We could not recommend SPE as your DJ/Emcee for your wedding enough!! We were lucky enough to have Scott and John as our DJs on the night of our wedding. They both did such a fantastic job communicating and setting up meetings with us throughout the planning process. They provided music for our ceremony and reception as well as all the mics, AV equipment, and beautiful uplighting - we didn't have to worry about ANYTHING, it was SO easy! One of our goals for our wedding was to have the dance floor absolutely packed all night and SPE delivered! We had so many people say that our wedding was the most fun wedding they have ever been to and I attribute a lot of that to SPE, especially Scott and John! Thanks guys!

SPE brought the party to our wedding! Scott + team were great to work with and brought a fun energy and atmosphere to the night. Music for everyone was played and the dance floor was full the entire night! Following high school, he took his talents to Mount Union College (go Purple Raiders!) where he majored in history and triple-minored in adolescent young adult integrated social studies, American studies and political science. He taught at Garfield Heights City Schools while growing SPE. Eventually, the business demanded more attention, and he made it his full-time career.

This master of the mic has been in the DJ business for more than 13 years, founding SPE when he saw a hole in the market. “The companies that had been around for decades were still using CDs and even cassette tapes,” Terranova said.”Our competition wasn’t embracing technology. I knew that we could help the entire industry raise the bar for Cleveland wedding entertainment. Entertainment, for me, has never felt like a job. Simply put: It’s a passion. - Logan CawleyLead DJWith Logan Patrick as your DJ, you get someone who is the biggest fan of your party but can also guide it from beginning to end. You get a mix of passion and energy with professionalism and attention to detail. “When I am your DJ, you get someone who is dedicated to making your special day unforgettable,” he said. Sound Precision Entertainment’s clients have said Patrick has a unique ability to blend tracks to create a unique sound. “I love when I play a remix of a crowd favorite that clearly no one has heard before and everyone loses their minds when the beat drops,” he said. Since starting with SPE, the Pennsylvania native says he has expanded his song library and now finds himself effortlessly mixing between genres to make sure guests hear their favorite tunes. However, one song Patrick can always be trusted to play at a wedding is “Never Change” by Don Diablo. One of Patrick’s biggest music influences is Daft Punk, who he says changed the way he thought music could sound and expanded his musical horizon. However, he would love to work behind the booth with Dutch DJ Tiesto.
- Matt HribarLead DJWhen asked what three words his friends would use to describe him, Matt Hribar, lead Sound Precision Entertainment DJ, said, “Passionate. Funny. The Moment. Incredible … Oh, wait, is this too many words?” If that quote doesn’t describe Hribar, we don’t know what does. “My normal type of emcee style is pure fun!” Hribar said. “It’s almost like we’re filming a reality show and I’m the host! The event and personnel also depend on the style I create. I pride myself on being adaptable.” Hribar is high-energy and knows how to get a party started. However, he can also tend to the needs of a more conservative crowd, if necessary. “I’m interactive, willing to start the party but not be the center of it (unless you want me to be)!” he said. “I’ve found that I’m able to balance the needs of a crowd and the vast majority of guests are happy with the music choice (which is difficult to do, usually some demographic of a wedding can be hard to please).” And Hribar has learned a thing or two in his years DJing. He said he used to be MUCH more rambunctious (which we don’t think is possible). While still boisterous, Hribar said he has become more contained and focused while also growing his mixing skills. His top music influences include Susanne Sundfør, Norwegian pop artist and composer, Lady Gaga, The Killers, Florence and the Machine and DJ and producer Alison Wonderland.
- Karyn AdamsLead DJKaryn Adams’ friends would describe her as loud, wild and confident, which are coincidentally also the qualities necessary for a good DJ. “My emcee style is all about letting the music do the talking,” she said. “I am a gentle guide for the night. I play host and announcer and lover of parties. But the music is doing all the hard work. I like to keep it smooth and flowing.” Adams matches the energy of the night – from wild dancing and sing-along songs to slow and meaningful first dances. “I like the music to match the ebb and flow,” she said. “I like a smooth transition and for those to continue all night long – not only between songs but between moods as well. An effortless roll into a slow song and an energetic emergence back into dancing. I believe that people only wanna have fun. I feel the same way so let’s party together!” Sound Precision Entertainment has received stellar feedback on Adams, with many clients saying she is fun and has a lot of energy. “I try to engage the audience as much as possible,” she said. “I want everyone to have a great time so I show that I’m having one too, and it’s an open invitation to join in.” As Adams has grown in her DJ abilities, she has become more confident in her mixes.“I went from playing it safe with popular music to choosing music that I think will surprise and delight,” she said. “I want to create the perfect atmosphere for a party – even for the slow and romantic parts. I am here to help in any way I can and make it the best night ever.”Adams said she is heavily influenced by musical theatre, so some of her biggest influences are Broadway shows. Her favorite performer is Julie Andrews, who instilled in her a love of performance, art, singing and music. But that’s not to say Adams doesn’t enjoy and appreciate other genres. In fact, the one song she can always be trusted to play at a wedding is “Fireball” by Pitbull, and she would love to DJ with Kesha.“She puts on a wicked performance, and I’d love to feel that kind of
- Christian HintonLead DjWhen Christian Hinton first started DJing with Sound Precision Entertainment about three years ago, he was nervous, and his style was much more reserved and laid-back. But now that he has a few years under his belt, his style has evolved to be more engaging, outgoing and energetic. In fact, if he could DJ with any celebrity, he said it would be J.R. Smith: “That dude knows how to party – what can I say?” “I try to develop a great relationship with the couple from Day One to show my true outgoing personality before, during and after the wedding!” he said. This began with Hinton’s first-ever wedding, which he says he really enjoyed because he was able to build a rapport with the clients months in advance. “I really felt a connection with them from the start, and their wedding felt like one I was doing for personal friends,” he said. “Developing that relationship from the start is so special to me.” Hinton has received exceptional feedback from our clients, who love his hands-on approach to ensuring their weddings are the perfect day for them. “When people book me as their DJ, they get someone who cares and somebody who will DJ their wedding with passion,” he said. “I treat each and every wedding like I am part of the family. That means accommodating needs for the couple, playing every song in their desired playlist and connecting to family members to ensure everybody is having the time of their life.” One song Hinton can always be trusted to play is “Forever” by Chris Brown, but he also has a repertoire of songs he usually goes to when things need a bit of a boost. However, he says one of his biggest music influences and just general inspirations in life is Hans Zimmer. “He creates music that has always spoken to me in one way or another,” Hinton said.

