d professional. Her vibe aligned exactly with what we were seeking – both style and personality. Throughout the process of wedding planning, Susan was engaged and attentive to details. She was always responsive to any questions that I had. The day of our wedding, Susan and her assistant’s eye for detail was astounding. Beyond their photography expertise, they were an absolute pleasure to spend the day with. The first time we saw our photos, we melted and had tears of joy! We were in awe of how the photos exhibited love and light. They both captured the most candid and intimate moments. We will treasure our photos forever. Thank you, Susan Elizabeth Photography!

above and beyond with providing timelines, etc. and made my wedding planning process so smooth. Could not recommend more!!

as for her work and that translates into her incredible photos. I got married at an indoor/outdoor venue during a tropical storm (40-50 mph winds) and she was able to pivot the plan day-of to make sure I got all the best shots (while staying clean & dry). It meant the world to me and was executed seamlessly. I also LOVED how she posted behind the scenes content on social media that I could re-post/save/send to family, and received my sneak peak photos, all by the next day. I felt so comfortable with her and her team throughout the entire process and felt very taken care of on the big day. When you let Susan do her thing, her talent truly shines. Would recommend her to all my friends!

actly where to take photos and how we should pose. She was also extremely organized and made sure our big day ran smoothly and we got all the pictures we wanted. Our photos were stunning because of her! Can't recommend her enough!

organized, calm, and humorous she was. The photos came out beautiful and I couldn’t put into words how impressed I am with her ability to spontaneously create an artistic moment in a photo. Honestly, having her as a photographer (and her awesome assistant) made my husband and I’s day more fun, full of more laughs, and gratitude for the choice we made to go with her. Not to mention how much of a ninja she was on the dance floor. I rarely saw her and she never got in the way of anything.

r! I loved her romantic, airy style. Every photo is magazine worthy! Susan was the best support throughout the wedding process. I had a small, intimate ceremony and did not use a wedding planner. Susan helped me create a wedding day timeline and checked in with me leading up to my day. Susan's cheerful, fun energy brought so much FUN to my day! I was worried about how I would look in my photos, but Susan helped me with posing and directed my husband and me. The results were beautiful and I'm so happy with her work! Thank you Susan for everything!

s possible. Susan is a friend, a planner, and a photographer throughout your entire wedding process. Prior to us even booking Susan, she spent a full hour talking to us- learning about us, sharing with us her process, and going through what all the next steps would look like. Susan takes an incredible personal approach to every couple she works with. Susan plans your entire wedding timeline for you – this is a huge help when planning your wedding day. She also guides you with many helpful hints, tricks, and guides- but ultimately respects what decisions you make for your wedding. I ran into many weather challenges and Susan was an amazing help through it all. For our engagement shoot- we had to reschedule twice due to rain and wind- as we were shooting on a beach. During each of these “reschedules”, Susan would call me to go through the pro’s and con’s of whether we would move forward with the shoot or not. For the wedding day, when rain was becoming a reality in the forecast, Susan talked to me on the phone for an hour to help me understand how she would make the day work regardless. I am a very type A/ planner person who loves sunshine, and I can honestly say Susan made the rain a non-issue on my wedding day, and majority of the pictures you could not even tell it was raining. Susan also put herself straight in the rain countless times to ensure I got the photos I was dreaming of- and they were light, airy and incredible!! Susan is also so much fun, very kind, and easy to work with! You become a friend during the process and as Susan is editing she will frequently text you “sneak peaks” which is so much fun to be able to see the photos come to life live. I cannot thank Susan enough for all her help through the entire wedding process, and how amazing she was on the wedding day!!

ement shoot, we quickly realized that Susan was so cool & my fiancé & I had so much fun! We knew then that we definitely made the right choice in also booking her for our wedding. Fast forward to the wedding day, Susan & team really made us feel special & took the most beautiful pictures of our day. My Dad joked that there was a whole production team for our wedding between Susan’s crew & the videographer & there definitely was! Thank you Susan for capturing all of the details & highlights so perfectly! There were definitely tears when she posted the initial “sneak peek” on social media & even more once our album arrived!

hotos because they’re mine, but our friends and family are all commenting on how beautiful the photos are! She’s so fun the day of and so talented!

