We can’t recommend Kevin and Sounds Unlimited enough! Kevin did an amazing job keeping the music going, reading the crowd, and making sure everyone was having a great time. One of our favorite parts of the reception was the “Sing for Your Dinner” idea he planned with our coordinator. Each table had to pick a song and sing it to us before heading up to get their dinner. It was such a fun and unexpected surprise that got everyone involved and created some hilarious, memorable moments!
Kevin went above and beyond to make our reception entertaining and keep the energy up. Sounds Unlimited also provided so much value for a competitive price, making them an excellent choice for our wedding. We’re so glad we chose them to be part of our big day. Kevin, the owner, was our MC, and he was phenomenal. He didn’t simply make announcements and introduce the important moments – he ran the entire evening. He coordinated with all of our vendors, kept everyone informed about what was happening and when, and made sure the night flowed seamlessly from one moment to the next. We never had to worry about what was supposed to happen or whether everyone was on the same page because Kevin was one step ahead.
His professionalism was truly over the top. He was organized, confident, personable, polished, and completely in control without ever making the evening feel overly structured. He knew exactly when to step in, when to keep things moving, and how to read the room. Having him there allowed us to simply enjoy our wedding instead of worrying about the timeline or the details.
And then there was the music! The playlist was absolute perfect. The dance floor was packed, and our guest danced all night long. Kevin and the DJ knew how to read the crowd and keep the energy going from song to song. We had guests of different ages and musical tastes , and somehow they managed to keep everyone out there dancing and having an amazing time.
So many of our guest commented afterward about how much fun they had and how great the music was. That is exactly what we wanted for our wedding – a celebration where people didn’t want to leave the dance floor – and they delivered.
What impressed us most was that they weren’t just our DJ and MC. They became an integral part of making the entire reception run smoothly. Kevin took ownership of the evening in a way that went far beyond what we expected.

e Wedding Show, I actually booked them as my DJ before I had booked any other vendors; not even the venue had been booked yet! Our MC, Kevin, worked with me in the planning process of my wedding to ensure that every aspect, from the processional songs for the ceremony to the idea of including a private last dance between my new husband and me at the end of the night, was covered. He included a Generations Dance using my parents' wedding song to honor their over 40 years of marriage, something that was so special to me to be able to honor them during my wedding. Unbeknownst to me, Kevin also had all of our guests send us selfies before the ceremony started, which was such a lovely and unexpected surprise to receive after my wedding when I finally looked at my phone. It is so nice to have a memory of my friends and family waiting for us to get married saved forever. Sounds Unlimited has a great music control system that let me choose all the songs I did (and did not!) want played at my wedding, but also let guests submit requests. The dance floor was packed the entire time, and that is in part because of the fantastic job the Sounds Unlimited team did creating a party atmosphere. If you want a wedding all your guests will be talking about for the next ten years, hire Sounds Unlimited as your MC and DJ; they truly made my wedding day perfect.

Our pre-wedding meeting set the tone. Chris walked us through our entire timeline, asked thoughtful questions we never would have considered, and immediately put us at ease. His experience showed in every detail. We felt confident knowing that if anything unexpected came up, he could turn a potential hiccup into a smooth, seamless moment.
We also want to give a huge shoutout to Erin, who was incredible to work with throughout the planning process. From start to finish, everything felt smooth and easy thanks to her. She was always responsive, checked in regularly, followed up thoughtfully, and made herself available anytime we had questions. Her support made the entire process feel organized, calm, and stress-free.
On the wedding day, Chris was incredible. He stayed in constant communication with the DJ and our wedding coordinator, made sure the music we wanted played at the right moments, and kept the flow of the event effortless. On the day of, our MC, Jesson was the PERFECT addition to our wedding. He kept the energy high from the moment he stepped into the property until he left late that evening. He kept all of our guests engaged and the day running smoothly. He also took care of us on a personal level, making sure we had time to eat and stayed hydrated!
Our DJ, Micah, was also fantastic. We were a little stressed about picking the right music for our group and he took the reins and did a great job. Our dance floor was packed all night and so many guests have already reached out to us to tell us our wedding was one of the most fun they have ever been to.

On the wedding day, they went above and beyond in helping make sure the ceremony went well. They did great on the music for the ceremony and they also ensured that everyone walked down the isle at the right times and even made sure my dress looked perfect as I walked down.
Then for the reception we had Jameela and she was amazing. She checked in with us before the reception to make sure we were all on the same page and throughout the reception as well. She was a fly on the wall but also very present when needed.
We absolutely loved the whole Sounds Unlimited team.
Oh and last thing, I would absolutely recommend adding the photo booth that they offer through a third party. We and all our guests had the best time with the Photo Booth.

