I can’t recommend Steven Brown Caterers highly enough. Steve was fantastic and worked within all of our needs and requests on a short timeline, all within our budget. The food was ...
outstanding and exceeded our expectations. The staff went above and beyond to make the day special. I highly recommend them!

We worked with Elri and the Steven Brown crew at the Picnic House for a Friday night June wedding. Everything went exceptionally smoothly --- the timing was perfect, the food was e...
xceptional (we got a million compliments on it) and the staff was supremely professional.
Thanks to everyone at Steven Brown, and especially Elri for making the night so special.
We worked with Steven Brown Caterers for our recent August 30th wedding at The Picnic House in Prospect Park. The process of finding a caterer seemed a bit overwhelming at first bu...
t as soon as we met Steve he put us right at ease. He was able to work with us to help us create the vision of how we wanted the day to be and walked us through the process every step of the way. Everything from the food to the amazing service was absolute PERFECTION. Our guests could not stop raving about the service and telling us that this was literally the best wedding food they’ve ever had, top notch everything. We couldn’t have dreamed of a better wedding experience and we have Steven Brown and his team to thank in large part to thank for that. I would definitely recommend this caterer to anyone of my friends or family getting married in the NYC area, they are the best of the best. My husband and I can’t thank them enough for making our big day better than we could have ever imagined. Dream come true!!!
I was married just over two weeks ago, and Steven Brown Caterers did us proud. Denise Di Palma took us under her wing and helped us plan a delicious buffet dinner that was actually...
within our budget, something we were beginning to lose hope of pulling off. In the end, it was doable ONLY because of Steven Brown. Chef Claudia did a fabulous job with our all-vegetarian menu. Everything was delicious, and even our more carnivorous guests left happy and satisfied. We got many compliments on dinner and had a fantastic experience with the staff throughout. We couldn't have done it without Denise and would recommend her services to anyone.
After a catering snafu which involved another vendor severely overcharging in their estimate from our previously-discussed budget, we found and hired Steven Brown Caterers and were...
treated to exceptional service! Book with them, and you will coordinate every detail of your day through Denise DiPalma, one of the most lovely women you will ever meet and someone who I consider a friend (like your favorite fun aunt) to this day! She became a confidant and trusted liaison for everything from seating arrangements, table settings and linens, bar services, day-of coordination, and of course, the yummy food! Our Mediterranean feast was raved about by our guests and a notably classier version of a traditional "buffet-style" dinner. The only drawback is that Denise herself does not perform the actual layout and setup on the wedding day, which is handled instead by one of her captains. This led to some minor confusion and miscommunication, but was swiftly and politely remedied during pre-ceremony staging.
