Maddie was hired as our Day-Of Coordinator for our wedding on 9/24/2026. When I say I am so thankful I hired her, I am not overexaggerating. She made everything run so smoothly and made my vision come to life! She even went above and beyond picking last minute things up for my wedding day. I am so thankful for her and her teammate for making our wedding one we will never forget! My family and I don't give up control easily, so when Maddie said to let her take care of decorating and running the wedding, we were hesitant. The wedding was amazing and all of our guest said that was the best wedding they've attended due to how smoothly everything ran. If we decide to do our 10-year vow renewal, I will definitely be hiring her again. I highly recommend!!

Despite a change in venue and other minor hiccups while planning, Maddie remained calm, professional, and eased all of our anxieties every step of the way. Day of our wedding I didn’t not have to worry about a SINGLE THING! I just got to enjoy my special day & my husband & I were truly treated like royalty by Maddie & her team. I would not change a single thing about my wedding day including hiring Maddie to help make it all possible. It was the most beautiful & perfect day & I simply can’t thank her enough for all of her hard work & dedication in making it happen. ❤️

I just got married and the best decision we made about our wedding was Maddie. She brought my vision to life, found us the perfect venue, and recommended the best vendors. We did a partial package with her and it was perfect for us. She set up and came to all of our venue tours and our menu tasting. She was very intuitive about what we did and didn’t like and asked all of the questions we never would have thought of.
Day of her and her team set everything up for us and made sure to take care of any problem that arose like last minute guest cancellations. I also have very bad anxiety and when the loops on the buttons on my dress started snapping she stopped what she was doing and sowed me into my dress and kept my anxiety levels low. She also had my phone and took pictures of every little moment so that we had behind the scenes memories that we didn’t have to worry about capturing.
Everyone always says planning a wedding is very stressful but our experience was the exact opposite because of her. Thank you Maddie and to anyone reading this, it’s absolutely worth it.

From the moment we started working together, she knew every detail, every timeline, every little thing I never even would have thought of. She walked me through everything so calmly and confidently, which made the entire process feel manageable instead of overwhelming.
On the wedding day itself, she and her team kept everything running seamlessly. Any little thing I forgot or didn’t have time to think about, they handled. Our flowers were delivered right before we left for the ceremony, and I didn’t have to stress for even a second because she coordinated directly with all of our vendors and kept track of everything.
At the end of the night, her team handled teardown, packed everything up carefully, made sure items got into the correct cars, and dropped things off where they needed to go. It truly made all the difference in allowing us, our families, and our friends to actually enjoy the day instead of worrying about logistics.
Hiring her was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding, and I would recommend her to absolutely anyone.

details I requested. She was on top of everything from start to finish, and she and her partner set up the most beautiful decor with it - looked so much better than what I had imagined. They really have an eye for design.
She also stayed organized and ahead of things the whole time leading up to the event. We dropped off everything (tons of boxes) at the venue the night before and she somehow noticed a few things that I forgot to bring and texted me about it that same day. She also stopped by the house to pick them up to make things easier for me. I also had a camcorder I asked if she could help get footage on and she captured SO much (ceremony, cake cutting, messages from guests, etc.).
Throughout the whole process, Maddie was so organized, professional, detail oriented, knowledgeable, had excellent communication (with me and the vendors) and she was also very friendly with all the guests and had great energy during the wedding. Overall couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator - she really turned our wedding into a reality and we’re so thankful for her.
