We got married on 5.16.26 (I’m so sorry for the delay review!) When we were interviewing Dj’s for our wedding, this was very challenging for us. We didn’t want to make the wrong choice. We interviewed a few Dj’s before talking Tony Ho. When we talked to Tony Ho he reassured us, and we knew he would help us have a time of our lives!! We definitely were right! My husband and I were still talking about how great everything was on our honeymoon! We had so many amazing compliments on how great Tony Ho was and how perfect everything was! We felt that the DJ can definitely make or break your reception! Anyone that I know that’s getting married, I pass the word that Tony Ho was amazing and everyone was dancing non stop! We also decided to get their Photo Booth!! Omg was that a hit! Tony Ho asked us to send our wedding invite and he used the background of our invite as the photo strip boarder and customized it how we wanted it! Which I was just expecting a white or black basic boarder! I thought this was very thoughtful! Everyone loved the Photo Booth and thought it was amazing to have a keepsake and take as many photos as they wanted!! Tony Ho also sent us all of our photos in a drop box so we could download all of them, if any were missing from our book! I seriously can’t wait to have a party where we need a Photo Booth again, Sounds Abound has our business!! Tony Ho took many photos and videos to share with us, this was such a nice surprise to see the day after the wedding! Totally didn’t expect this at all! Tony Ho and Nicole were seriously so amazing at communicating! Any time I emailed them I could rely on getting the answer that day if not minutes or hours later! If anyone is in need of a DJ/ Photobooth, Sounds Abound is your answer and you won’t regret this decision! They truly were the best vendor team to work with, made everything less stressful and Tony Ho told us to let him know if we needed help with anything. If we were to redo our wedding Tony Ho would definitely be our DJ again!

DJ, but also as our officiant — so he played a huge role in our day, and he absolutely exceeded every expectation. He wrote a beautiful, personalized ceremony for us and was incredibly organized throughout the whole process. He sent detailed questionnaires to gather everything he needed, and it was so clear how thoughtful, experienced, and intentional he is. As a DJ, he was just as amazing. He was super organized, kept the entire night running smoothly, and made the reception so much fun. We were able to pick our must-play songs in his portal and even share playlists for cocktail hour and dinner, and he made sure every part of the day sounded exactly the way we wanted. He played all of our favorites, kept the energy high, and created such a fun atmosphere. Our dance floor was packed all night. We had conga lines, a special New York Frank Sinatra moment for our NYC guests, and just nonstop great vibes. Tony truly started the day by giving us a heartfelt ceremony and ended it by throwing the best party ever. We honestly can’t thank him enough. We would highly, highly recommend him to any couple!

c during cocktail hour. However, some of that seemed to fall short during the reception itself. Sounds Abound emphasized the "Must Play", "Play as much as you can", and "Do Not Play" playlists. Based on our talks with Nathan, we assumed that all songs in the "Must Play" list would be played and many of the 15 we had were played, but quite a few of ours were not, including some that were special songs for the family and the bride. A lot of songs that were not on either of our playlists were played as well, which is fine, but a but disappointing when some of the Must Plays were never heard. Overall Nathan was a good DJ, but it just seemed like the prep work of the playlists ended up not really followed as closely as we were led to believe. Maybe we should have emphasized our wants in discussions with Nathan before hand.

I never had to worry about anything music related through the whole process. It was very important to us to have a DJ that did not feel like we were in a club. He’s adaptable and can meet you with any style you desire. He was very professional, on-time, and did everything perfectly. The song selection system was very easy to use and all of our must plays got played. He was a wonderful emcee through the night and everyone raved to us how good the music (and the DJ) was! The dance floor was genuinely never empty. All of our guests had an amazing time. In our ceremony, we had mentioned an anime in our vows; without asking or prompting, Tony played one of the songs from that anime in our dinner music! During our planning call, I told him "dance party vibes with no downtime" and he delivered that all night long. There wasn't a single song that had the dance floor empty. He was able to handle last minute changes easily and he was so nice and fun to work with. His set-up was modern and he was able to manage our outdoor ceremony that transitioned to indoor dancing with ease. We all had so much fun and owe a lot of that to Tony!

We cannot recommend Tony Ho enough! There's an upcharge for him since he's the owner, but it's worth it and with the Sounds Abound base pricing as competitive as it is, it was a no...

brainer. He was an amazing DJ to work with from start to finish. He answered all of our questions so quickly and never made us feel silly for the things we asked (even when I feel like they might've been). On wedding day he was so sweet when we finally actually met in person, and he definitely knew what he was doing when playing music for the party. For our first dance, we hadn't rehearsed anything or told him how much of the song to play, so when we felt we were done I just motioned to him to cut the song and he joked that we were "out of moves" which I thought was very funny. We also didn't do traditional mother/son or father/daughter dances, but my husband and his mom still wanted a more special song to dance to, and he accommodated this with no judgement at all. If people weren't dancing, he knew to change the song pretty quickly. Some of the songs had specific notes on them, like that if he played Never Gonna Give You Up he had to BLAME the groomsman that requested it which he did, and we had a special requested song for our 10-month-old nephew, but he noticed that he left the party pretty early so he didn't play the song because it would have been weird for everyone else, but he still played The Dinosaur Song by Blippi for our 2-year-old niece who loved it. He also understood our whole timeline and accommodated small changes to the speech schedule, as well as the fact that we were going to sneak out for about a half hour to take photos down the road, so he knew not to play any of our (the bride and groom's) requested songs while we were gone.

