Soundwave Entertainment

was incredibly knowledgeable, not only about Soundwave’s services, but she was also such a valuable resource when it came to answering questions about our venue and the planning process. The entire experience was so organized and stress free. Their online portal was easy to navigate, with clear instructions, helpful timelines, and deadlines that kept us on track every step of the way. It made planning our entertainment so simple! DJ Les was AMAZING! Even after recently having shoulder surgery, he brought incredible energy to our reception and kept the celebration going all night long. He truly helped create such a fun, unforgettable atmosphere for us and our guests. We can’t say enough wonderful things about Soundwave Entertainment. They exceeded every expectation, and we’re so grateful they were part of our special day. If we could relive our wedding over and over again, we absolutely would, and of course, Soundwave would be a part of it every single time. Thank you for helping make our wedding day so perfect!

ted the most fire playlist I’ve ever heard at a wedding. The perfect mix of 80s, 21 Pilots, Cardi B, and so much more. He fit our vibe perfectly. I am SO thankful for soundwave!!

ngs that he thought fit our party vibe. He definitely understood what we were going for and he was so easy to work with. If you’re booking soundwave, ask for Frank!!!!!

ively all night, and even joined in.

hly without any hiccups and Ray really brought the energy as our MC and DJ!!!!! I couldn’t recommend them enough. They seriously care, and want to make your day special!!!!!!

rank G was our DJ. We had a pre party call with him a couple days before the wedding where we reviewed everything we wanted and didn’t want during our party. Frank was very attentive for all of our requests. During our wedding, he was perfect. He knew the exact vibe/genre we were looking for and his music and mixes kept all of our guests on the dance floor all night. I could not recommend any higher!

kind and took everything we wanted into consideration and made that so important to him. In addition, Wendy was amazing to work with during the planning process and ensured everything ran smoothly. Everything was perfect from the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing!!! David played all the right songs based on the energy of our crowd and the dance floor was packed all night! A big thank you and shoutout to David who let me have my "main character moment" and play a song!

our DJ, and DJ Dennis also had a conversation with me beforehand to ensure we were all on the same page. DJ Dennis was phenomenal as well! He kept the flow going nicely, and he kept the dance floor moving and grooving. The uplighting also made the room so beautiful. Would highly recommend!

it made a huge difference for us. Highly recommend!

a huge role in making our wedding unforgettable for us and our guests. When we first connected with Soundwave, the owner created a seamless experience with an online portal for us to access and complete all the necessary documents to bring our vision to life. When we had our first call with Frank, we knew he was the perfect fit for us. He made us feel comfortable and heard right away. He walked through our timeline point by point, carefully reviewing every detail. He even played each of our selected songs during our call to ensure we were fully aligned on timing and cues so we could communicate effortlessly throughout the night without interruption. That level of thoroughness and care meant everything to us, and allowed us to truly relax the week before our event knowing we were in great hands. Frank genuinely focused on getting to know us — our personalities, our vision, and the experience we wanted to create for our guests. He shared his direct contact information so we could stay connected during the final days leading up to the wedding, sending ideas and reminders whenever they came to mind. And then came the wedding day — and Frank blew us away. He is truly a master of his craft. Our prelude music and ceremony were flawless - The technology and microphone setup ensured every guest could clearly hear our vows, and the music cues were perfectly timed. The transitions into cocktail hour and then into the reception were seamless, and the energy in the room was exactly what we had hoped for. When it was time to dance, the vibes were all the way right. No matter where guests were gathered throughout the venue, people couldn’t stop grooving. The dance floor stayed alive, and we received countless compliments all night about how incredible our DJ was. Frank read the room perfectly, curated the atmosphere beautifully, and kept the momentum going in a way that felt effortless. Frank didn’t just play music — he shaped the entire experience of our wedding night. He nailed the vibe, elevated every moment, and helped create memories we will cherish forever. We are eternally grateful to him and would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a truly exceptional wedding DJ.

requested. Even with a smaller wedding (50 people), our dance floor was packed for most of the night. DJ Les truly understood our music vibe and even added some great songs that fit perfectly with our must-play list. It was such a pleasure working with both him and Wendy throughout the planning process. We highly recommend DJ Les and Soundwave Entertainment!

