privately owned and furniture and accessories vary. The office supplied us with a list of everything that we should bring ourselves, so there was no confusion. The elevator was nice. Some building have stair only, so check out their website to verify which building has what. The walls were well insulated because when inside we could not hear anyone else, except an occasional door slamming as people were racing to the beach or out to eat. There are grocery stores and restaurants located conveniently nearby and bicycle lanes for those brave enough. We had a charming stay and would recommend this resort for those looking for an affordable, clean condo rental very close to the beach. Great security.

trip delightful. The beach, the jacuzzi right down the hallway made our evening’s rejuvenating. The owner/gentleman was available right away with any questions about the area and gave us great salubrious suggestions about the local food and made sure we had pleasant experiences. We’ll be booking here every yearly.
