day, our DJ was clueless and messed up the processional. He forgot to change songs before the bridal party entered, so part of the party went down to the wrong song. He only switched to the right song after seeing me motion to him with a panicked face. During one of the meetings, he basically asked that I create Apple Music playlists of the songs I wanted for the evening, despite having carefully curating my selection on their platform. So, I spent hours transferring my work for the cocktail hour & dinner music. We discussed the remaining music I had selected in their platform would be used for the reception dancing. However, during the dancing, only a few of my selected songs were played, yet several I had asked not to, were played. My bridesmaids and I had to try to communicate the songs we wanted and the DJ couldn’t understand us over the music. I was SO disappointed to have spent so many HOURS carefully picking out music, only to be begging the DJ to play the few I could remember. It truly made me so upset and I wish I could go back and not book with this vendor. He messed up so much throughout the day, & I felt like I had done his job for him with the playlists he asked me to make in addition to the platform selection. I wish they would have apologized or done something or the many mistakes, but alas nothing was done. If you are particular about the music you want, then stay away from this vendor!!

Adam was very friendly and professional, he had worked at our venue, Folino Estate several times, and he was flexible with several last minute decisions we made for our reception. We highly recommend SoundFactor Entertainment and Events for your wedding or event!

An example of this: started with Turn down for what by DJ Snake, Lil Jon and transitioned into Get Busy by Sean Paul. The dance floor was packed all night! We also paid for the uplighting (highly recommend) and we weren’t sure what color to pick. Adam saw our decorations and helped pick the perfect color to match the decor. Adam is amazing and I will recommend him to everyone I know!

e wedding - entrances, ceremonial dances, speeches, etc. He took our input for songs we wanted and didn't want, and had perfect recommendations when we were unsure of what would be best. Extremely competitively priced too!

ded up working with Kevin and he was fantastic. We had a few phone calls with him and could tell from the beginning he was a great match for us. The whole process was so easy and effortless. Kevin really helped keep things flowing on our wedding day and also was flexible when we decided to change things up last minute. He definitely kept our dance floor full and people had an absolute blast dancing. We also did the Photo Booth add-on which I think was definitely worth the money. Was reasonably priced and people really enjoyed taking pictures together. They made custom photo strips for us and printed as many as people wanted in real time. We also got digital copies of all the pictures afterwards! 10/10 would work with them again.

DJ Kevin Rhude was amazing communicating with our photographer and videographer, making sure that everything ran smoothly and in a timely manner. He got our wedding guests into the dancing mood which was a high priority for us for our reception. Overall, we loved our experience and could not recommend them more.

s released! Our guests were on their feet, dancing and having a blast until the very end of the night. As the bride, I honestly don't think I ever even left the dance floor. Kevin's seamless transitions and perfect song choices made our reception unforgettable. He was extremely easy to work and was an effective communicator. We also hired him to play music for the ceremony which was held outdoors and went without a hitch. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but hiring a DJ like Kevin from Soundfactor was one less thing we had to worry about. They're experts that you can rely on and we will forever be grateful for making our wedding "one of the best".

iving, first time we saw him was when we lined up for the ceremony. Names were messed up for bridal party on entry to reception, matron and maid of honor names were reversed. There was barely any interaction between him and the guests (the bridal party went out to start dancing). His mouth was way too close to the microphone to understand and worst of all, he FORGOT our names. Very very unprofessional. We tipped ahead of time too (20%). No thank you, nothing. Didn’t even say goodbye at end of evening. Members of the venue staff and photographer commented to us about this as well. We tried to reach out to owner (Adam) and have not heard back after 2 weeks. Stay away!!!

amazing DJ, he was a great time to work with and brought the energy. He played everything we asked him to and more. He showed up early and made sure we all felt comfortable with the mic and plan. Our friends and family keep telling us they want to do it all over again. I would give them 6 stars if I could.