ive to everything. Our engagement shoot was perfect and the wedding day was even more perfect if that can even happen. She was highly detailed and helped you throughout the process to make the best decisions. I am so excited to get all of the pictures back. The day wouldn't have been even close to as amazing as it was if it wasn't for Susan!

ile navigating the torrential downpour that loomed over our venue. As the rain hammered down, Susan took charge and washed away my worries of not having any outdoor photos with her quick and clever thinking. Thank you so much, Susan, for making our day the best it could be. <3

r vendors ask timelines you have it all set from Susan. After the most incredible day of your life her photos make you fall in love with the day all over again when you see them!! She does a fabulous job ad her photos are ASOLUTELY BREATHTAKING! Cannot thank Susan enough!

regret it from start to finish by far the best experience and photos ever!

hrough in her work. She was so easy to work with, and managed myself and my bridal party with ease. She is always so responsive to email communication and has tons of resources that help you throughout your wedding planning process. She also worked super hard to send over a few teaser photos from our day so we had them. And we are absolutely obsessed with them. If you are looking for a wedding photographer, look no further!

y to get along with. She was extremely helpful and partnered with us when determining other vendors to book. We constantly had an open line of communication during the months leading up to the big day and she also made sure our day was prioritized from start to finish. I cannot recommend Susan enough. Not only was she a great person to work with, but she also made sure our big day was fun and filled of laughter and love rather than the monotony and the stress that can come with wedding pictures. If you are looking for a wedding photographer who truly cares about making you and your fiancé’s special day the greatest moment of your lives, then Susan is the photographer for you!

m so excited to see our wedding album!

ng pictures, Susan made our day so much fun! She truly cares about her brides and making sure you get what you want out of your photos. She is an expert at what she does, and we couldn’t be happier with our photos. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!

after we had an engagement session with them, we decided we did not want to move forward with them for our wedding day. We were looking for a new photographer and Susan was the first photographer we met with (out of 6) on a zoom call in the middle of 2020. My husband and I both loved her personality and could tell how detailed she was and how much she cared about her clients and the photos she took. After meeting with the other photographers, no one compared to our meeting with her and we decided to move forward. Booking with Susan is an EXPERIENCE. She is truly an expert at what she does and sends you so much helpful information along the way so that you are prepared for your wedding day – she wants your pics to turn out beautiful just as much as you do! On our wedding day, Susan and her team were amazing. They kept everything moving and made sure we stayed on time but still managed to keep a calm and fun energy throughout the day. My bridal party was also raving about her and her team. Even after the wedding, she kept in touch and would send sneak peaks and the turnaround time for her to send us the photos was so quick! The way she organizes the photos in her gallery is so helpful. She is a true professional and I could go on and on about how amazing she is. I would recommend her 10/10!

t not a single experience was missed. It is obvious that Susan is a consummate professional who has a true passion for capturing every one of her couple's special moments. We started with an engagement session about 8 months before our wedding. We were worried that we would feel awkward an uncomfortable since we are not great in photos, but Susan made us feel so comfortable and at ease. She taught us the best ways to pose naturally, which was perfect practice to make all of our wedding day portraits flow smoothly. Every picture is beautiful...we have no idea how we will choose favorites! We would HIGHLY recommend Susan to any couple who are prioritizing gorgeous, timeless photos for their wedding day! Thank you, Susan and Amberlee!

the most. She took the time to chat with me and help me understand and see how certain decisions we made would shape our wedding day. At the end of the day it is your wedding and she supports your decisions but her knowledge and understanding helped making these decisions easier for Ryan and I. She is unbelievably talented and her attention to detail is so on point and amazing. I strongly encourage booking engagement photos too. Ryan and I never had never taken a professional picture before in our lives and that time with Susan allowed us to get to know each other but also prepared us for what to expect on our wedding day. Susan made it effortless for us when it came to providing a list of what is needed for wedding day photos to planning the wedding day timeline to making our wedding day run smoothly! The teasers she posted from our wedding only has me 1,000 times more excited to see all of our pictures! And I thought picking out my favorite engagement photos was hard enough! Do not think twice about choosing Susan as your photographer. I promise you will not be disappointed working with Susan or the photos you will have for years to come!

ly did we click with her but we were beyond impressed by her knowledge in wedding photography. We had our engagement session in July and were BLOWN AWAY! It was the first time my fiancé and I took professional photos, so of course we were nervous. After talking to Susan for only a few minutes those nerves went away. Susan made us feel so comfortable and it was like we've known her and have been taking professional photos for years! Both of us had so much fun. And to no surprise, our photos came out absolutely STUNNING! We are so happy with them and cannot wait for the wedding.

