Where do we even begin?! Working with Spynfo was seamless from start to finish. He is incredibly professional, organized and knows the ins and outs of the wedding scene to make sur...
e our special day was not only memorable but so much fun. All of our guests RAVED about the dancefloor, he kept the energy high ALLLL night. And not only is he a DJ but also an EXCELLENT MC. He truly made the whole evening feel like a party. Literally almost all of our guests shared that once they finished dinner they didn't go back to their seats until the end of the evening. The music he plays keeps everyone up and moving and having the very best time. We also used the dancing in the clouds effect which created the most beautiful pictures and our guests also loved it. The photobooth bought by Spynfo and his team also kept our guests so entertained and helped to capture so many special memories. We really appreciated the wedding questionnaire he had us fill out ahead of time to make sure all of our requests and needs were met in terms of requests and just overall flow of the evening. We truly could not reccommend working with Mike + his team more they made our wedding day one for the books. If you want to make sure you're friends to your whole family from your grandma to your auntie + cousins up and dancing book Spynfo + Mr. Matrimony Ent. now! Thank you for an amazing evening!
Our guests cannot stop raving about how much fun they had on the dance floor! One person told me the music played was the kind where even if you don't know it, you can't help but m...
ove to it! Our dance floor was packed non stop and our guests loved the photo booth and props too! One of the true highlights was the dancing on the clouds service, it was a literal magical moment 🥰. We cannot wait to book Mr. Matrimony again for our next event, because he can do them all!

rimony sets up a meeting with you to review his worksheet which covers everything from music genres for guest arrival to ceremony entrance music down to last song of the night. He is great at what he he does and it showed during the reception as he got the crowd hype and out their seats with music and games. Highly recommend him for your wedding.
My Wife: He was amazing. He was professional, and took into account our needs on our special day. He kept the party going and people are still talking about how good he was today and our wedding was October 2023.
Mike was the PERFECT DJ & MC for our wedding! Perfect communicator, very easily accessible, and most importantly, had EVERYONE dancing the entire evening (and I mean everyone – yes...
, even some of our elderly guests!)
We feel so blessed to have had him provide the music pre-ceremony while guests were arriving, during our ceremony, during cocktail hour and during reception. He is such a pro at what he does!
We provided him a few of the songs for the hallmark dances, and a few playlists for the general vibe of the evening, but we trusted him entirely to lead the musical experience for our wedding – and he delivered.
We easily recommend Mike for any event you could need music and an MC for. THANK YOU SPYNFO!

ew from that moment we wanted him at our wedding, and even flew him across the country to Las Vegas because we knew he would make sure our wedding was a blast! He delivered beyond our wildest dreams. From the moment the reception started, people were on the dance floor and the energy never wavered because Spynfo had everybody all the way up! He knows how to read the room, transition among music genres and tempos, and instill confidence in guests to get them on the dance floor. And his emceeing is second to none! On top of the performance aspects, he is transparent and communicative with his clients and wedding planners. He is highly recommended!

d our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception.
I will put it simply – if you want a wedding reception that is exciting, amazing, and high energy, it is an absolute must that you hire DJ Spynfo. He is a true master of his craft and an expert at engaging the crowd and getting everyone to get up and dance.
Let me say this – I have never been to a wedding reception where in addition to a packed dance floor with high energy, there was also a congo line through the room, an energy pit with all guests literally jumping up and down in the middle, and a fun and exciting wedding soul train line. All 270 guests were engaged and on/near the dance floor. Our guests were dancing all night!!
Furthermore, I knew about him when I was in college, but he was recommended to me by my coworker. To provide more context – I am black, and my coworker is Korean. Think about that – DJ Spynfo is the PERFECT DJ for your event whether you are Black, White, Asian, Latinx, Indian, etc. He will have your dance floor rocking with full energy from start to finish. I am Black (Haitian) and my wife is Latina, and DJ Spynfo skillfully and effectively met our requests for Haitian, Latin, afrobeats, RnB, and hip-hop music. Simply amazing! There was something for everyone at this wedding, which is exactly why everyone danced all night!
Why was he so special?
- He is a true professional; we had a call leading up to the wedding to discuss my needs and expectations for the big day. During dinner, he came to me to check how he was doing – this level of commitment was great to see.
- He was well prepared – he played the exact songs at the right time for ceremony (groom’s entrance, bridesmaids/groomsmen, parents, bride entrance), reception (entrance of parents, bridesmaids/groomsmen, and married couple). Each of the songs I picked had meaning, and he helped bring them to life during our event.
- He hyped everyone up! From our guests to the groomsmen, bridesmaids, and most importantly my wife and I – everyone was in the spirit and ready to party! When you hire Spynfo, you will NOT need another Emcee! His skills as an emcee are just as effective as his skills as a DJ!
At the end of the party, I received compliments on the DJ from everyone – friends, family, groomsmen, bridesmaids, etc. Again – if you want a reception and dance floor that is exciting, energetic, and lively, you must hire this man!
Dj Spynfo was an absolute dream of a DJ to work with. from our initial consultation call he was very caring, professional and accommodating. I immediately knew I wanted to book him...
. he is extremely responsive and patient and will craft the perfect playlist and flow of events for your special day. he kept the dance floor busy and everyone enjoyed his work. he truly made our night unforgettable and I cannot emphasize how polite, nice and accommodating he was. he made us feel SO comfortable and confident that we were going to have the best night of our life. and we sure did! highly recommend Dj Spynfo for your event!

