**A Beautiful Venue and an Exceptional Catering Coordinator!** We are so happy we chose South Shore Harbour Resort for our wedding reception! The venue was beautiful, the on-site hotel was a wonderful convenience, and the staff was excellent. A special thank you to Michelle Scrimger, Director of Catering, who was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish! Michelle went above and beyond to make sure we felt confident and comfortable with our reception plans. She even encouraged us to bring in our envisioned guest table décor setup in advance so we could see everything together and feel good about our choices. She patiently and promptly answered our dozens of questions throughout the planning process, always making us feel supported and understood. We are incredibly grateful for her thoughtfulness, professionalism, and dedication to helping us create a special celebration. Thank you, Michelle, and the entire South Shore Harbour Resort team for helping make our wedding reception so memorable! We couldn't be happier with our choice of venue and wholeheartedly recommend South Shore Harbour Resort to other couples planning their wedding reception!

We had a wonderful June wedding at South Shore Harbor resort. As the planner of the event, I can guarantee you that the catering staff was above impressive on the planning and implementation of the event. The room we used (Marina Room) was perfect for 115 guests. The room was not crowded, having a parking lot right outside for guests, private entrance and private lobby with restrooms made it a comfortable venue. The staff was incredible to all our guests and the food was perfect. Above all this, this cost was incredible. We would have paid triple anywhere else. We used the hotel for the weekend. We had a lot of out of town guests. Everyone was comfortable, enjoyed the wedding and loved the hotel staff and ammenities. A five star rating is not enough to thank everyone at the hotel for their hospitality. Best Regards,

She wasn't always available immediately because the hotel is always so busy with many events but she was there when it mattered and handled everything professionally. All of our guests were impressed with the reception venue, the serving staff, etc. They especially loved the opportunity to walk to the hotel for their room instead of having to drive home so late! Great options for weddings with many out-of-town guests!

to accommodated special requests. Almost everything was taken care of in house. The setting was beautiful and the resort was very clean, updated and well kept. The food was amazing and the reception venue and beverage packages were very reasonable. We saved a ton of money with their reception options and room rates for our guests were very affordable for such a nice resort. It was so nice to have the entire process compartmentalized to the resort for finances, for convenience and for our guests.

We booked a block of rooms here for members of the bridal party and guests who didn't want to make the drive home after our wedding. With our venue, we received the deal that with...

20 rooms, we would get our room for free. We ended up getting our room, which was very nice. Large, comfy bed, huge shower, great view. Apparently our guests didn't fare so well. I was told that the beds weren't too comfortable in most of the rooms. Also, the hotel was quite loud, even at midnight. I think this is more of a party hotel, but it could have been due to the approaching 4th of July (we got married on the 2nd). I would say it is a good location and has a nice bar and pool if you want to hang out before and after the wedding, though. It was a bit hard to get in touch to book rooms at times and to talk to the representative in charge of our block. Sometimes she would totally forget about us or not email/call back for days.

The guest's rooms were good but kinds outdated. Our room was horrible...they forgot to set up the romantic room and the air conditioning was out so we had to move rooms.