The day of our wedding the DJ seemed unorganized/new. She was very nice, but definitely not experienced. We had chosen certain times in the songs for our grand entrance, but the DJ did not play the songs at those particular times. Also, during the evening she kept asking us if we wanted other songs to play. We made a list of songs to play, but she played them during dinner, not a time to dance to. The DJ however did find some foreign songs that were requested by our guests. We did appreciate that. Overall the DJ was sweet, but just needs more experience. You get what you pay for. I wouldn't hire Sounds Unlimited again.

Before the big day, he really took the time to get to know us and made great suggestions for ways to incorporate our preferred music and our personalities into the event. I am a big music lover and had a lot of specifics I wanted to be included, so this was no easy task! He also took time to get to know our wedding guests, make shout outs, and get people hyped! A friend even took a video of Frank out on the dance floor with everyone, which was awesome.
I only have a few DJ gripes. We had selected 3 different instrumental songs for the ceremony procession, and as I was in line to process down, I heard the first song playing was incorrect (as In, not what we had chosen). However, as the bride in that moment, I accepted that it was just fine to play a different instrumental song…and ultimately, nothing I could do about it at that point! The other two songs (including my processional) were correct, so that was all good. The DJs did a good job of keeping the songs flowing and people on the dance floor, and I definitely heard many of the songs I had chosen in the “music portal” being played throughout the day and night. However, there were many songs I had put on the “Must Play” list that I didn’t hear, which was a bit of a bummer. I also don’t remember hearing the song we picked for our ‘outro’ played, however, this could’ve been because we were running a bit behind schedule for the day.
Despite those few gripes, the music was truly great! Our guests were commenting on how wonderful Frank was as an MC and how great the tunes were. I know the day wouldn’t have run as smoothly if not for Frank and his team.
I would absolutely recommend Sounds Unlimited! They are professional, reliable, and deliver! :)

Our music was great, the online portal was easy to operate, Erin was highly responsive and communicative, and the wedding day went very well. Chris would check in here or there too and we so appreciated that during the big day, especially with any updates or what's next on the plan.

time to figure out, but ultimately led to all our special and favorite songs to be played perfectly. Our actual day of DJ, Ian Beck, was so sweet. When he called us the week before to talk about final logistics he was clearly very prepared, knew all about our vision for the day, and took the time to get to know us as a couple. Our dance floor was full of energy all night long. He took requests, and played a lovely variety for our young and older guests. Our second sound system for speeches was initially a little hard to hear, but otherwise he was able to correct it in the moment and keep things rolling without a commotion. He did an amazing job with flow of the day, and making announcements to direct guests kindly and professionally. My favorite part of our wedding was getting wild on the dance floor and I’m so glad we had a DJ that made that energy happen!

nces, very responsive, and took the time to walk us through our misuse of the online portal. We appreciated the automated emails and reminders too. Even when Erin wasn't available, members of the Sounds Unlimited team went out of their way to find the music we wanted, or uploaded our MP3s when it was too obscure. We really appreciated that they were enthusiastic about making our experience special and memorable in our own way.
On the day-of, we had Marcy and Jesson. Both were very nice, on-time, and clearly experienced professionals! We appreciated that Jesson went out of his way to make sure my immunocompromised family members still got to participate on the dance floor by getting a group of people to all wear masks with them. Marcy also played exactly what we hoped she would, and threw in a few of her own for good measure that everyone enjoyed.
The only downers were two things. 1) Despite rehearsing the processional music with Marcy before the ceremony, the same song was played 3 times and our venue coordinator had to run over and tell her to change the music before I could walk down the aisle. My husband had started to worry that I'd run out on him because I was waiting for my cue! The misstep is pretty obvious in our wedding video, unfortunately. 2) It would have been great if our venue coordinator and Jesson had worked together more to create a seamless experience for us, as there were a couple times where one of them would come to ask us a question we had just finished answering with the other person. But that's also on us for not creating a clear chain of command from the get-go.
Our overall experience was very good and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend! If you're a very picky bride/groom, just make your expectations very clear from the beginning so there's no confusion on your special day.

Planning a wedding is stressful enough and then Covid hit and changed our plans. We had to move the wedding from 2020 to 2021. When we told Erin, the administrative supervisor, that we had to postpone the wedding, she was great and very accommodating to any changes we had to make. Erin was also quick at responding to any questions we may have had, sometimes late at night.
Jordan was our DJ/Emcee. We had a phone conversation before the wedding to go over all the details of our wedding. He was easy to work with and did not disappoint. People were out on the dance floor from beginning to end.
If you are looking for a DJ, give Sounds Unlimited a call. You will not be disappointed.

I love that he read the dance floor and played what suited the night, I also like that he took song requests from my guests and played it without hesitation.
