Starr Weddings

me total confidence—I knew I could trust her! She was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. I especially loved the planning tool she shared—it helped us track milestones and keep all the little details in one place. I had a lot of DIY and design elements --- in every meeting, we talked through logistics, and I always felt like I was in great hands. Tiffany and her team not only brought our vision to life — they went above and beyond. From vendor coordination and the rehearsal, to executing the table-scapes and details on the big day, everything was smooth and stress-free. The day-of coordination was truly the STARR of the show and allowed us to be fully present and enjoy every moment. We’re so grateful to Tiffany and the Starr Weddings team—thank you for making our day unforgettable!!

lpful in every conversation. She was a warm and calming presence through venue or family hiccups in leading up to the day. My husband and I are incredibly Type A and we would find ourselves turning to each other to thank god we had Tiffany multiple times in the process. When it came to the day, Tiffany, Chasity, and Christina made it so we were truly able to let go and enjoy the day. Nothing was ever missed, everything was communicated. Starr Weddings truly made our dreams come true and I will never be able to put into words the gratitude for this team.

hat possible. She stepped in seamlessly, took over all the logistics, coordinated with vendors, and made sure every detail was handled with care. She treated our DIY décor and sentimental items (like framed photos of our grandparents) with such respect and thoughtfulness. We even trusted her with our wedding bands before the ceremony—that’s how confident we were in her. Tiffany is incredibly organized, calm, and fun to work with, and she brought her wonderful assistant Amy on the day-of to make sure everything ran smoothly. It was such a relief knowing Tiffany and her team were carefully gathering everything at the end of the night—including our card box and guest book—and bringing it all back to our hotel room, so we could just enjoy the after party with our guests. If you’re thinking about whether you need a coordinator—you do. And you want it to be Tiffany. We can’t recommend her enough.

it means that she's great at providing comfort and reason to the busy (and often stressful) parts that are associated with planning a wedding. We're happy to have all of Tiff's help. We're sad that it's all over now too. We'll miss the ongoing check-in calls prior to the big day. BUT, we're happy to have found a great friend! Thank you!

already missing our monthly check-ins with her. Tiffany is well organized, compassionate, knowledgeable, and a consummate professional. We are a very type-A couple who were so impressed with her various spreadsheets and clear to-do lists. She was a fantastic advocate for us in any sticky situations. Tiff never made us feel like our requests were too small or our questions too silly or annoying, it felt like she was as invested in our wedding being a success as we were. I cannot stress enough what a fabulous job she did and how every time we got off the phone with her, my partner and I would turn to each other and say "wow so glad we picked Tiff to work with." Her colleague Elan was also there to support Tiff the day of our wedding and he was a lovely professional as well!

decision and for the 1-2 months leading up to the wedding she was extra on top of all the final tasks. On our wedding day, we had both Amy and Tiff with us and I cannot rave enough about how smooth the day went thanks to them. I am generally an anxious and nervous person so I was worried I wouldn't be able to enjoy my wedding but it was the exact opposite. I felt relaxed and present because I trusted that Starr Weddings had everything handled and they totally did. My only regret is not hiring Star Weddings to be our full planner!!!

ecisions we should be making throughout the planning process. She was very helpful and was able to provide us guidance while allowing space to have the wedding the way we wanted. By the wedding day, Tifany had already met with all of our vendors and set up plans for how the night would run. As a result, everything ran seamlessly, allowing us to enjoy the wedding without worrying about logistics. We would recommend Tiffany to anyone who wanted day of coordination or wedding planning!

ned calls we had with other vendors to make sure we were all on the same page. It was great to have Tiff and Elan on-site during the wedding to keep everything on track and handle all the behind-the-scenes work. Tiff even gathered all our DIY items for us after the wedding so we could leave the venue and enjoy our after party. I completely recommend Starr Weddings!

t reflected both of us. She was patient -- particularly as we tried to piece through the elements of the wedding we needed guidance through -- while also being responsive to the areas where we had strong preferences. She was incredibly well-organized, keeping us on schedule and on task to make sure we had our vendors lined up. Without Tiff, this process would have been far more stressful and painful. And of course, as we got closer to the wedding, Tiff and Elan were great in facilitating the final pieces in a low-key and low-stress way. On the day of the wedding, we had total confidence that they had everything under control -- and when, inevitably, a few small things needed to be dealt with, they figured them out without us even noticing. We could not recommend Tiff more highly!

