VID we had to reschedule our wedding to July 2021. Susie was so great and understanding with working with us to change our date. We decided to do a small ceremony for our originally date so we got to work with her 3 times. We absolutely love how all of our photos turned out from every event. Our July wedding went so smoothly with their help as well with planning the timeline and getting all the portraits done in a timely manner. I could go on and on but we are so happy we booked Susie for our big days! I highly recommend her as a wedding photographer.

Susie and Darren balance each other out so well that everything is perfectly captured on your big day. Susie is a sweet soul but is firm enough to make sure all the big family shots get done in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to hire them again for any further photography needs I have. She not only helped me organize a timeline (which I based my whole wedding day schedule on and used as a guide for ALL my other vendors), she and Darren were extremely helpful, creative, and reassuring when things, inevitably, went off schedule. My hair and makeup lasted too long since we had a large wedding party, but Susie and Darren managed to STILL get absolutely everything I wanted (things like details and the spaces before guests arrived), along with our first look, my first look with my dad, getting ready, AND the wedding party pictures… all BEFORE our ceremony with time to spare. She even re-shot our details pictures to include our invitations after I realized we forgot them and a family member hurried home to get a copy. My husband and I were never rushed, but they somehow kept my 16-person bridal party and additional family organized, calm, and happy! I loved working with both of them, and they captured so many of our magical moments beautifully. I can’t wait to book them again for additional mini sessions of our family! P.S. Get the package with the canvas and photo album – it’s SO worth it.

usie and Darren traveled both times to Germany for our two big days! We put a lot of time and planning into everything from our invitations to the table settings, and we were so happy to see such a range of photos to remember the special details that we poured so much time, creativity and heart into. These photos were well thought-out and styled in a great way! We had guests from 6 different countries and it was so great to see the photos of our guests enjoying the day together! It truly was like reliving the day! It was important that we had photos to capture the different elements of the day, since we were mixing the Bavarian culture and the American culture. With this, Susie and Darren did not miss any details! We are obsessed with the variety of our portrait photos of the two of us, because many were taken in special locations to us. They took our suggestions, but also put their own creative spin on the type of photos that we were looking for and it turned out amazing! Susie also did our engagement photos in Westerville, Ohio the summer before our civil ceremony. We were so happy that between these three events, the photos, editing and style were all extremely consistent - which makes planning albums and prints to hang on the wall even more fun, because they all fit so perfectly together. Susie and Darren are always so professional, but also so fun and engaging. enough how glad I am that Susie and her husband Darren were able to capture our day! I could stare at their beautiful, vivid photos all day. Susie likes to photograph the more structured photos and Darren likes to take the candids, which guarantees that you get a beautiful range of images! Also, prepared is an understatement. They had packed clear umbrellas and when the rain hit, Darren ran to the car (in the pouring rain!) to get them so that we could include them in our pics to help tell the story of our day! The rain was on and off, but Susie and Darren didn’t miss a beat! I ended up with so many gorgeous photos inside and outside! Susie made the process seamless from providing a welcome kit with a little book of information to helping us create a timeline to make sure every detail was captured. And major bonus, the album I received with my package is gorgeous. I chose a lovely rose gold leather and it’s something I will have forever! Truly a wonderful couple and I highly suggest booking them ASAP :)

Susie & Darren traveled from Columbus to Lake Tahoe in the middle of a snow storm for our wedding, and found the most amazing outdoor shots for our portraits. We all put on our boots and trudged through the snow and had a blast. She & Darren made the whole experience fun! This same snow storm forced us to have our ceremony indoors at the last minute, and she was still able to capture the best pictures I could ever imagine. We also got our pictures back so fast!
