We loved working with the events staff at Stonebridge Ranch Country Club - Taylor and Sarah are the best! They made the wedding planning process so easy and were so accommodating w...
ith all of our requests. The food was also amazing! We received so many compliments. The waitstaff and bartenders on our wedding day were so welcoming to our guests. We are so glad we ended up choosing Stonebridge!
We loved the space, service, and most of all our venue coordinator, Erin Thibodeaux. From tastings to day of, Erin is so organized and thoughtful, knowing the answers to hundreds o...
f questions leading up to the big day. She even pulled off a last minute extension because our party just would not stop!! If there is one thing I would change—I would’ve thought to ask about extending party hours during the planning period—but Erin handled our last minute request with such flexibility, kindness, and professionalism. She really went above and beyond. Also, our guests are still talking about how good the food and drinks were. Our vision came true at The Ranch and we’d recommend it (and Erin!) to everyone.
We decided to use Stonebridge Country Club as our reception venue because of their partnership with Bella Donna Chapel. Erin was our" go to" person and we absolutely loved working...
with her and with Stonebridge. It was great that they were able to take care of not only the location, tables, chairs and linens, but they also do all food and beverage. We rented the Ranch Clubhouse and the fireplace inside is beautiful and such a great addition to the room!! Erin and her knowledge about the venue, food, and timelines was great!! I would highly recommend them for your wedding!
Andrea and her team at Stonebridge made my dream wedding a reality. She was very flexible and understanding of our needs and helped with everything she could along the way. The Ter...
race and ballroom lend itself for such a fun night and it looks classy and elegant yet comfortable. Loved having my wedding here! And those golf course views are to die for!
Exceptional service from everyone here. We had numerous people tell us it was the most beautiful and fun wedding they had ever been to. Andrea is wonderful and attentive. Thank you...
guys for a great night!
The Stonebridge is absolutely stunning. Andrea is so professional and always so happy to answer any questions along the way. The staff there were amazing on our wedding night and I...
couldn’t have picked a better reception!
Andrea went above and beyond from day one all the way through wedding day to make sure everything was perfect!
Loved everything about this place! My wedding was perfect! Andrea was a fantastic coordinator. Made everything so easy. Food was great! Thank you for making our day so special...

First of all, this venue is gorgeous!
The wedding coordinator, Andrea, was an absolute lifesaver. I am not a very decisive person and she was able to lead me painlessly into ma...
king decisions. She was extremely helpful and very professional. The whole staff was amazing.
The in-house catering was delicious - we got the lemon-caper chicken with mashed potatoes and veggies. Everyone keeps telling me how delicious the food was (and they didn't even know that it was all naturally gluten-free!) The chef worked with us to make sure that the main dish and salad were gluten-free for myself and other guests with allergies. Very easy to work with! Did I mention how delicious it was?
Their staff was very friendly and accommodating as well. A waiter was assigned to the bride & groom and our parents and had his attention on us all night. We were welcomed with ice water and cocktails before we even went up to the reception. He was very helpful in assisting finding a bag of mine that a guest had moved (right before we needed to leave!).
Andrea and her staff decorated the reception even more beautifully than I could have imagined and put everything we left exactly where it needed to go.
I honestly could not have been more pleased with the reception venue. It was beautiful, stress-free, fun, and completely perfect just like your wedding day should be.
The club and scenery are beautiful. We had an outdoor ceremony overlooking the lake and it was beautiful.
The service leading up to our wedding day was great. There were a few d...
isappointing items throughout the wedding day - the groom was told he and his best man would be able to golf, but the event coordinators didn't know about the major member guest tournament until 5 PM the evening before. Liquor selection ran out halfway through the reception even though it had been paid for. We were unable to access bridal suite though we stated what time we would be there. The top tier of our wedding cake mysteriously disappeared after our wedding planner wrapped it up and made arrangements with the coordinator.
Just a few items I felt like a venue that hosts weddings frequently would have been able to handle. Might be great for an extremely laid back bride, but I would not rely on the club alone to handle the details of your wedding day.
Where to start, we first met with Katie and the Ranch location in the start of 2012 for our wedding in 2013. She was amazing and new exactly what we wanted. She and the staff at th...
e Ranch were amazing! They took care of us and was always there no matter what. Katie is the best I have ever worked with! She was always there and listened when we were stressed and tried to take all of that away. They did almost everything for us leading up and on the wedding day. To help make it run smooth. And it did. Kendall was our waiter during the wedding and he was amazing! Always made sure we were taking care of and didn't need anything. The whole staff was like that. We couldn't have picked a better location for our big day. Loved everyone and everything about our big day! Thank you Katie and Stonebridge Ranch Staff for an amazing experience!