Tiffany met with us several times over zoom, helped create the schedule for our wedding, gave us invaluable advice for hiring vendors, and even drove all the way out to the venue to do a walkthrough with us. She really put our mind at ease and we left every meeting with her feeling less stressed and more excited for the big day. On the day of the wedding, Tiffany and her partner Elan arrived well ahead of time to ensure everything went smoothly. From that point on, we didn't have to lift a finger. They were on top of everything, making sure all the vendors and staff were on schedule. We were running an hour behind at the beginning of the night, and somehow Tiffany and Elan managed to bring everything right back on track without anything feeling rushed. It was a miracle! Tiffany even went above and beyond -- we didn't hire a DJ for the wedding, and she agreed to make announcements for the buffet and even set up our music to play at exactly the right times. We highly recommend Starr Weddings. Tiffany and Elan are amazing and we couldn't have pulled it off without them.

rdinator for my wedding, but I'm SO glad I had her! From the expected things to timing our aisle music perfectly to the unexpected, like tracking down a vendor on the day that almost didn't show, we could not have had the day we had without her. Tiffany was excellent, from the first exploratory call to tidying up our suite when she returned our items while we were at our after-party.

ired Tiffany and her team in October 2023 for my May 2024 wedding and could not have been happier with my decision. My husband and I went with the Design and Day-of-Coordination package, but given our excellent experience, we’d strongly recommend the Partial Planning package. The more of Tiffany’s services the better! As our day-of-coordinator, Tiffany went above and beyond as she helped us with outsourcing materials for DIY details (welcome boards, place cards, candles, etc.) and provided design input when needed. It was also a plus being able to have access to her inventory. She really ensured that my husband and I were not stressed on the day of the wedding. I’ve been telling everyone that I am forever grateful for the amazing work Tiffany has done. She was on point every step of the way, ensuring that the Excel sheet was always up to date and that monthly meetings were held. She really captured my vision for the day perfectly. I felt 100% confident in trusting whatever decision she made. Tiffany also has excellent management and organizational skills when under pressure. There were so many things that were out of our control on the day of the wedding, and she was able to quickly resolve each issue. She communicated with all of my vendors to make sure they had the latest timeline and that everyone was on the same page. My friends and family all expressed that they had an amazing time. My day would not have been as beautiful as it was without her and her team. I highly recommend Starr Weddings if you are looking for a helpful, attentive, caring, and kind team. Tiffany, thank you so much for making our day so incredibly special! :)

of the industry, high level of organization, and communicativeness made the planning process feel so smooth and seamless. She also has a great eye for design and did an amazing job in making our vision come to life. The access to her inventory and discounted photobooth were added bonuses that we, and our guests, loved! With Tiff and her team, we didn't have to worry about a thing on our wedding day - it felt absolutely flawless and we we're truly able to enjoy it and soak in all of the love. Our wedding felt like a dream and so much of that was really because of Tiff! We can't thank her enough! I highly recommend Starr Weddings to anyone and everyone!

best decision we made throughout the wedding planning process!! Tiff was organized, thoughtful, kind and above all was an expert both in our venue and in the wedding planning process. I always felt like I was in the best and most confident hands. I had a lot of specific design ideas and really needed help bringing everything together to make it feel cohesive. Tiff completely understood the vibe of what we wanted and helped to bring everything to life and elevate it. She helped with inspiration photos, sourcing vendors, budgeting, and most of all keeping me in check on my timelines so that everything was ready well ahead of our date. Everything she worked on from the design details, communication with vendors, rehearsal and the day of coordination was so seamless, and we really got to enjoy our wedding day to the fullest because of her and the team’s hard work. We were so overjoyed walking through our venue after the ceremony and seeing everything come together so perfectly. Thank you endlessly to Tiff and Starr Weddings!!

knowledge played a pivotal role in helping us select the right vendors to make our big day a success. What stood out was Tiffany's ability to handle unforeseen challenges with grace and ease. The day before our wedding, unexpected rain forced us to revise our plans drastically. Tiffany swiftly transformed our outdoor ceremony into an under-tent affair, navigating the muddy conditions with ease. Her quick thinking and problem-solving ensured our day ran smoothly, and we can't imagine how it would've happened without her. Tiffany's dedication and support throughout the planning process made it all the more enjoyable. Her professionalism and genuine care provided us with peace of mind. She was just a call away, offering solutions and guidance whenever we needed it. In a nutshell, Tiffany is not just a wedding planner; she's a wedding miracle worker. I couldn't imagine planning a wedding without the support that she offered. If you want a knowledgeable, committed, and incredibly talented planner who will exceed your expectations, Tiffany is the one to choose. Our heartfelt thanks to her for making our wedding unforgettable.