f our expectations. He is extremely professional, his communication skills and attention to detail are second to none. Planning a wedding is a very stressful process, especially during the pandemic. Working with DJ Spynfo was a breath of fresh air. He listened to every detail we discussed and made sure to incorporate everything we asked for, plus more. He went above and beyond every step of the way, with an elevated experience that included dancing on clouds, sparklers, a beautiful photo booth, and extra lighting! The music he curated literally had every single one of our guests on the dance floor all night long. He took our song requests and created a masterful playlist, a vibe that we will never forget!

te with our closest family and friends (due to the pandemic), that we wanted to make sure everyone got to party!! DJ Spynfo came highly recommended by a friend and let me tell you, WE DO NOT REGRET IT!!! First party we both have been to that we both danced for a whole 5 hours (and it is not because it was our own, haha). I cannot tell you how many of our guests said how amazing the music, the energy and dancing was!!! Thank you DJ Spyfno for making our anniversary/belated reception unforgettable!!!

e remained consistent and patient. We were uncertain about what songs we wanted to play for certain moments and he was able to pick the perfect songs for us or offer suggestions to guide our decision. He was able to read the room and keep the vibe going all night. He kept the guest entertained and remained professional. He never missed a beat! We look forward to referring him to anyone that wants a versatile and funny DJ/MC.

ambiance we wanted for our holiday/Christmas Eve wedding. He was understanding and his Photo Booth was the hit of our event! I could not have wanted anything more. The music choices and flow were to die for and I could not have wanted anything more for my guests

dding on 11/6/2021 and I can honestly tell you that all 140 guests will be talking about it for years to come. My husband and I have not stopped talking about it for days. He was INCREDIBLE and the music was on point with exactly what our vision was. The dance floor was full from corner to corner for HOURS. No matter the typical music our attendees listened to, they were up there moving and grooving.
His MC skills were wonderful. He was fun, collaborative with the crowd, and really made things SUPER fun.
My husband is Haitian and I am Greek, and the mixing of cultures was flawless.
THANK YOU DJ SPYNFO for making our night truly unforgettable and one for record books! :) <3
Mr. Matrimony was the DJ & MC for our May 2021 rooftop wedding and he truly delivered. As both my husband and I are West Indian (from two different countries), we wanted two things...
for our wedding reception: good food and good vibes (music).
I found Mr. Matrimony via Instagram and was impressed by all the positive reviews on the wedding websites. We wanted a DJ with wedding reception experience that could play multiple genres of music (old & new) from rap, R&B, reggae & soca. Mr. Matrimony was a true professional from our first phone call, he sent us worksheets that definitely helped our day-of planning. His prices were reasonable, and he was not pushy at all in explaining his packages and the additional services he could provide and/or source. Our last phone call before the wedding day was productive and his experience DJing weddings calmed us down as it can be overwhelming when you start to think of how much needs to happen on time within a set timeframe for it all to go well.
On the big day, Mr. Matrimony and his colleagues showed up early and were set up and ready to go when it was time to party. As a DJ, he played everything we requested ahead of time but also knew how to read the crowd. As an MC, he started the party on a high note by getting our guests involved and that energy lasted throughout the entire night. While it all went by in a flash, I don’t think the dance floor was empty at any point during the night and we have Mr. Matrimony to thank for that. It is a great feeling to look at a dance floor and see your closest family and friends having fun and genuinely enjoying themselves.
DJ Spynfo and his crew made my wedding day! From being responsive to professional and fun, he was one of my favorite vendors to work with. His energy and engagement with the crowd ...

