Hi, I'm Dr. Kay Julien and the first thing I need to tell you is, I'm not a wedding planner. (There's isn't a Knot category for my services.) However, I can save you thousands of dollars. :)
I'm actually someone who helps you with your relationships during your planning. I'm a wedding communication coach. I teach you how to successfully handle all the worrisome conversations that inevitably become a part of your wedding planning process -- conversations that can prevent you from getting things done and end up costing you a lot of time and money!
I’m here to coach you through the complicated relational interactions happening now with the people you care about -- your fiance, family, and friends, -- so you’re able to feel like you’re still in control of your wedding and hold on to the joy of preparing for your happy day.
I assist you with issues like developing clear boundaries and enforcing them (which sometimes means learning how to say no), how to talk about money matters, deal with difficult people, and how to successfully navigate your relationships that are being affected by all the wedding anxiety.
I'm an experienced conflict resolution specialist, ready to support you in achieving the relational results you desire.
My personalized coaching packages can include individual and couple sessions to talk about specific matters now, or can be designed for ongoing wedding support.
Preparing for your wedding doesn't have to be a long stress-filled road. Together we can keep it happy!