overwhelmed with the details and made a spur of the moment decision to hire Tiff to help with some final design details and for day-of-coordination services. From the first time meeting her over video calls, I felt so at ease with her. She and her team are so organized and know all of the details that most brides forget about. She provided recommendations for vendors, sourced products, communicated with vendors, and did a venue visit. One of her associates, Elan, attended the wedding rehearsal and patiently answered our family members' many questions. Tiff also has some great inventory that you have access to as her client, which meant we didn't have to buy any votive candle holders ourselves. On the day of the wedding, Tiff and Elan completely set up all the decorative elements, answered vendor questions, helped the wedding timeline stay on track, and then fully cleaned/packed up the decorative elements for us to take home at the end of the night. Seeing the vision I had in my head come to life when I walked into the wedding reception was the best part and truly I could not have done it without Tiff's help and guidance. I highly recommended Tiff, Elan, and Starr Weddings!

ng up to the big day Tiff answered all of our questions, and gave great advice. Tiff’s easygoing nature was exactly what I was looking for to ease any pre wedding jitters. You should absolutely work with Starr Weddings if you have the chance!

gewood, Queens) and had a slightly nontraditional party planned (we got married the day before at City Hall, so this event was just a party basically). We wanted help making sure that things went smoothly, especially our dinner delivery (which was being dropped off by an outside caterer in the middle of the party) and the hora loca. We met with Tiff once a month (twice in the month of our wedding, including a week-of meeting), plus did a venue visit with her, and through those meetings, she helped us construct a timeline and a floor plan, alerted us to important things we might not have even thought of without her, and talked through our concerns. On the actual night of our wedding, she and Chasity were extremely calm, efficient, and helpful; we didn't have to worry at all about how the night flowed, and they dealt with a few small hiccups with grace. Would absolutely recommend Tiff/Starr Weddings to anyone else looking for coordination.

with Tiffany my creative vision and planning, she was great at helping but together the final touches and was a huge helping hand on the day of the wedding, putting everything together day of! Tiffany and her team were wonderful. I highly recommend her for your wedding planning and coordination needs. We worked on a very tight timeline and everything came out perfectly! As if we planned it months ahead! We made a great team, thank you Tiffany for everything that you did and staying on top of all the details.

oklyn, New York. Tiffany is organized and quite knowledgeable about the ins & outs of wedding protocol. She is detail-oriented, reliable, and personable. We appreciated her dedication and enjoyed her sense of humor during our pre-wedding ZOOM meetings. As the lead coordinator, she reached out to our other vendors and worked beautifully with them. On the wedding day, Tiffany was helpful at the church ceremony and was our liaison throughout the reception. Her presence allowed us to enjoy ourselves because we knew the timeline was being followed and under control (we also used her photo booth which was very popular with our guests!) It was a delight to work with Tiffany and we highly recommend her services.

t enjoy our wedding day and not worry about the logistics. Your wedding is in incredible hands with Tiffany!

onalism made our event run so much smoother. It took a massive load off of us, and enabled us to relax and enjoy the evening. Tiffany is extremely kind, punctual, organized, and a true pro. Can't recommend highly enough!

edding, and she would make sure we were on track with everything and remind me of any small details I was forgetting. Tiffany's professionalism, communication, and lovely personality are what everyone should want in a wedding planner. Our wedding day was fantastic because of Tiffany and her co-coordinator Amber. I'm unaware of any significant issues because they ensured everything was under control. Thanks so much for making our wedding day a success!

how our event turned out, and she deserves so much of the credit. She really shined when it came to the week of and the event itself. No wedding is without some unplanned challenges and last minute audibles. She handled it all with grace and comfort :). Thank you, Tiffany, for bringing the dream to life with such pleasant interactions, positivity, and can-do spirit. Cannot recommend her enough!

ith her assistant, Elan at all events. They could not have been more helpful on the days of events. Tiffany was amazing in the months build up to our events and had great patience and enthusiasm with everything we threw at her. She responded in a timely manner, any day of the week. We are so grateful to have found Tiffany and to have had her as our planner! As well as being a hard working professional, Tiffany is super sweet and personable. We enjoyed our journey with her!

tails and that things were falling between the cracks! As soon as we hired Tiffany, she immediately helped us plan and handled things that we couldn’t. Having her coordinate with our vendors, review our itinerary, and be the voice of reason in all the wedding planning chaos has been amazing. I am so thankful I made the decision to hire her, and I feel so much better about my wedding day knowing we have her as our trusted wedding planner.
