We hired Steele Orchid for our wedding on June 10, 2023, and she was far and away our favorite vendor. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sherrerd and her work. She is a fl...
oral artist who really listens to her brides, takes the time to understand their vision, and charts out what the florals will look like on the day. I told her I wanted a coastal casual elegant feel with pops of orange, blues, peaches, and pinks while bringing in the natural elements of the shore, and she could not have nailed it better. Her creativity shines in all of the arrangements -- they have so much color, movement, texture, and unexpected touches. My mother in law harvested sea oats from the garden of my husband's childhood home for use in our florals, and Sherrerd incorporated them perfectly. Our guests could not stop raving about how beautiful the flowers were! The installation on our wedding arch was particularly captivating, and the centerpieces were so unique and romantic. Her communication throughout the planning process could not have been better; we frequently texted to exchange ideas and thoughts! Her work really set the vibe of the whole day. I knew that I always wanted to donate our wedding flowers, and Sherrerd connected us with a charity that does exactly that, and so we donated our florals to a veterans hospital in my late grandfather's name. My bouquet was honestly my favorite floral arrangement, and I ended up having the flowers pressed and it turned out beautiful. When my husband saw it he started to tear up because it brought him right back to our wedding day! This is all to say that the beauty and joy of your wedding florals doesn't end when the reception does when you hire Sherrerd!

t the beach and wanted a bright, colorful, tropical vibe and Steele Orchid nailed it!!! I cried when I saw our reception room and ceremony flowers, as I could not have imagined it any more beautiful. And my bouquet... it was straight out of a magazine. Tropical, colorful, unique perfection!!! The color, texture, and movement the Steele Orchid team are able to create with their arrangements is simply stunning! And they were such a joy to work with!!! I don't know too much about flowers, and Sherrerd guided me through the whole process. She embraced my vision wholeheartedly and offered so much expertise and advice to make everything just perfect! She is so passionate and creative and just an awesome person!! I am also so thankful to the whole team for being so flexible and helpful when our weather cleared and our ceremony moved outside VERY last minute. They jumped right in to help make my outdoor ceremony dream come true and I will never forget that kindness! Comments from our guests just kept coming all night: "Who was your florist?!? I've never seen more beautiful wedding flowers! That bouquet!" I would recommended Steele Orchid to anyone. Amazing florists and amazing people!

y daughter's weddings, Bridal Showers and Baby Shower, she listened. She executed exactly what I wanted . She saw my vision. Because I trust her explicitly, I allowed her creative license and asked her to guide me in the floral choices for each event. I can not say enough positive things about Steele Orchid. If you want different, elegant, non-contrived arrangements, call Steele Orchid. You will not be disappointed.

I absolutely will not be able to put into words how incredible the flowers were at my wedding. This is a family owed company, ...
and the genuine love, excitement & passion for making peoples floral dreams come true is apparent every step of the way.
I wanted my flowers to be a surprise, so I just told them my favorite color and the vibe I was going for. I walked into the venue on my wedding day not knowing what to expect and my jaw dropped. My flowers were SO COOL, SO UNIQUE and SO PERFECT-they were seriously nothing like I've seen at other weddings...they looked like the really epic flowers you see on instagram and wonder how people get such cool flowers. In addition, and with almost no information, Steele Orchid was able to match the flowers PERFECTLY to my personality, vibe of my wedding and venue, and felt like it took my entire wedding up a level! I still get giddy thinking about them!
I am so grateful for the opportunity to with with Steele Orchid- their designs will set your event apart from all the others, I can promise you that! They truly care about making your event as special as possible and you will never feel like just another client.

She will be a lifetime friend out ours and our florist for life.
