Jim was very easy to work with and answered all my questions. Even with my slim quest count I felt many people were on the dance floor throughout the night. I gave him a playlist a...

Jim was so much fun and easy to work with. We had several meetings over the phone in the weeks leading up to the wedding. He was able to use playlists we created as well as splice ...
songs together. He was able to see our vision of our wedding easily and he made the entire process fun. He brought positivity and kindness to all our meetings and to the wedding itself. He did a great job announcing different parts of the wedding and keeping up with our requests when we had to shift our schedule during the wedding.
We hired Jim for our wedding at Mount Palomar Winery in Temecula and it was one of the BEST decisions we made! He made the entire process extremely easy and straight forward. He an...
swered all of my many questions, was always very professional, and made sure our wedding was perfect! He provided song suggestions and a worksheet that we reviewed on our calls leading up to the wedding. On top of being a DJ and emcee, he also provided us with uplighting, dance floor lighting, and spot lighting for our sweetheart and dessert tables! I gave him a large playlist of songs to choose from (just because I'm picky) and he didn't even bat an eye, he chose the perfect songs from my list to keep the party going all night! No one wanted to leave the dance floor at the end of the night! Jim was the best emcee, ensuring he stuck to the timeline and adapted to any changes I threw his way. He knew the venue inside and out so he came extremely well prepared, arrived early, and was very professional. Not to mention he is affordable! TRUST ME (I work in the event planning business) you want to hire DJ Jim for your wedding!!
We booked DJ Jim as he is a preferred vendor for our venue, and boy is there a reason he is! Jim is awesome to work with, communicates very well, responds to all my wacky questions...
and requests, even was excited for some of our wild song choices. My husband and I are easy going fun people and love a variety of music and Jim played everything! He even allowed for song requests and had people on the dance floor enjoying themselves! I would hire Jim again to do any big event and will continue to recommend him to all my local friends! Thank you Jim, our day was even more special because of you!

vided music for our ceremony as well as a lapel microphone for the groom and the officiant. He kept the party rolling from start to finish and did an amazing job! Our friends and family got to request songs and he fully rolled with anything that popped up (like an impromptu money dance). We got so many compliments on how much fun the wedding was and a lot of that had to do with Jim! He even filmed our Sparkler Send off at the end because our photographer and videographer had already left! He was a one stop shop and was so patient and kind with us from start to finish! I would not only recommend him, but I would use him again for another event!
Jim Smith at Sure Shot Entertainment is the absolute BEST. He was SOOO organized and accommodating with my 100+ changes I kept requesting over time. He contacted me 6 months ahea...
d of time and we kept in touch weekly until the week of the wedding, where he made sure to submit the program and have it finalized as well as touch base often until the day of the wedding. On the day of the wedding he arrived two hours earlier than we had even requested just to make sure he was fully set up and ready. He kept us in range of our time line checking in through out the day and even brought us drinks from the bar during cocktail hour when we couldn’t go inside yet. I was so happy with his service everyone at the wedding said his music choices were perfect and he had everyone on their feet. Couldn’t be happier.
Jim was so easy to work with! He gave us a great deal with uplighting included. He did a great job finding all our songs for the big day. I’m Indian so Bollywood was a big part of ...

un. He made sure our guests were dancing all night long (and we did:)!! Do not look further if you are looking for a DJ. Jim is your guy. Thanks again Jim!!
Outstanding experience! Jim was wonderful and a pleasure to work with. We'd choose him all over again!
We can't say enough great things about Jim! He was absolutely fabulous to work with!! Before we even hired Jim, he sent us some sample CDs to help us choose our music for the day. ...
He was super responsive and was willing to help us in any way he could. Jim provided DJ services as well as uplighting. We talked the morning before the wedding to confirm all final details. You can tell Jim really cares and wants to make sure his clients have a great day. Our guests had an absolute blast and loved all the music that was played. We did have a do not play list and a guest request list. All of our requested songs were played and there was never a dull moment out on the dance floor!!
Thank you Jim for helping to make our day so special!!!!
DJ Jim is wonderful. We is so caring about the wants and needs of the couple. He met with us on several occasions and gave us a great deal on lighting, set up, and reception music....
He remembered what songs we wanted to play and what songs we didnt want. He made all the announcements we asked him to make. He helped keep the event on track, and played music that everyone liked - a big variety! Everyone liked him a lot! Use him for your DJ - he is the best.
