to select, order and deal with shipping logistics for all the decor, rentals, stationery, florals, etc. on our own. We shared a high-level vision with Christina and Stefanie, and they helped bring it to life in the most beautiful way. They were communicative throughout the process and helped answer lots of random questions I had. Stefanie and Elizabeth made the rehearsal and wedding day completely stress free. The day went so smoothly, and if there were any hiccups at all, they must have handled them because I didn't hear of any. I'd definitely recommend Swanky to help with any or all of your wedding planning needs!

went off perfectly. I could not have been happier with their services and the ability it gave me to sit back and enjoy my wedding!

Courtyard. The wedding ceremony was beautiful, the cocktail hour and reception an epic celebration! Weddings at the Ringling are super complicated because there are SO many rules AND you have to bring everything in (literally everything & everyone). We had 20 different vendors start to finish to bring this event to fruition and Swanky Soirée managed all of them for us efficiently, effectively and professionally. Throughout the whole process, Christina and her staff were always professional, kind, understanding, helpful and humorous (‘cause you just have to laugh about some of the crazy stuff) Shout out to Stefanie for that last part! Thank you Swanky Soirée, we will absolutely hire y’all again!

o marry Friday October the 13th, and have an Edgar Allan Poe theme. That scared me a bit, as we also wanted an elegant vibe. Christina assured us her team could accomplish that. They not only met our expectations, with this different and creative theme, but went beyond. Their recommendations for different vendors were right on target. During this whole process, the whole Swanky team was on top of every detail, guiding us through out, and keeping everything on schedule. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and the dinner set up decor was a wow factor. So beautiful and elegant! Thank you Swanky Soirée for making this important event even more special. Beautiful memories not only for the B&G but all of their guests. We highly recommend them. The MOB.