ce floor was packed! He had no problem seamlessly blending our cultures and played something for everyone. Not to mention he worked collaboratively with our wedding planner and us to make sure everything was perfect.
Our guests keep saying it was the best wedding they’ve been to, the dj played a huge role in that. Thank you Mr. matrimony!
I absolutely loved DJ Spynfo and Mr. Matrimony Ent. The DJ Spynfo sends you a wedding worksheet which includes information on the couple, the ceremony, reception music and moments...
, and requested songs to play at the wedding. This sheet allows the DJ Spynfo to know what type of music to play, members of the wedding party, and the songs for particular moments such as the first dance, garter retrieval, cake cutting, bouquet toss, any toasts, etc. The DJ called us a few days before the wedding to go over everything on the wedding worksheet (family member names being called, songs being played, and all of songs attached to those key moments). DJ Spynfo and Mr. Matrimony did an awesome job during the ceremony and at the reception. DJ Spynfo and his crew really shines at the reception! Not a dull moment. The DJ kept the party going and made sure everyone was out of their seats. During the toast, there was slight feedback from the microphone and DJ Spynfo quickly adjusted the volume of the microphone to ensure the feedback was at a minimum. Once the adjustment was made the feedback was gone! DJ Spynfo played most of the songs we requested for the party (75%) but when it came to those signature moments DJ Spynfo was right on the money and played what you wanted. DJ Spynfo and Mr. Matrimony Ent. also has a feel of the crowd and plays songs you requested to get people moving! You won't be disappointed at all! I strongly recommend DJ Synfo and Mr. Matrimony Ent.

. Matrimony worked with us when we had to make changes. Before our big day, we were able to discuss the music and how the day would flow, which left us feeling relaxed and excited. It has officially been a month since our wonderful wedding and every week since then we have received calls and messages about how they enjoyed the music. Mr. Matrimony and his team did a spectacular job hosting and DJing our wedding. He is truly a gifted artist that made our wedding special and fun from beginning to end! Our guests loved the music and danced all night. My husband and I even got calls asking to do the wedding again so that Mr. Matrimony could DJ again. We were truly blessed and honored to have had Mr. Matrimony take part in our wedding, he's the best!

DJ Spynfo aka Mr. Matrimony is one of the best DJ and MC you can book for your wedding. It was a true pleasure working with Mike. He is extremely professional, organized, proactive...
, super responsive and kind. I thought I never sleep …but the I met Mike. You can email him at 2am and he will promptly get back to you regarding any question you have or to provide guidance. As a person who was super obsessed with detailed and so anxious about things going well. I can’t express how grateful I was for his attentiveness.
DJ Spynfo was an excellent DJ, MC and comedian the day of the wedding. He knew how to get our guests talking, dancing and overall kept the mood hype throughout the night. Not to mention kept us laughing and dancing the entire time as we jammed to his hits. He was able to perfectly fuse our interest of R & B and Hip Hop with classic Konpa, Soca and Afrobeat hits. You name the genre he got it.
If you are looking for an international DJ that has a range of hits and is personal and an extremely talented MC reach out to DJ Spynfo and I promise you won’t have any regrets!

e's no way it could be just as good in person right?
Wrong.
If anything it was better.
DJ Spynfo brought the energy to our wedding with a crazy good mix of new and old that kept our party rocking all morning. Both him and his team kept things fun, and lively. He's exactly what you should want for your wedding. A DJ who will help bring the party out of your guests and make four hours fly by. Can't say enough great things about him. You really should want this man to do your wedding. You will not be disappointed when you choose him.
I only have 2 regrets. One is that I can't give him 6 stars. The other is I don't have any events in the near future I can have him play.
When we reached out to Mr. Matrimony for our wedding, we knew that our DJ had to have an appreciation for our West Indian culture. When speaking to him, he was able to answer all o...
f our questions based on his 15+ years in the industry and personal expertise. His response times were quick, provided clarity for all our requests, made suggestions based on our wants and made it a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Even while planning during a pandemic, he explained his willingness to move forward and empathized with the general uncertainty of the situation. For the event, he arrived early, followed all Covid regulations, and created an atmosphere of fun beyond our expectations. Our guests were entertained, excited, and most of all focused on our event and the love we were sharing, and not the circumstances in which we were having our event. Mr. Matrimony, thank you for the great music, laughs, and putting us on a cloud all night long.