nded up having a ball! I don’t think we stopped laughing the entire shoot. Every single photo Susan took is stunning and really captures a beautiful moment. When we had to cancel our wedding, Susan was wonderful to work with and helped us find a new date. We are so excited to have Susan shoot our rescheduled wedding reception! Her photography is one of the parts I am looking forward to most. :)

day. Throughout the entire wedding process, along with having to postpone our wedding due to COVID, Susan was very receptive and response to all our concerns. She is very easy to communicate with and very personable. Overall, we had an amazing experience with both sessions! Her work and talent in photography is incredible! We can’t thank you and your assistant Amber enough, for capturing our moments that will last us a lifetime! We look forward to booking you again for other events!

agement photos several times due to bad weather! My fiance and I were anxious about spending 2 hours taking engagement photos but Susan makes you feel totally comfortable and natural throughout the whole experience. She accommodated all of our last minute requests including getting our dog into photos! She is professional and gets her job done but also can't help but make you (and family and friends!) have fun while working with her. The photos from our wedding are absolutely flawless. Sometimes when I look at them I still can't believe they are of our wedding! All of our friends and family are blown away with how they turned out and we will cherish them forever! Would absolutely book Susan again and also recommend getting one of her wedding albums. Totally worth the money!

our wedding. Susan and her team made our wedding day run completely seamlessly. They know exactly what they’re doing and there’s no need for you as a bride (or groom) to have to think or stress about absolutely anything the day of - with Susan everything was planned out in advance, which made the big day run perfectly. Susan is also soooo caring and made me and my wedding party feel so comfortable taking photos, too! And for the photographs themselves - they are absolutely STUNNING! I can’t begin to express how many compliments we still get about our photos and how beautiful they are! Susan really just has an eye for the perfect shots, and I am SO grateful we found her!

ll expectations. For us, we got lucky enough to get married during a hurricane at the Mallard Island Yacht Club. However, Susan did not miss a beat and our pictures are proof that you don't need a sunny day to have AMAZING photos. Susan and her team are everything you would ever want on your wedding day because she keeps everything in order, stays on your timeline while making the whole process super fun and enjoyable. We got some many compliments from our bridal party and family about Susan. She was nothing short of amazing.

f everything we could expect from her for the day to what we needed for her to take amazing pictures on the wedding day! On the day of, she was like a friend hanging out with us while we were getting ready! She captured perfect moments during our ceremony and made us look like professional models during the photos! She also gave us about 30 preview photos literally the NEXT DAY for us to share with family and friends! We got our entire album within a few weeks! Literally every picture was perfect - which I expected based on her amazing instagram (which is actually how I found Susan - thank goodness!). She is worth every single penny and we couldn't have asked for a better person to capture our wedding day!

ely, was extremely sweet, efficient, and organized in her approach with us. Once we booked her, we never had to worry about the day-to-day details of our wedding because Susan provided us with a detailed timeline of the entire day, morning to night. The day of the wedding Susan was absolutely amazing to work with - she made the entire bridal party and family feel comfortable, all while being professional and well-prepared. She even had a portable stereo to play music during the bridal party shots! Susan brought along Chrissy, our second photographer who shot mainly with the groomsmen and was amazing as well. Our jaws dropped when Susan showed us sneak peeks of our wedding portraits. We were elated when we opened our first set of sneak peek photos and so were all of our family and friends! Susan’s incredible talents truly shine through in her work. Susan makes each of her couples feel special and beautiful. Her work truly is phenomenal and we highly recommend Susan to anyone in need of a photographer. She was a perfect choice.

oss that decision off of our list. Susan is a complete professional, takes outstanding pictures, and is extremely funny! Thank you to Susan Elizabeth for capturing moments that will last us a lifetime!

comes to Susan's work. Amazing just doesn't seem to describe it. From creating our photography timeline to our wedding day, she was there for everything. She really has such an eye for her work that the day of our wedding we were ready and willing to try everything she asked! Our photographs speak for themselves, but to say we were pleased is an understatement. If you are still looking for a photographer, look no further than Susan. As our friends and family have all said, each portrait looks as though it could be in a magazine!

