Throughout the planning process, I sent her countless thoughts, ideas, updates, and last-minute changes. Jasmine somehow took all of those moving pieces and turned them into cohesive, practical plans and then flawlessly executed every one of them. She coordinated with all of our vendors (I believe we had around ten), kept them informed as the timeline evolved, and ensured everyone knew exactly where they needed to be and when. She even tracked down a particularly difficult-to-reach vendor and reassured me that I wasn’t crazy when I was feeling overwhelmed after trying unsuccessfully to contact them myself.
A few days before the wedding, a cold front moved in and completely changed our plans, bringing frigid temperatures and rain. Jasmine immediately made sure backup plans were in place, reorganized our ceremony and cocktail hour locations, coordinated which vendors would help with the space transitions, and handled everything seamlessly. The day before the wedding, I panic-ordered blankets, heaters, and hand warmers because it was 45° and drizzling but we still wanted an outdoor ceremony on the covered deck. I essentially handed those to her in a pile of boxes and said, “Can you find a place for these?” She incorporated everything thoughtfully and effectively without making any of it feel intrusive or out of place.
On the wedding day, she ran the ceremony and reception with the perfect balance of organization, grace, and kindness. She kept everything on schedule while remaining calm, flexible, and smiling throughout. More than one vendor went out of their way to tell me how wonderful she was to work with behind the scenes. Even my dad who is somewhat hard to impress said he would give her 6 stars.
Trusting someone else with details I had spent months planning was initially a little scary, but Jasmine proved to be the absolute best person for the job. Thanks to her, I was able to relax and fully enjoy my wedding day, knowing everything was in capable hands. I would recommend her without hesitation to any couple looking for an exceptional coordinator!
