ly. She was clear on pricing for each role and duties so we knew what to expect. She is beyond professional and great to work with. She balances a strong work ethic with friendly demeanor. Stephanie was responsive to emails and we set up many meetings over zoom. She was persistent on email and phone to our overseas vendors. (Island time is a real thing when planning a tropical wedding!) While we truly enjoyed our resort and all guests were very happy once there, Stephanie managed many headaches trying to get it all booked for a resort in Dominican Republic but the contact person was in Mexico (and we’re in US). I was in a bridal chat for this resort chain and specifically our location, and I was so happy that Stephanie was dealing with what several brides tried to handle themselves. I was not stressed or overwhelmed like the other brides because of Stephanie’s hard work. She also sent out a thorough and informative email to guests about what to expect when traveling to our particular country, what was needed, water concerns, outlets, money conversions, tipping etc. In her second role, Stephanie was able to coordinate with all of our international vendors with the back and forth decision making. We asked for several different quotes and modifications which she handled with vendors to get what we wanted and/or in our price range. It was a lot off of our plates having her coordinate all of the event vendors and timelines- photography, florals, music, food, decorations, etc. She managed this for our two events- the welcome cocktail event and wedding ceremony with reception. There were a lot of emails back and forth since we were not on location. I’m glad Stephanie handled the majority of those emails with us telling her what we did and didn’t want. In her third role with us, we decided later to have her come down to be on site with us. We worked out a fair price for this role. We had her on hand in case we needed to make a contingency plan with weather for an outdoor Caribbean wedding reception (we got beautiful amazing weather but the weekend after us got parts of a big hurricane so we lucked out). We wanted to be prepared in case something happened and to have a point person to handle it on the day of. I got to enjoy getting ready and the entirety of the day while Stephanie ran around making sure everything was set up right, florals were to right people, bridal party was running on time, etc. She was there for our on site meeting run through. She came Prepared with every detail to make sure all was aligned for ceremony and reception. All points were talked thru and executed as planned. She also was able to make sure florals were moved from ceremony to reception, the items we brought for both events were set up AND collected at end of night (it was great to not have to worry about all the things at the end- we could just keep celebrating), and all of the normal wedding planner things- tip envelopes, rehearsal, etc. She ensured everything was handled and kept any issues away. Overall she did a lot in her three roles for us. Our event was better with her planning services and she took a lot of stress off of us. I cannot express how MUCH she did, especially behind the scenes so we didn’t have to take it on. We were lucky to have her as part of our wedding.
