nks to her!! The day was so perfect that I left a google review for her and Sutlan + Co the next morning because of how impressed I was! The communication from her was absolutely stellar and I had zero stress on my wedding day thanks to her help. All of my friends kept commenting on how calm I was during my special day and that's because I had a great planner. She followed every detail asked! Her demeanor the day of the wedding was upbeat and professional. Her go to attitude made the day go according to schedule. Her assistant AJ was also a gem! We cannot thank Natalie and Sutlan + Co enough!! 10/10!!

Between rearranging cocktail hour, getting our ceremony off in the rain with ponchos, and wrangling everyone, she kept everything moving and made it all come together beautifully. Watching her handle so many moving pieces so calmly was genuinely impressive. Having someone that capable in your corner makes such a difference. We could enjoy our wedding and celebrate with the people we love knowing Hillary had things under control. She was such a huge part of what made the weekend so special, and we would choose her again in a heartbeat. As we told her afterward: absolutely perfect. No notes.

We had specifically asked our planner, Natalie, to ensure the card box was locked at the beginning of the evening so that our cards would be secure. However, after reviewing our wedding videos, we discovered that the box had never been locked. When we initially raised our concerns, we were told that the box had been locked, then unlocked to adjust the cards because guests were having difficulty inserting them. Unfortunately, our video footage does not support this explanation. The box was never locked in the first place, and she admitted to not locking it again after fixing the cards inside the box. Seeing this for ourselves was incredibly upsetting, especially given that we had explicitly communicated how important it was to keep our cards safe. Beyond this major issue, there were also multiple details that were not set up as instructed, despite providing a comprehensive document outlining how everything was supposed to be arranged. There were several other aspects of the day that fell short of our expectations as well. What made the situation even more disappointing was the response we received when we asked how this would be addressed. We know that at least one of the missing cards was handed directly to our planner by a guest, yet that card has still not been recovered. When we asked what could be done to resolve the situation, we were told that nothing would be done to make it right. We understand that weddings are complex events and that things may not always go perfectly. However, we trusted our planner to take care of important details and, above all, to ensure that our belongings and cards were safe. The lack of accountability and the unwillingness to offer any resolution have made an already upsetting situation even worse. Additionally, her attitude was disappointing from the very beginning. She was late to multiple meetings and our rehearsal, and failed to attend a scheduled meeting with one of our vendors altogether. Our experience with the other vendors was exceptional, and we have nothing but positive things to say about their professionalism and service. For that reason, it is especially disappointing that our experience with our wedding planner fell short of our expectations. Your wedding day is something you spend months, if not years, planning, and you place a great deal of trust in the people you hire to help bring it all together. Unfortunately, our experience with Sutlan & Co. did not reflect the level of care, professionalism, or responsibility we expected. We truly wish our experience had been different, but based on what happened and how our concerns were addressed afterward, we cannot recommend Sutlan & Co. to other couples looking for a wedding planner.