e had to book them, too. From the start, Tony O. was wonderful to work with. Communication was always timely and efficient, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. When we decided to add uplighting at the last minute and he didn’t have any available, Tony even helped us find another vendor so we could make it happen — such a thoughtful and professional gesture that meant a lot to us! We had Geoff as our DJ and John running the photo booth, and both were incredible. Geoff kept the night running smoothly, checked in with us about small details and last-minute changes, and made sure we always felt included in the flow of the evening. The dance floor was packed all night long — our guests are still talking about how much fun they had! Their online planning system is also super user-friendly. It made it easy to select our “must play” songs, note songs we didn’t want to hear, and organize all the key moments (first dance, father-daughter dance, etc.). It took so much stress off our shoulders, and the night couldn’t have gone more smoothly. I can’t recommend Sounds Abound enough — from start to finish, they were professional, organized, and genuinely cared about making our day unforgettable.

ond. Starting with the owner, Tony, his communication was incredible - he was so quick to respond to every email with a solution. Tony was also so accommodating and willing to support in whatever we needed help with, which was so appreciated in the stressfulness of wedding planning. We had multiple uniquely edited files that he worked with us to incorporate into our wedding, helped incorporate cultural music, and answered every question. Our DJ, Tim, was also amazing. I had several specific requests and only had to go over everything one time and he had it down. He was attentive, detail oriented, and actually cared about our wedding going according to how we wanted it. In fact, even when it started raining in what I hoped would be an outdoor ceremony, Tim stayed out there and was willing to accommodate to whatever we wanted for our day. Additionally, several things ended up not going according to plan during our ceremony but Tim was so attentive to everything going on that he seamlessly adjusted the music to the point where no one could tell. Tim also did a great job keeping the dance floor alive, adjusting music as needed, throwing in some cultural music that we had requested, and overall having a fun mix for our guests. Overall, such a great company and group of people- highly highly recommend!!

He was always professional, punctual, prepared, and brought a joyful, friendly energy that truly made the day special. We also rented the photo booth from him, and his assistant who ran it was incredibly kind and accommodating. It wasn’t just your typical photo booth either — we were able to create fun boomerangs and use a variety of digital backgrounds, which added so much to the experience for us and our guests. Music was one of the most important parts of the day for us, and Tony absolutely nailed it at the reception. He gave us great suggestions for our first dances and curated a playlist that kept our guests — including me, the bride! — dancing all night long. He was also an excellent MC, smoothly guiding the flow of the evening and keeping the energy high. We would recommend Tony without hesitation — again and again. He gave us his all, and it truly made our wedding unforgettable.

He even went above and beyond to let a Pleneros band play for 30 minutes to honor my husband’s Puerto Rican tradition, which meant so much to us. He also trimmed our first dance songs so seamlessly, as we didn't want them to be too long! off was the first vendor we booked because we knew we wanted a full and fun dance floor. From the moment it opened to the last song of the night the dance floor was full of fun and questionable dance moves. We had an immense number of guests comment on how amazing the DJ and music was throughout the reception. Since our wedding (2.5 weeks ago) a couple guests have even reached out inquiring how to book Geoff for their upcoming weddings. Aside from Geoffs amazing DJ skills, he was attentive and communicative with my husband and I's requests. Geoff was able to calmly command the reception attention for speeches, as well as hype the crowd up on the dance floor. Working with Sounds Abound was easy and seamless throughout the entire process, we had immense faith in their abilities and would recommend them for any event!

We were initially hesitant to hire a DJ as we wanted a lot of say in the music choice not only in the ceremony, but also the dance floor. We had Tony Ho be our DJ/MC through Sounds...

Abound and we could not have been more happy. Firstly, the worksheets prior to even talking to Tony were laid out so well that we felt like we had as much creative control over the wedding music as we wanted. We were able to pick 20 "must play songs" and 100 "recommended to play" songs which were plenty for what we wanted on our dancefloor. Even more important, we were able to select "do not play" songs to avoid some songs we felt were not for us that usually play at weddings. From the start of the ceremony, to the cocktail hour, and finally to the reception, the music flowed so nicely. The worksheet allowed us to pick out the style of songs at each leg of our wedding day. We had a few songs that Tony was able to get for us even though it wasn't on their website initially which we very much appreciated. Our facetime when we met Tony was also so laid back, and we just went over the worksheet together and answered small questions to tweak the small stuff. We very much appreciate how flexible he was from set up of his equipment to accommodating our mom and son dance (which was a medley of 3 different songs). They also offer up lighting which we added to brighten up the already gorgeous venue. We also added the photobooth as an add on and our guests loved it. Tony's assistant Doug was manning the photobooth and he was fantastic as well. Couldn't have asked for a better DJ/MC and group to hire for our special day. Thanks again Tony and Sounds Abound!
