Super personal and helpful!
The rings we were looking to purchase weren't available in the store, so they ordered a sample for us to look at before making a purchase. They were more concerned with making sure...
we were in love with the set than making the sale. I will only go here for any jewelry purchase from now on!
Steffan's is one-of-a-kind! I am in love with my engagement ring and the wedding bands my husband and I have! Once you are a part of the Steffan's family, you will ALWAYS be taken ...
care of! We are a PROUD Steffan's couple and are happy to show off our bling!
I went to Steffan’s to look at engagement rings and found two I liked. The staff helped me create a profile and even contacted my boyfriend to communicate my likes with him. He end...
ed up buying the ring and even kade a video about our engagement. When we returned I came back in to the store and received a folder with different wedding vendors in the area. This folder was super helpful. We also went back in to pick out a wedding band and to have them put together. Every time I come in I feel like I am part of the family. Everyone is very welcoming and helpful. 10/10 would recommend.
My fiance bought my engagement ring from Steffan's and they were wonderful! We went back to buy our wedding bands and the service was amazing! our rings came in way earlier than we...
expected and the service is so friendly! will definitely be back for any other jewelry needs we have!
We purchased my engagement ring here six months ago. After shopping at mall jewelers and private jewelers, Steffan's service was completely different. I was never rushed or limite...
d in trying on rings. My fingers are extremely small, and many other stores tried to put large bulky rings on me. Marliee and the other staff members were patient and allowed me try as many as liked without a pushing a sale. They made the process enjoyable and fun! After purchasing the ring, we continued to be treated as a valued customer. Rings are available at all price points; however, any cost that may appear bit higher than the common retails stores or discount jewelers will be absolutely worth it. Unlike many other stores, they don't require a protection plan to clean your jewelry or review it if you were concerned about an issue. You are not a one time sale that is closed to them! Thank you again, Steffan's!
I can't say enough good things about Steffan's! They took care of us, the rings are beautiful, and my family has gone to them for decades. Love it!!!
My engagement ring was purchased somewhere other than Steffans Jewelers. Custom work is available, but working with my consultant we were able to find a complimentary match. I lo...
ve the combination of the two rings together. Ask for Melissa! She was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I couldn't have asked for a better jeweler.
