ng an unforgettable atmosphere for our big day.
A huge shout-out to Manny, Nathan, and Lani – they went above and beyond in every way. Nathan & Manny's expertise in curating the perfect playlist kept the energy high throughout the evening, ensuring that every moment flowed beautifully. They had skillful transitions and ability to read the room kept the dance floor packed all night long. Lani was an absolute joy to work with—her attention to detail and great communcation made everything feel organized and stress-free.
The team’s communication leading up to the event was top-notch, and their attention to our specific needs made us feel completely supported. They really took the time to understand our vision for the wedding and turned it into reality with a sound and lighting experience that was nothing short of magical.
I cannot recommend this team enough. They truly made our wedding day a celebration that we’ll never forget. If you’re looking for the best DJ company to bring your event to life, look no further! Thank you again, Manny, Nathan, and Lani, for making our wedding so incredible!
We got married this Fall of September 2024 and we are so happy Sound Wave Events was our DJ. We got matched with DJ Isa who we immediately connected with. He was easy to get along ...
with and a welcoming guy. He understood our relationship with music and especially the music we chose. We definitely bonded over music genres and he executed our day wonderfully especially as an MC. Lani was our main point of contact answering all our questions and offering to be our support if we needed assistance with anything to the wedding. She was efficient, kind and responsive to our emails. We used several services of theirs and it led us to have a discount. Overall, a well-rounded team with outstanding care to our special day. We could not emphasize enough how worth it is to have Sound Wave Events be part of your day too.
We hired Soundwave for our wedding. My biggest fear hiring a DJ was that they were going to play cheesy 1980’s garbage no one wants to hear. And boy did my fears come true. Yes, pl...
eople were dancing, but it was because everyone was at a wedding trying to have a good time. No one wants to hear “Barbie girl” or “Girls just want to have fun”. The next day my wedding guests talked about how bad the music was. Im not sure what the point of that big long questionnaire they made us fill out was. The only saving grace was that I specifically asked the DJ to only play EDM music that I selected after 11pm. Once he started playing music from that list, it was great. But from 7pm-11pm it was horrendous. I expected a lot more for one of the most expensive DJ’s in town. If you’re thinking about hiring them, I highly recommend curating a playlist they have to generally follow for the entire night.
We used Sound Waves for our wedding in September and they were amazing!! We had Nick as our Dj and would definitely recommend him! They were very helpful the whole process!

JT went above and beyond expectations. We got so many compliments on our DJ. He helped with not only keeping the party going, but keeping us organized and on our timeline.

ails of my day. Lani is literally the sweetest and would randomly send me notes to check in. The process is ridiculously easy and it’s all available online.
I would absolutely hire Sound Wave Events again for another event (company party, block party, other events, etc.). 10/10

selection was perfect! They kept the crowd lively and we have no complaints! Also communicated great with our day of coordinator to make our day flawless. Highly recommend.
Sound Wave Events was AMAZING! They helped keep our wedding on schedule and would come and get me when I needed to be somewhere at a certain time. Nick was great!!
Our DJ’s were the best! They took care of everything from the ceremony to the sparkler send off and were great at announcing everything that needed announcing!
Soundwave went above and beyond to ensure our wedding music experience was exactly what we wanted. The thing I wanted the most for our wedding was an epic dance party at the end of...
the night and our DJ, Ricky delivered just that. We didn’t give him a ton of guidance for the late night music but once people were on the dance floor he played music to keep the party going. The dancing got WILD and Ricky did an incredible job picking up the vibe and mixing in requests seamlessly. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out and our guests had an amazing time. Soundwave’s team is also super helpful and responsive when it comes to planning and leading up to your big day. They are super detail oriented and do not miss a thing.
If you’re looking for an epic wedding music experience do yourself a massive favor and book Soundwave!
SO AWESOME. Here is the thank you we sent to Soundwave after they DJ'd our wedding (to which I would also add that the event was seamless thanks to the DJs MC-ing):

ust want to say THANK YOU to the soundwave team and our AWESOME DJs for a super fun event!!!
As far as we are concerned, our wedding was PERFECT and the DJs were a huge part of that. Carson and the other DJ (don't remember their name but I do know they were smiling the whole time!) both looked like they were really enjoying themselves and that makes us super happy. They absolutely kah-RUSHED it with the music--they took our playlist suggestions and ran with them, adding their own flavor and totally playing to the vibe of the evening. Everyone had an amazing time dancing--my only complaint is that it didn't last longer!!!!!!!
Lastly, thank YOU Lani [the client coordinator] for your enthusiasm, brightness, and thoroughness throughout this process! You are killing it--perfect personality for the job.
Thank you all so much and we hope all your future events are at least as fun as ours! Cuz ours was completely rad!"