ely with us throughout the planning process, and was incredibly responsive and helpful every step of the way. DJ Ray Vales was outstanding! He kept the energy high all night, played the perfect mix of music, and really read the crowd. We received so many compliments on how great he was from our guests, and the dance floor was truly packed all night. We highly, highly recommend Soundwave, they truly made our wedding unforgettable!!

ks after our wedding. They were a pleasure to work with, had an easy to navigate planning portal, and worked alongside us to create our perfect vibe. I would use them again and recommend them highly.

ht with perfect song selections and smooth transitions. The music flowed effortlessly, and every moment felt natural and upbeat. Wendy made coordination easy and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for better people to handle our wedding entertainment. Highly recommend them both.

hrough the night. Would definitely book again!!

d song requests, making the reception a party many people tell us has been the best night ever. The CO2 blaster was also a crowd favorite! Thank you to Wendy and DJ Ray for the outstanding service and a party we will forever cherish.

to our mostly black crowd, but I feel like he basically just played whatever he wanted. It should have been an all hip-hop/R&B track list but he put some Latin music, some techno, house, and a lot of mixes of hip hop songs some we didn’t even request. At times people would start to dance he would change the song making people leave the dance floor including me, the groom. I just don’t feel like the playlist was curated to us. He was very professional but we would not book this company again for any future events.

ofessional and punctual but knew exactly how to read the crowd and keep the dance floor alive all night long. Their setup was sleek, the sound quality was crystal clear, and the lighting created the perfect vibe. Every transition was smooth, and the playlist was a flawless mix of our requests and crowd-pleasers. Multiple guests came up to us raving about how great the music was — it truly made the night unforgettable. If you’re looking for a DJ service that’s professional, passionate, and guaranteed to elevate your event, look no further than Soundwave Entertainment. Highly, highly recommend!

ed to us as a couple and what we wanted for the vibe at the wedding. They were so responsive if we ever had any questions! DJ Les nailed it day of and he was so awesome!

n to make sure the wedding went perfectly. The ceremony sound equipment worked perfectly, and everyone could hear us and our officiant without a problem! DJ Ruben was THE BEST DJ I have ever had the pleasure of being in the same room with. We gave him some must plays but truly let him lead the way and he surpassed our expectations! He had everyone on the dance floor from grandparents to young friends. Our guests cannot stop raving about the music and the energy of Ruben! He was also a kind and genuine human. We are so glad we had him for our wedding! 100X would recommend DJ Ruben!

e dance floor!

is adaptability. We requested most of our day to be in Spanish which they were able to accommodate instantly. Wendy was quick to get back to us with any questions we had and was very understanding. We also got comments from many guests letting us know that the DJ was great and music choices were “on point”. We did an add on for up lights which elevated the experience for dinner and dance time. We definitely recommend working with Soundwave.

avorite, he seamlessly transitioned into the next song. He also did great job following following our timeline but also making adjustments when needed (inclement weather changed the flow of our wedding a bit, but Ruben was able to adjust on the spot and nothing felt out of place!). We recommend Soundwave as they have a great process for selecting music and even have great suggestions if you're unsure what to play during your big day!

flowing all night long. He truly hit every generation with his song choices, and everyone had nothing but good things to say. The dance floor was never empty! Wendy, the owner, was the sweetest. She walked us through everything from the start and really helped us understand our uplighting options. Thank goodness she did—when our ceremony had to be moved indoors due to rain, the uplighting completely transformed the space and made it feel so magical. We’re beyond happy with our decision to go with Soundwave and would recommend them in a heartbeat!

ding guests on the music choices including the instrumental disney songs during dinner! Our guests all had such an amazing time and we will remember our wedding forever. Thank you Les!

was beyond fantastic. I felt so cared for throughout the entire process—she was always quick to hop on a call, answer questions, and offer amazing vendor recommendations. The planning system they have in place is honestly a dream. Their client portal and automated reminders kept us on track with everything—deadlines, upgrades, FAQs—you name it. And the detailed surveys they had us fill out made it so easy to communicate exactly what we wanted. They even offered common options for various wedding traditions, which helped us narrow things down and feel confident in our choices. We also opted for uplighting, and their venue knowledge blew us away. The second we mentioned our venue, they knew exactly how many lights we’d need to create the perfect effect. It really showed how much experience they have with Orlando weddings. They also gave great song suggestions and helpful advice for navigating tricky family dynamics during announcements. And on the big day? Absolute perfection. Huge shoutout to the BEST DJ in town—Les Kopasz! His passion, talent, and dedication were on full display. We had a very specific vision: Studio 54 meets modern vibes, skipping most traditions and absolutely no slow songs. Les delivered flawlessly. He was mixing tracks live, reading the crowd like a pro, and kept the dance floor packed all night long. We had four generations dancing together—no exaggeration! The energy never dipped below an 11/10. Soundwave, thank you for helping create the best night of our lives. Truly unforgettable.