erally on the dance floor as soon as we arrived at the reception, the music was just that good." Our crowd was diverse... I mean we had everyone from the West Indies to Africa to Europe to Asia at our wedding and EVERYONE enjoyed the night DJ Spynfo gave us. We got so many, "that was the best wedding I've ever been to" comments and are still getting them 2 months after. DJ Spynfo kept the crowd engaged, played everything from the good to the hood, and somehow had my Japanese mother in her kimono swag surfing and palancing! He has an amazing ability to read the crowd and knew exactly what to do keep the party going from the beginning to the end. Man he was even in the crowd dancing at some point. Thanks for the amazing memories! He's a DOPE DJ and MC. Book him. Don't think twice. You, your family, and friends will have an amazing time to remember!
DJ Spynfo was incredible! I've been meaning to write this review since our wedding on 11/11/19. He brought the house down. He was communicative from the start and answered all of o...
ur annoying questions promptly.
We had a great turnout for a Monday (Veterans Day) and there wasn't a person sitting in their seat during the reception. He warmed up our guests with the ice breakers games and they stayed warm the entire time. I was surprised to see people i NEVER see dancing at family events on the dance floor.
He managed to incorporate all of our suggestions while also reading the crowd. If you're shopping for a DJ and he's available on your day I recommend you choose him before someone else does. It's one less thing to worry about. The music will be on point for your special day. Everyone we spoke to said the DJ was great and a few will be calling him when they start planning their special day.
Thanks again, DJ Spynfo. If we're ever in need of a DJ for any other special event you'll be our first call.
Mr. Matrimony made our wedding the most memorable night.
Working with him was a breeze. We spoke over the phone and he electronically sent over a contract. Everything was signed an...
d deposited easily electronically. He provided a detailed worksheet so that we could decide which songs we could like to be played as we walked down the aisle, during cocktail hour, during the cake cutting, and throughout the reception. He did not miss a beat during the big day. Music was appropriate for each part of the reception. Everything was as expected and then some!
Mr. Matrimony’s set was awesome, and his personality truly shines through. He is both the DJ and the MC and does so flawlessly. I cannot remember a time when anyone actually sat down and were not on the dance floor!!! Our family, friends, and coworkers are still talking about the music today! I would highly recommend Mr. Matrimony for any event you are hosting!!!

He was very professional and interacted with the crowd. It honestly felt like he was apart of the wedding party because his energy is natural. Thank you again for a great time!!
Best DJ Ever!
I'm so happy my wife and I went with Mr. Matrimony. We did extensive research on every wedding website to find the DJ that would take this memorable day to the next l...
evel and Spynfo did just that and more. To this day, people still rave about how awesome our wedding was, how much fun they had, and if we can get married again so they can do it all over again! And we're always asked, "where did you find your DJ?! " Spynfo is the man! My wife and I come from two different cultures and Spynfo was able to bring together two worlds to get them jumpin' on the dance floor to celebrate our love. If I had to do it all over again, I'd choose Spynfo all over again without a doubt. If you want a great wedding DJ that listens to your needs, wants and that delivers, go with Spynfo. If you want to have a memorable wedding day where no one is sitting, everyone is dancing and spinning and having a blast - go with Spynfo. I'll always go to Spynfo for all my DJing needs. He's incredible. My wife and I are grateful. (Side note: everyone thinks about the procession song, first dance, father-daughter dance, etc. But what about the last dance? Spynfo must've remembered because he played a song that was so perfect. My wife and I cherish that song now, brings back memories of us holding each other basking in the last moments of our wedding day. Thanks Mike! Can't thank you enough

firmed it when we went to our friends wedding that was two weeks before ours and had everyone off their seats. The only time we say people in chairs was during dinner. No one expected to see the "dance with the clouds" package he provides when were doing our first dance. The pictures came out amazing. He was not just a DJ and emcee, he was an entertainer. No way did I expect while we were waiting for food that he would have the guest playing hot potato with the table seating sign. Everyone even my 88 year old grand mom was excited. The whole wedding party and guest loved DJ Matrimony. Excellent job sir and I would highly recommend you!!!

Everything seemed so natural and effortless for him as he got everyone out of their seats and on the dance floor all night. Everyone was dancing practically the whole night, and they continued to dance as they left after the wedding! It was such an amazing experience, and it could not have been any better.
DJ Spynfo/Mr. Matrimony was professional, and courteous. He was quick to respond to all correspondence and delivered everything we asked. We could not have been any happier; our family and friends were talking about how great he was all night and the next day! Thank you for making our wedding that much more amazing. I recommend him to everyone looking for the perfect DJ to make the night memorable and fun for themselves and all their guests.

start on our wedding day. It was his attentiveness leading up to the event. He really wanted to understand our vibe so he could align with our vision come wedding day. The work he put in pre-wedding really came to life on our wedding day. He absolutely crushed it! Our guests cant stop raving about his energy and how he gracefully commanded the crowds attention with his mc'ing ability. The other takeaway was his ability to work seamlessly with the band that we hired. The way he and the band transitioned between sets embodied "cohesion" at it's finest. I cant thank him enough for over-delivering on our wedding day. My wife and I look forward to recommending him to all of friends and family!