elves. She reviewed/helped build our timeline, heard exactly which photos we wanted and created a day of shots based on that. She made the experience fun and all of our guests loved her! She was always available when needed for questions and was just overall a dream to work with. After the wedding, Susan mentioned we would get some “teasers” before the big bunch. We expected 5 or 6. Susan delivered 37 beautiful teasers that we are going crazy over. Can’t wait to see all of the photos! Can it recommend Susan more highly!!

asy going and did not make anything awkward at all (which most people think it will be)! We got a huge sneak peak within the week of our wedding and our gallery a month after!! We are so blown away when we saw our pictures, they are flawless. HIGHLY recommended Susan, she is amazing ❤️

the venue that I booked. She helped make suggestions for my other vendors and wanted to ensure that I had everything I needed leading up to the wedding. We first met Susan at our engagement shoot and she made me and my husband feel so comfortable. The day of the wedding she ensured that everything went smoothly and that we had every picture that we wanted. I cannot recommenced her enough I promise you will not regret working with Susan!

I. She got back to me a day after emailing her, and the second I got off the phone I knew we didn’t have to look any further for a photographer. She is a true professional and expert. Also, she traveled over 2 hours to our college to take our engagement photos, how amazing?! Susan helps you feel so comfortable in front of the camera, and has an eye for all the best spots to take AMAZING photos. Susan is someone who truly cares about her clients, and only provides the best work. If you are looking for a photographer where you will have absolutely 0 doubts about the outcome, I highly recommend Susan!!! My family and friends are absolutely blown away at our wedding pictures!

to all my concerns and was able to guide me through things that I was unsure about. During our engagement photo session, she enabled us to feel comfortable in front of the camera, and her guidance was extremely useful when our big day came. The “wedding day timeline” that she created was very useful and really took all the guess-work out of the day for me. She had everything plotted out and I must say that all aspects of the day exceeded my expectations. Susan’s attention to details and finding the perfect lighting for her shots are exemplified in each and every one of her photos! I cannot say enough good things about Susan! We just received our photos from our wedding and every photo had its unique charm and beauty! She was truly able to capture the rustic essence of our venue and all the important details. Her stellar commitment and communication were top-of-the-line. We were given sneak peaks of photos the day after our wedding! It was amazing to be able to share these amazing photos with family and friends! We were SO EXCITED that we actually pulled the car over to look at them on the way to our mini-moon after receiving the text from Susan! I cannot tell you the amount of family and friends that have commented that these photos should be in a bridal magazine! The connection and comfort that we felt with Susan in conjunction with her impeccable eye for detail & capturing the real-life emotions made my wedding day a real-life fairy tale!

made us feel very comfortable and understood exactly what we were looking for. She was easy to talk to and treated us like friends, not just another client. We first met Susan face-to-face at our engagement shoot. She and her husband were lovely and very easy to work with. Despite it being incredibly windy, Susan made the shoot extremely enjoyable. We had a great time and highly recommend it to anyone who is questioning whether or not they should add it to their package. It was the BEST way for us to get to know each other and for her to get a feel for what we were comfortable with... and the photos were amazing! Leading up to the wedding, Susan was very proactive about confirming the shooting plan and timing with the other vendors. She was always available for questions and was easy to get a hold of. The week of, there was news that a Nor'easter would be passing through the weekend of our wedding (ugh). Susan called and reassured us that everything was going to be fine and worked out a back-up plan just in case. On the day of, Susan and her second shooter were very organized and easy to work with. Even though we had to shoot everything in one spot due to weather, she made the most of it (you'd never know it was storming by looking at the pics!). They worked seamlessly with the other vendors and made the hours leading up to the ceremony stress-free. During the reception, Susan and her team were complete professionals - they got every shot we could hope for and were respectful of giving us and our family space when needed. We never felt like we had to slow down our night for a picture. All in all - WORK WITH SUSAN. She's a professional and I couldn't imagine the day without her! The photos were absolutely gorgeous and something we'll cherish forever! :)

r demeanor was so calming I actually felt the stress of wedding planning melt away as I spoke with her! If you book with Susan, know you are getting the real deal! She is so organized and thinks of little things you otherwise wouldn't even consider, and she is always available to answer your questions and help along the way. On the day of the wedding, she knows exactly what needs to happen to get the perfect shots of your big day, and she never EVER makes you feel stressed or anxious... she keeps everything running on time (kudos to her amazing timeline creation) and most importantly, everything FUN! Susan made our day that much better, and we can never thank her enough for all of the beautiful pictures and memories she captured of us. Did I mention she turned ALL of our pictures (over 1300!!) around in 3 WEEKS?!?! Serious GIRL BOSS! 3 weeks is UNHEARD of -- I have friends who got married a month before me receive their photos 2 months after we did! If you are considering hiring Susan for your wedding, look no further and BOOK NOW! Believe me, she is 100% worth it and you will not regret it! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING SUSAN!

