It provides a relaxed outdoor setting surrounded by majestic oak trees, rolling hills, and breathtaking sunsets. We host only a handful of weddings per year, which means your day is truly yours. No back-to-back events, no strangers in the background of your photos. Just you, your people, and this extraordinary piece of Sunset Oaks Ranch. Every Love Story is Different. So Are Our Packages. Find the right fit for your day: The Elopement - $2,000. Enjoy 6 hours at the ranch with up to 50 guests, including exclusive use of the Casita and the Groomsmen’s RV. (No overnight guests permitted.) The Celebration - $4,000. Enjoy a full day (12 hours) at the ranch with up to 100 guests, including exclusive use of the Casita and the Groomsmen’s RV. (No overnight guests permitted.) The Micro Wedding - $5,000. Enjoy a two-day wedding for up to 100 guests. Price includes two days and one-night accommodations for you and your 12 -15 overnight guests, including the Casita, the Groomsmen’s RV, and the tent sites. It also includes the use of the pool, weather permitting. (Tents and bedding are not included for the RV and tent sites.) The Exclusive Wedding Weekend - $6,000. Enjoy a three-day wedding for up to 100 guests. Price includes three days and two nights’ accommodations for you and your 12-15 overnight guests, including exclusive use of the Casita, the Groomsmen’s RV, and the tent sites. It also includes the use of the pool, weather permitting. (Tents and bedding are not included for the RV and tent sites.) **Prices do not include applicable taxes and fees. The Casita features a private bedroom, bathroom, a full kitchen, and a comfortable living space, providing a peaceful retreat before and after your special day. The Groomsmen’s RV features a 30’ RV with plenty of room for you and your groomsmen. It offers a full kitchen w/fridge, a full bathroom, and 5 beds. Guests can enjoy the ranch’s unique amenities, including walking trails, outdoor gathering spaces, a campfire area, a horseshoe pit, lawn games, disc golf, a zip line, a swimming pool, an outdoor shower, and scenic views throughout the property.