h Cesar really put us at ease & helped us with SO many details, many we wouldn't have thought of - we even ended up hiring them to do lighting and that was a load off our hands. I wasn't sure about the necessity of having two DJs but turns out it made a huge difference - made things go smoothly, no gaps in music or announcements. It was perfect. Sound Wave was always quick to respond to questions and provided good suggestions as we planned everything out. They have experienced professionals who really know how to throw a super fun party. They worked diligently with our daughter & her fiancé to give them exactly what they wanted. Sound Wave delivered, 100%! It was money well spent and I highly recommend them.

Communication with the Sound Wave team leading up to the event was also excellent, they kept us informed at every step of the way and worked with us to make sure our music taste was incorporated throughout the night.

me who the DJ was because he was the best wedding DJ they had ever heard. I didn't really know what kind of dance music u wanted and the DJ did a great job of picking up on what people were dancing to and staying within that genre. Thank you Soundwave for making my wedding so amazing and special!

ot of time creating playlists of our favorite songs that were meaningful to us. Our DJ (Lenny) did an outstanding job mixing our songs and extrapolating to other songs he felt fit our style. he actual day, it was nothing short of amazing! We were lucky enough to have Nate as our DJ; he was awesome! He was so knowledgeable in not only what music to play for each part of the day, but he also knew exactly how the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception should run. Oh and everyone danced! That was a huge priority for us; make the dance floor packed and he did just that. He was THE best! The moment we contacted Sound Wave Events to be our DJ’s, I knew we were in great hands. If you want your wedding day to feel like a dream mixed with the best party ever, definitely use them!
I am so happy I went with Soundwave as our DJ. We had Talon who was a blast. Our group of people weren't much of dancers, bridge and groom included, and by the end of the night and...
with our trusy friend Mr. Open Bar, we were all out dancing having a good time! Seriously, my husband and I went into the venue that morning like 'we only have to do two dances' and we somehow ended up giving each other lap dances and closing out the venue! It was such a blast! Talon worked some serious magic. On top of that, their whole planning team was so easy to work with. With good ol' covid19, we couldn't do in person meetings for a while but they helped us do phone meetings, even with our horrible schedule, they made it work. It was so easy to book and plan with them and Talon kept the reception running smoothly and on schedule! Thank you so much!

ice little pep talk before walking down the isle and it so smooth. Gabi was also so great to work with! With working full time they made EVERYTHING work. Gabi would check in and make sure everything was going great, as well as keep me on track with getting things finished for the big day. I would HANDS DOWN suggest you just go ahead and book them ;). Thank you all at Sound Wave!

d needs for the timeline and the music requests. I can't say enough good things. They truly made the wedding unforgettable. We got married in August of this year and they helped make our wedding the party of the year! I keep having guests call or text saying how amazing the DJ's were. They were worth every single cent!
Cesar and his team were awesome! They danced the entire time and kept the dance party going even after a slight incident with a guest. They made sure we were on time and stuck to the timeline! We literally were 2-3 min off our timeline the entire wedding! Cesar and his team are amazing and working with Carley throughout the process was the easiest process. Soundwave makes it easy for you to have an unforgettable and perfect wedding. I honestly feel like we had a perfect day and Soundwave was a part of that!
I worked a wedding with Lenny and Jenson last weekend (I was the wedding coordinator). I have to tell you how amazing they were. First of all, they saw me needing help with setup ...
for the wedding and were complete gentlemen and came to help me, anything I asked they did and were still able to set up all their equipment with plenty of time before the wedding started. During the reception, Lenny did such a great job of getting a pulse on the guests' antsy-ness level and was quick to think of solutions of how to keep the party going. His smooth but energetic voice directed guests and kept the upbeat vibe going. Jenson is by far the best dancer I have seen and you can tell he LOVES his job. His dancing was infectious and made everyone around him want to bust a move. I loved working with them and was so appreciative of them for their help and party expertise.
Seriously, one of the best choices my husband and I have ever made. Carley and Nate were professional, available, and so much fun. I wouldn’t have changed a thing when it came to o...