Lead DJ/Emcee Andrew Nutial says he would go by DJ Nutch (pronounced “NOO-CH”) if he had a celebrity DJ name. “Nutch,” a nickname he’s had throughout his life, is short for his last name, Nutial. We think it’s catchy! At Sound Precision Entertainment, Nutial is responsible for meeting with couples prior to their wedding date, setting up sound and lighting equipment, emceeing weddings and large events, playing and mixing music, catering the event to meet the unique wants and needs of the bride and groom and overall creating a wedding experience couples will never forget! “I enjoy creating the ‘little moments’ that people will look back and remember and being able to host and create a party that makes their wedding memorable,” Nutial said. Nutial, originally from the Canton, Ohio, is married to his wife, Kaylee. The two have a goldendoodle named Winston. “My wife pushes me to be the best version of myself and to work hard to achieve my dreams,” he said. “She always reminds me that short-term sacrifice and discipline usually lead to long-term success.” As both a husband and wedding DJ, Nutial has advice for couples planning their big day. “Don’t let others’ opinions sway your decisions,” he said. “Your mom, dad, brother, sister, cousin or Great Grandma Irene will all have an opinion about your big day (what flowers you should have, what venue you should pick, should the wedding be outside, etc.) but it is YOUR day. Be selfish and choose what you want and what makes you happy.” When he isn’t DJing or spending time with Kaylee and Winston, Nutial, who has an undergraduate in communications from The University of Mount Union and is currently earning his MBA at the University of Cincinnati, works as a national accounts manager. - Josh BoothLead DJLead DJ/Emcee Josh Booth is a veteran DJ. This will be his 20th year in the industry, although he says he kind of fell into it. “I’ve always loved music, and, as a kid, I would make tapes from the radio,” he said. “I would buy CDs with all my money and play music on the stereo and make mix tapes. I also played my parents’ records on our home stereo and would bring my CDs anytime I would hang out with friends.” Booth’s first “official” DJ gig was a 50th birthday party for a fellow parishioner at his church. When he attended college (he earned a bachelor’s degree in broadcast communications from Baldwin-Wallace University), he started to take more interest in DJing. “At college parties, we would have have the computer playing music, and, eventually, I would get behind the bar and start crafting the playlist for each party. Then organizations would ask if I would DJ, and I started buying equipment. I got connected with a local community center that was having a weekly activity night, and that’s what launched my DJ career.”The first wedding Booth DJed was his brother’s, where he also served as best man. “My love of music, all kinds of music, is what got me into DJing,” he said. “I thrive on weddings where the playlist is not ‘normal.’ Some of my favorite events were ones where I didn’t understand one word of the music!” When Booth isn’t DJing for Sound Precision Entertainment, he manages the day-to-day operations for a cluster of radio stations. He serves as the music director 95.5 The Fish, scheduling the daily music logs.A lifelong Northeast Ohioan, Booth grew up in North Lima, a suburb of Youngstown. He currently resides in Alliance with is wife of 10 years and three kids, as well as their energetic sheepadoodle.
- Alyssa WatsonLead DJLead DJ and Emcee Alyssa Watson not only juggles multiple gigs – she’s also a professional juggler! “I have experience juggling balls, rings, pins and doing Diablo, devil sticks and poi as well!” the Wisconsin native says. Watson is comfortable both in and out of the spotlight as she can slide effortlessly from performing a juggling routine to mixing tunes behind the DJ booth. She started in the business about 11 years ago and has been DJing consistently for about six years now. “I would see so many guys behind the board just making so many people dance and break through their shells, and I wanted to be that person!” she says. “I also wanted to help diversify the industry by being a younger female behind the board!” Being a woman in a male-dominated industry hasn’t stopped Watson from rocking the mic. She says she is a jack of all trades – capable of playing any style or genre and killing it! “My specialty is 2010-2017 mainstream and hip hop, but I also specialize in classic rock (70s-90s) and enjoy country and many other styles of music!” she says. “As far as personality, I’m super bubbly, just that fun, upbeat, always-dancing DJ!” Watson says her favorite part of the job is seeing the smiles at the end of the night and getting hugs and high-fives thanking her for making a memorable night. And she absolutely loves a couples’ first dance. “Seeing the love, and commitment and being honored to introduce them for the first time dancing as husband and wife is honestly a beautiful moment,” she says. When Watson isn’t DJing (or juggling) she works as an operations manager and teaches dance. She also cleans aviaries and fish tanks at local nursing homes (we told you she was busy!) However, her favorite job is being a mom to her 2-year-old. “I don’t have much free time, but when I do, I spend it with my family!” she says. “I love going places and spending time with my fiancé and my little boy! - Aaron CrosbyLead DJLead DJ/Emcee Aaron Crosby is a master on the decks. He has the skills to make any wedding a true dance party. Aaron is no stranger to DJing, having performed at venues all across Cleveland. He takes pride in tailoring each wedding to each couple. A lifetime Cleveland resident, Toth has a hand in almost everything at SPE, from meeting with clients to DJing events. He also created and maintains the websites for SPE (www.spedj.com) and its sister company, Capture Cleveland (www.captureclevelandphoto.com). “I love building websites,” the Cleveland State graduate said. “It’s always nice to have a creative outlet.” Toth has attended hundreds of weddings during his professional career, and because he works hands-on with couples, he’ learned what it takes to make a good event. “Don’t worry about trying to make everything perfect,” he said. “If you expect everything to be perfect, it won’t be, and you’ll be upset. If you think this will be the best day of your life, then what happens afterward? Don’t put all that pressure on yourself. If something goes wrong, let it roll off your shoulders, and just enjoy yourself!” When Toth isn’t working at SPE, you can find him trying out new restaurants in the Cleveland area. “Seoul Garden in Parma is one of my favorites,” he said. “I’ve never had anything there that I didn’t like. If you go, try the soju!”

