Summit Catering

th any of the random questions I had throughout the wedding planning process. She was thorough and kind with every interaction and I felt that I never had a stupid question (even though I'm sure I did, since I've never done this whole wedding thing before!). Tori made the planning process a dream. I could write a novel about their food. I wish they could feed me every day for the rest of my life. Admittedly, I don't usually eat at weddings because the food is always cold and usually sort of bland. I was FULL the whole wedding cause I couldn't STOP eating. My husband was obsessed with their cheesesteak eggrolls but there literally was SO much good food, it's impossible to pick a favorite. They have a wealth of options that you get to provide your guests, and as a pasta lover I was over the moon that one of the options was pasta based. I got to take the pasta home and BOY did I eat well after the wedding too! They work with Time Productions (also a delight) and 2 different bakeries for your cake. We went with the Country Sweets Bakery (a treasure!!!) and the cake was both beautiful and delicious. We went with raspberry cream cheese and chocolate chip cannoli and WOW I do I want a piece of those cakes right now just thinking about them! Beyond the food (although I, again, can talk about it for ages) was the service at the wedding itself. Mary was assigned to stick with my husband and I for the night and she made sure we were always fed and watered. She was so nice and warm and really made sure the both of us ate, which was a blessing. Because of her I got to spend most of my time on the dance floor and chatting with family, which was what I wanted to do. She was also just fun to talk to throughout the night :). All of the staff working this event, from the wait staff to the bartenders, were so kind and accommodating to our guests. My friends and family had nothing but wonderful things to say about all their experiences with the staff. I told my husband that I wished I had more big events in my life so I could have another excuse to hire the Summit Team again and again and again. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thanks, Summit, for making our big day even better!

n introductory tasting in and of itself. Throughout the planning process Francesca, who was our maitre-d, was communicative, helpful, and supportive. We planned a "mid distance" wedding from where we reside so we often had to request time on weekends to meet with Summit which they accommodated for us which was greatly appreciated. The food- oh my goodness were we blown away. EVERYTHING that comes from the Summit Kitchen is delicious. From our introductory tasting, to our specialized tasting, everything was delicious. Come the day of the wedding everything exceeded expectations. Our guests are still raving about cocktail hour particularly the egg roll station and mac-n-cheese bar. Our bridal attendant made sure we had access to all cocktail hour food taking plates to us both during cocktail hour and having additional selections available to use during the reception. The entrees we sampled and chose were divine the day of and once more we still have guests raving to us about how good their dinners were, especially the stuffed flounder! There was ample dessert and we were so glad we added the hot chocolate and cider bar to add a festive touch to our Christmas season wedding. Francesca and staff ran the night flawlessly, setting up our decorations with extreme care, and breaking down everything efficiently at the end of the night. Additionally, Summit's collaboration with Time Productions for DJ services is an absolute strength as the two teams work well to keep the party going all night long. We were and remain so thankful to them for giving us the very best wedding, and look forward to using their catering services for future events!

utifully. Tori was there for us every step of the way, being overly accommodating to make sure we felt supported. The food was top-notch and the ease of having the cake AND the DJ included in our package was a big initial selling point for us. I loved that they made so many big details (like lighting, photobooth, and A/V) so turnkey for us. But the SERVICE. It was better than A+. Worth every penny and more, especially if you opt to not have a wedding planner or separate coordinator like me. I wanted to plan everything myself, and week of I was able to hand over a binder of every detail about the wedding day to Tori and she seamlessly took it over to bring it all together. She’s so wonderful, and I am SO glad we used Summit. You should too!

and she is the epitome of personalized professionalism. We felt like we were her only wedding the whole time and her dedication does not go unnoticed. The entire Summit Team on our wedding day was amazing and made everything go so smoothly. We are still getting compliments and we got married 8/24/24. The food was so delicious and our guests couldn’t stop raving about cocktail hour. If I could do it all again I would pick Summit Catering over and over again.

te changes, every element reflected our vision. She went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, making our day stress-free. Tori’s passion and dedication truly shone through, and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect celebration. Everyone raved about how amazing the night was and how amazing all your staff was. Thank you again for a perfect night!

ocess and made everything stress free! They include a DJ in their package and They were great to work with as well. They kept everyone dancing all night. If I had to do it all over again I’d choose this caterer again in a heartbeat!

u won't have anything to worry about because they take are there for you, making sure you are eating food, drinking, and enjoying time to yourselves. Amazing staff and I would work with them again and again!