rything her couples rave about is true. She is AMAZING. Your photographer is one of the most important people you will hire. They are with you ALL day. As soon as we finished our engagement session with her (which I highly recommend doing), we knew we were in the best hands. She made us feel SO comfortable and her directions are specific that you can’t possibly mess up. She knows how to pose you in a way that looks natural and organic. When she tells you to point your toe, trust her and point it. She has this natural ability to know what translates well through her lens and what doesn’t. TRUST her! Her personality is upbeat, fun and she makes you feel so comfortable. You spend so much time taking photos. You want someone there who will keep the mood happy and fun and she does! I also need to mention her detail shots. Susan is just as good at capturing these and she is at photographing people. She magically makes your wedding day details you want to remember look like a styled shoot. Another thing I love about Susan is how organized she is. She has a system down and it works. She works with you to create a timeline so you don’t have to worry about the logistics of that day. I cannot emphasize how helpful that was. Susan LOVES her job and takes pride in her work and it shows through her beautiful photos. The hardest part will be choosing which photos to frame – she is THAT good.I feel like I can relive that day over and over because she managed to capture every special moment. We are forever grateful to Susan for capturing all the love and joy we felt that day! xo Ashley & Mike

ted and she truly made my Pinterest boards come to life. She is also just a funny, down to earth, and friendly person who is radiating good vibes and made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. Even in the excruciating July heat and getting bug bites left and right, she pulled through our photo session and wedding night like it was no big deal and trust me, IT WAS. She's just the best and we are really lucky to have had the opportunity to work with her!

xcellence. Her style, her sense of detail and lighting, her willingness to do whatever it takes for a great shot -- she's a pro! She also made us feel so comfortable and made all of the photo sessions so fun. Our engagement session is one of our favorite wedding memories, and our wedding photos are even better than we imagined. We couldn't be more thrilled to have booked her for our wedding.

grapher! Throughout the entire planning process she was there for us -- any time we had questions/doubt/panic, she always had an answer! She always goes above and beyond. Throughout each step of the process Susan managed to surprise us in the with the most thoughtful personal ways. She really is one of a kind!! Anyone who has gone through the process of planning a wedding will tell you how stressful it is. When it came to our pictures we never had a doubt. Our engagement pictures were the most incredible pictures we had ever seen. She made our whole experience fun- made sure we were laughing the whole time and truly captured our love for each other. While we were initially nervous about the session - the second we got there Susan made everything just feel easy. When our wedding day came we had a hundred different things going on. Susan was there every step of the way-- whether it was keeping us on schedule or coming up with new and creative shots to try out. The second she arrived there was an instant sense of relief! She braved the cold and got us the most stunning wedding pictures that we will cherish for a lifetime. It's one of the most important days of your life and you want to make sure you have the right person there capturing it. Choose Susan and don't think twice.

nnaires along the way to get to know her couples, and creates a timeline that is very helpful in planning the wedding day. She is extremely responsive to emails, and will give you advice on anything you ask for. We did both our engagement and wedding photos with her, and were so beyond happy with the results. During the sessions, she makes you feel very comfortable, and coaches you so that the poses look and feel natural, and makes the long photo sessions fun. She is so creative, and has so much experience that she really knows how to find the best locations and lighting to give you amazing photos. Her second shooter for our wedding day, Amber, was also absolutely wonderful to work with. All of our family and friends were so impressed with their professionalism and expertise. Susan is also very excellent at delivering photos as soon as she can. Our engagement photos were ready within days of our session. The morning after the wedding, I woke up and Susan had already posted 16 sneak peek wedding photos on my Facebook page so that we could see them before we went away for our honeymoon. We can't thank Susan enough for helping us feel at ease on our wedding day, and capturing all of the important moments. We highly recommend Susan!!! :)