Groom: We knew Mr. Matrimony came highly recommended. My wife went to SJU with him and knew his awesome reputation. Yet, WE STILL WERE NOT READY for his awesome performance and professionalism as a DJ and Emcee to our wedding! Our guests raved about him all night and folks who never danced were OUT OF THEIR SEATS and on the floor from start to end. Any party we have from now on we’re going to consider Mr. Matrimony. Our baby’s 1st bday gonna be lit!!
Bride: Right after we booked the venue, DJ Spynfo (Mr. Matrimony) was the next call. We went to SJU together and he went from being the campus DJ, to the tristate collegiate DJ, to club DJ, to major radio station DJ and now to wedding DJ. There was only 1 person I could trust to make my vision of a high energy wedding reception come true...Spynfo! Being Grenadian/Jamaican-American with an American groom with southern roots, I didn't know how our guests would get on with each other. Well, I had no need to worry! He surely delivered the energy with creative icebreakers, getting a feel for the audience and catering to the vibes present. From the youngest to the oldest, everyone was moving their feet and their hips, swaying, 2 stepping, surfing, chipping, whining and wobbling! At one point while playing the newly crowned Soca Monarch, Grenadian Mr Killa, song Run Wid It, the chant goes "I want you to pick up something....anything"... next thing I hear is DJ Spynfo start chanting "Pick up the Bride! Pick up the Bride! Pick up the Groom! Pick up the Groom!" Up we went as our guests lifted us both up in chairs jumping up to the beat!!! FIYAHHHHH! When I tell you that my friends and family are still talking about what a grand time they had...mi naaaaah lie!
Thank you so much for listening to our concerns, taking initiative and creating a spectacular atmosphere for the festivities, uniting our loved ones on the dance floor as they celebrated our love!

re extremely knowledgeable and gave us great advice given their experience, and worked with us to get the right music for the mood and crowd. ALL of our guests remarked on how fun the DJ’s were, and how good they were with getting everyone moving. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough!!

I WAS ON THE DANCE FLOOR THE ENTIRE NIGHT!
Everyone from each generation was present on the dance floor, even people who don't normally dance at family events! My grandparents who ...
have trouble walking made sure people held them up to get their two step on! The music selection was perfect, I heard every song I wanted to hear and every time I stepped away to thank our guests I was running right back to the dance floor.
From our first communication DJ SPYNFO was very professional and helpful. The months leading up to the wedding date he listened to every request and even provided sound equipment last minute to help our live musicians during the ceremony. I would recommend booking the highest package with the custom monogram, mics, flat screens and lighting because it's so worth it! Everyone who attended said our wedding was the best wedding they've ever been to because it was a party all night long!
I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND DJ SPYNFO for any event moving forward and I'm beyond grateful for his professionalism, great taste in music and making sure every moment was perfect!!!
I had hired DJ Spynfo ten years prior for a large college party fundraiser, so when I came up on his business information during my wedding DJ search I immediately booked! Dj Spyn...
fo did an amazing job with MCing the wedding reception and playing all the right music for each part of the reception. Many of our guests are still raving about how amazing was the DJ. I could have easily extended the reception by another 1-2 hours since the party was so hype. Every age bracket was on the dance floor during the entire night. I would recommend DJ Spynfo because he has the talent to read the crowd and make the right music decisions to keep the party energy high as possible. If you want a party that will keep your guests having fun on the dance floor through the whole night, then DJ Spynfo should be your choice!
Mr. Matrimony was an excellent choice for our wedding DJ, he was communicative, responsive and listened to our music needs. I was on the dance floor the whole night, thank you for ...
making our night so special. The Lebrons
Having Mr. Matrimony aka DJ Spynfo as the DJ for my wedding was hands down one of the best choices made. From the moment he finished setting up to plugging out he was in control of...
the tempo. He made sure to complement the tone and feel that my husband and I discussed with him for our wedding day. He played all our requested songs and was able to feel out the crowd and played music that got them on their feet...all night. There was music played for everyone and no one felt let out. He also doubled as master of ceremony and involved our guest in all the highlights of the day and they had fun while doing it. He was very professional. And as a bride you can be assured he will execute accordingly which is one less worry! I will definitely look to book him first for my upcoming life changing events!
Couldn’t have dreamed of a better DJ. He was very specific with our music preferences and always kept tabs on us as well to make sure that we were 110% satisfied. I very highly rec...