to have fun! Whenever we talk about our big day, our guests definitely mention how great the DJs were and how fun the photobooth was!
If you’re looking for a rocking wedding/event: THESE ARE YOUR DJS!
BEST DJ in town! They are organized and help you keep your day stress free!
Sound Wave was a huge part in making our wedding such a success!
First, we really appreciated how much time and effort Toby spent with us before the wedding to help us figure out ...
what kind of music we wanted and when. He gave us a ton of ideas which was great because we weren’t sure what exactly we were looking for.
On the day of, Toby and his crew did a great job of keeping us on time through our tight schedule and setting the tone with just the right songs. The mics and other equipment ended up being super important as well, especially with the wind! The dance party was super fun and Soundwave made great choices to keep everyone happy!
Booking through Sound Wave was also great because we could get some of the other wedding rentals done (floor, lights, etc) and so the package deal just made everything easier from a vendor perspective. They were experienced with our venue so it all went super smoothly.
We used the Beats for your Block service for my daughter's birthday. The staff was great to work with and the DJs were so very fun! We all had a great time!!!
While Sound Wave ended up not djing our wedding thanks to Covid-19 drastically changing it from 75-100 people to just our parents and siblings, they were still so awesome to work w...
ith up until the change that I wanted to write them a review. Carley and Talon were so kind, informative, easy going and fun we actually looked forward to speaking with them. They have so many suggestions for each little detail of a wedding you can imagine and want to make sure the bride and groom have everything they could imagine and want. They were incredibly professional but still down to earth and genuine people. Even when we cancelled with them the week before our wedding they were so kind and understanding and said to let them know if there was anything they could do to help. We will definitely be using them if we ever get the opportunity to again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for knowledgeable, fun, and entertaining djs.
I could not be happier with my experience with Sound Wave! The customer service, the special features offered, and the professionalism of my DJ’s was amazing. Lenny & Caesar-y’all ...

Our DJ and his assistant were so fun and did an amazing job the day of our wedding! There was absolutely no stress on our end as the couple.
I would highly recommend Sound Wave Events for any wedding!

ing to dance floors and finally they have the smoothest day of coordination I have seen from any wedding yet. Every employee at Sound Wave Events is warm and friendly and goes above and beyond to make every stage of planning manageable- which was a HUGE plus for a stressed out bridezilla. Not being sure that I even wanted a DJ, these guys made it worth it in so many ways and I would use them in a heartbeat for any other event I plan.
They were so amazing and helpfully throughout our whole wedding planning. They all checked in to see how the planning was going and made things easy and not stressful! Thank you!
Great experience working with sound waves. Lenny was awesome dj kept the party going and was accommodating with requests
After talking to a couple other local DJs (and debating if we even needed one), we met with Sound Wave Events, and right away they felt like the perfect fit. Lenny was our DJ, and ...
from that first meeting, his personality meshed with ours. He seemed in tune with the vibe and music we were looking for (without us having to put together a playlist or give much guidance). Leading up to our wedding, Carley was there for us, prompt about communication, and easy to get in touch with.
At our wedding with Lenny and Cesar there, it felt more like having a friend around (who just happened to be taking care of all the music and the night's transitions) than a vendor. Lenny checked in with us a couple times but only to see how we were doing; he took care of his parts seamlessly. Our guests loved the music, with several asking us for Sound Wave's information so they could have them at their wedding or event.
All in all an awesome experience and one of the best choices we made for our wedding. We were so glad to have Lenny and Sound Wave there!
We LOVED working with Sound Wave. We had Lenny as our DJ and he was professional and fun! They hung lights, kept the party going, and helped us stay on track with our schedule. One...

st to work with and understood our musical preferences perfectly, and was able to blend our style with what was best for the mood of the room. Carley was so organized and great at checking in with us. Even our wedding planner commented on how professional and easy to work with these guys were. And then of course, the dancing itself! Everyone at our wedding was having such a good time we paid to keep the party going a bit longer. Worth every penny. Thank you so much Corden, Carley, and everyone at Soundwave! You made our wedding perfect!