We had our wedding ceremony outside of the Clubhouse and then the reception on the second floor of it. The blue building looks wonderful in pictures and we wound up having plenty ...
of shade from the building to keep people cool - even though it was an August evening outside! The coordinators that I worked with were very nice and were glad to answer any random questions that I came up with! The cost was ideal for us too. One of the things that I loved most was their flexibility! They tried to work with us and be understanding about everything - it was wonderful! The only thing that I was caught off guard by were the chairs. They actually have two different styles of chairs and two different amounts of those chairs. So, if your guest number went over a certain line you had to mix and match chair style. I didn't actually realize this until I went in for an appointment and asked to look at the space again and realized the chairs were completely different! I'm glad that I did, since that was important information for the linens company. Overall, we had a great experience there and would not have wanted to have our wedding anywhere else.
Stonebridge did a great job on my wedding on March 23, 2013. Katie was fantastic to deal with, always returning emails even on the smallest of things. We got so many compliments on...
the food, as well as the service and they made sure everything went well, even dealing with the rain and still executing a fabulous outdoor wedding. I highly recommend Katie and her team at Stonebridge. Not only were they very responsive, but a lot of fun to plan with!
My husband & I looked around here before picking our venue. We were very impressed with the building and the landscape around it. However, we weren't so impressed by the inside. It...
looked very old. I wanted Vintage, but this was just very gloomy to us, which was a shame being so pretty on the outside. The people were very friendly it just wasn't quite what we were looking for.
Stonebridge Ranch Country Club was an amazing location for my reception after my ceremony at The Bella Donna Chapel. We had our reception in the Ranch Club House. It was breathtaki...
ng with high ceilings and panoramic views of the golf course. The wedding coordinator, Katie Finch, was extremely friendly and helpful and made the wedding planning experience nothing short of amazing. On the wedding night, Stonebridge assigned one of their workers, Brian, to basically be my personal host, and I can honestly say I went the entire night without having to ask for anything because he was always one step ahead of me. I highly recommend this venue for their reception location.
Eveything was perfect! I highly recommend Stonebridge Ranch Country Club. The venue was perfect and all the staff were great to work with!
I had an amazing experience with Stonebridge Ranch. We used the Club House for our reception and it was stunning. It allowed us to have a large group (200) all in the same room, an...
d yet it had a very intimate feel. The food was great and we received many compliments on our choice of venue. Katie, the coordinator, is so sweet and helpful. She is very knowledgeable. Of note, there are price requirements (i.e., you must spend a certain amount on food/drink) and the catering is all in-house. I would highly recommend this venue!
The location is beautiful and the food was tasty, but the coordinator left something to be desired.
Katie was absolutely fabulous and did a great job to keep me sane the week of my wedding. She was so detailed oriented. The food was really good. I only wish there had been more...
hands available on the day of the wedding. They were somewhat short staffed that day and me and bridal party ran around much of the morning trying to put together last minute details because there was no one there to help us. I also found out after the wedding that the staff allowed the food to get very low on the buffet before refilling the trays. Even though you prepay for the food, they do not allow you to take any food home. They keep unused trays of food for daily specials at the country club. Once a pan of food is opened and placed on the buffet however, they cannot serve it the next day. It was obvious there was an incentive to not open more food so that they could sell it again the next day. This was really frustrating. Overall though, my wedding was perfect and I had the night of my dreams!
We were married at Stonebridge Ranch in October of this year and it was perfect! The staff is helpful and the location is amazing, you get the whole venue (which is large) instead ...
of just one room!
This is a beautiful venue. The planners at Stonebridge were very friendly and a pleasure to work with. They even went out of their way to provide my favorite beverage at the recept...
ion (it was a specialty beer that they didn't have at their bar).
They always promptly answered my emails and returned phone calls.
They pretty much held my hand during the reception planning process and helped me create a timeline.
Everything was set up just the way we discussed. The food was great and our evening was perfect!
What is the one thing that you cannot control when planning your wedding? The Weather!
And every bride hopes for no rain.
I had always said that anyone who plans an outdoor wed...
ding is just asking for trouble. But after my fiance and I saw the outdoor patio where the wedding could be held, we said we were just going to take that chance.
Kristin Woods, who is the Private Events Director at the Country Club, was wonderful. She gave us many options when we told her about our budget, saying that she could work with us. We had a wonderful morning brunch buffet on a Saturday morning. Of course it rained as the morning began, but without a missed beat the ceremony was moved inside and was more beautiful than the outside wedding could have ever been. I was afraid I wouldn't have an aisle to walk down since the tables were already set. But after I expressed my concern, the staff moved tables and chairs around and I had my aisle.
Many of my guests expressed what a lovely setting. So intimate, and relaxed the atmosphere was in the Ranch House. And with the ceremony right in front of the huge windows looking out on the rain soaked greens, it could not have been a better backdrop.
Without the wonderful staff at Stonebridge my rainy day wedding could have had me in tears, but instead could not have been better.