before the wedding, and we're so glad we did. It really accentuated the beauty of the reception space and set off the dance floor when it was time to party. DJ David was also awesome! His timing of the music was spot on. A lot of my guests are shy, but the dance floor was always full! David also worked with my maid of honor last minute to include a song into her speech. I highly recommend Soundwave Entertainment to bring fun and energy to any event.

ding to understand our group, what style of music we wanted and ensured he had all the songs we requested. We had a more intimate wedding and we weren't sure if people would dance all night, but because he read the crowd so well we had people dancing all night long. He even played Love Story by Taylor Swift without us requesting it, and it is one of my all time favorites and was so special to be dancing with my new husband to. Everyone raved about the DJ after the wedding! Thank you DJ Dave and team for making the night so memorable!!

o add-on additional services and to make sure all details were accounted for the whole day. When I requested a quicker response on a certain contract update, the response was swift and polite, which is super helpful for type A brides like myself! Our DJ was Ruben and he was super kind, approachable, and down to be flexible in the moment! No weddings go totally as planned (including ours) and Ruben totally rolled with the punches, giving my groom and I extra time when we needed it and moving events around in the itinerary when miscommunications happened. Additionally, we kept getting compliments on the music all night, with several people telling us they "wished they could sit down but too many good songs were playing"! Ruben accommodated our specific music requests and kept everyone on the floor dancing and having a wonderful time. The only thing I found odd about the experience is that our DJ did invite himself into the bride's room while my bustle was getting done (between ceremony and reception). He was waiting on us to be ready to announce us to the reception, but it felt like a slight intrusion into a private space. Overall, my groom and I were so happy with the entertainment services provided by Ruben and Soundwave Entertainment, and we recommend them to any couples getting married in the Orlando area!!

The DJ kept the dance floor packed all night with an amazing mix of music that catered to all our guests. They were professional, attentive, and really understood our vision for the evening. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

the night which was very nice! However, he did not play the songs we had on our must play list and did play songs on our do not play list. We would have really liked to heard the songs on our must plays that evening. He also skipped over the father/daughter and mother/son dance until after dinner when people had already started leaving.

mbiance lighting enhanced the atmosphere beautifully, and I loved how the colors shifted during the dancing—it made the night even more magical. We’re so grateful for your talent and effort in bringing our dream wedding to life!

details and provide recommendations as needed!

he music entertaining and my husband and I were dancing all night long. They also did the lighting for our wedding and it was perfect! We had cold sparklers for our grand exit and it was the perfect ending to our special day! Soundwave is the best!! I’m so grateful to have had worked with them.

a great mix of songs that all our guests loved—many said the dancing was their favorite part of the wedding. If we ever needed a DJ again, SOUNDWAVE would be our first choice. Highly recommend!

solute gem—genuinely caring, detail-oriented, and hardworking. From our first interaction, she made us feel confident that our big day was in great hands. On the wedding day, DJ Ray's skill and talent shone through. The music was perfectly mixed, effortlessly blending English, Spanish, and Russian songs to create a lively and inclusive atmosphere. Our guests and we couldn’t stop raving about how seamless and fun the music was! If you're looking for a DJ who genuinely cares about making your event memorable and has the expertise to deliver unforgettable entertainment, look no further. We’re so grateful for their role in perfecting our wedding day!

ferent intervals of the wedding. He felt like family! I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a DJ.

ng unforgettable

ched. They delivered everything we wanted and more on our wedding day. The vibes were on point the entire night and on top of that, the set up was sleek and modern. Can not say enough about how great soundwave was, 10/10 would book again!

arties ! He is very sweet and personable! I had the best time at my wedding thanks to the great music.

rings out the dancing within a crowd of different ages was flawless!

whelming in the beginning to be honest, but necessary to make the wedding go smoothly. I felt everyone at Soundwave went above and beyond for our special day. Our DJ Ruben was great and did a wonderful job picking music and getting everyone to dance. He had an excellent personality and I was happy he was chosen for us!