NCREDIBLE! She never hesitated to help with anything that we needed leading up to the event (including bearing with my several emails and questions). She was also instrumental in making our wedding an absolute dream by helping with preparation and also coordinating everything during the wedding. I cannot thank Summit Catering enough for helping to make our day so special and 110% recommend using them for your special day!

e up along the way. She made planning so easy for us! We couldn’t have had such a stress free day if it weren’t for Franny, Allie, & the rest of the Summit staff. We will definitely be recommending Summit for our friends and family for all of their future catered events!

taff was incredibly professional and attentive, ensuring that all our guests were well taken care of. And our maître d' Francesca was amazing! From the moment we met, she ensured everything ran smoothly and seamlessly. Her attention to detail and calm demeanor made the day stress-free for us. Summit truly exceeded our expectations and made our special day even more memorable. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for top-notch catering for their event. Thank you for making our wedding day perfect!

r weddings this year I definitely agree! They were so easy to work with and Tori was amazing at keeping everything and everyone organized which is not easy with 2 big families. She set up all of our decorations and centerpieces for us after we dropped everything to her earlier in the week and she helped get out cake topper to stay up. She and Paula from Collingswood Ballroom even helped my toddler son down the aisle. When were given the list of caterers we were hoping Summit had an opening since they include a DJ and the cake in their costs which was amazing for our budget and for my planning purposes. Would definitely recommend to anyone especially anyone who loves desserts because the dessert parade is amazing.

ent over and beyond to make our day the best ever! Our guests raved over the food (still talking about it a month later) and had nothing but great things to say about the entire staff. It was so easy to work with Franscesca, who made the stress of wedding planning a lot less stressful. She was fast to answer any questions we had and made sure to make our wedding visions come to life. If I had to do it all over again, I 1000% would choose Summit Catering with no hesitation! Cannot wait to work with them in the future.

on top of it, which really helped make our day go so smoothly. The food was DELICIOUS- we haven't stopped getting raving reviews about it from our family and friends! Tori was so amazing throughout the entire process to help us plan our dream wedding! I would highly recommend Summit to anyone planning an event!

erfect! Tori ran the show that day, taking care of our parents, our bridal party, and us. Even after running into a hiccup at our reception, it was handled with grace and professionalism. Our guests were raving about their food - from cocktail hour to dinner and their infamous dessert train. Tori was great at communicating throughout the whole process, and made things a breeze! We could not be more pleased and we cannot recommend them enough!! We're looking forward to using them for our next event!!

of the night on our wedding day, they have been nothing short of wonderful. With the initial inquiry, we had so many questions as we wanted to make the right decision. From there we had a tasting, and we were SOLD! The food was delicious and we even got to take home the leftovers! The contact that they kept was wonderful. Leading up to our wedding, I had done so much planning that I really wanted to make sure everything was done right, and Betty did not stop that from happening! She made sure everything was how I wanted it - and we had a beautiful day! Betty and Ally were constantly checking up on my husband and I to make sure we had everything we needed - food and drinks. We felt so special! The food was delicious, their personalities, were wonderful, and the staff from Summit was top-notch. They definitely made the wedding of our dreams possible and I will forever recommend them to future married couples!

atering. From meeting me ahead of time, asking all the right questions, and making sure all my decor was perfect put my mind at ease. They also kept checking up on us the day of, asking if we needed anything and bringing my husband and me food and beverages. The food was out of this world! We are still getting compliments on the food at cocktail hour and the reception. Book Summit for your wedding or any other event- you won't be sorry!