wedding day photos and she did a great job with taking her time to understand what we wanted as a couple for the photos. All the photographers and videographers for the day of the wedding were great with communicating throughout the whole day both with eachother and us. Scott and the djs had the dance floor rocking all night!!! He knew how to get everyone out there of all ages. The price for what we got was very reasonable. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone getting married you will not be disappointed! Thank you to all!!!!

stic job communicating and setting up meetings with us throughout the planning process. They provided music for our ceremony and reception as well as all the mics, AV equipment, and beautiful uplighting - we didn't have to worry about ANYTHING, it was SO easy! One of our goals for our wedding was to have the dance floor absolutely packed all night and SPE delivered! We had so many people say that our wedding was the most fun wedding they have ever been to and I attribute a lot of that to SPE, especially Scott and John! Thanks guys!

John made sure that we had everything in place for our wedding day, and also was super easy to work with and flexible. We had some small last minute changes and he worked them in seamlessly. John also was terrific at controlling the flow of the evening, the dance floor, the speeches, it was all great! We had multiple meetings leading up to the day, and they had everything perfectly set up. They made it easy for us to know what we needed, when we needed it by, and what our next steps were. We were so happy that we got such an amazing experience from SPE and it added no extra stress to our planning season. Could not recommend them enough!

Unfortunately, it seemed there may have been some miscommunication with our DJ. There was a noticeable pause/mistake with the ceremony music, and the reception music didn't completely match with our expectations. While everything else went very smoothly, this issue during such an important moment is the reason we are giving 4 stars instead of 5.

I was slightly picky on the music and what type of vibe I wanted to be played throughout the night, and they never made me feel like my requests were too much or annoying. Scott did amazing as the em-cee throughout the night of our wedding, and our second DJ Mike was UNREAL! Our dance floor was filled basically the entire night and I’ll never forget how special and fun our wedding was thanks to Scott and Mike.

ng we were assured we didn't need to do any heavy planning with them until about 3 months out. Once it came close to that time frame we made contact and finally started working to plan our day. The planning process was fine, we figured they do this all the time, so though it was underwhelming we trusted them as the experts. The week of, we were informed our DJ would not be able to work our event because something personal came up and that we would be working with another DJ instead. We never met him and offered to meet prior to the wedding so that neither of us were going into it blind. We heard nothing.
The day of the wedding we happened to cross paths with our DJ and met him. He admitted his didn't listen to any of the custom songs we provided for key points of our day. Prior to us entering for the reception he asked us about the song and when he should announce our entrance. After explained the song builds, he again admitted he didn't listen to it yet. The worst was when we went to do our first dance. We selected an acoustic of an EDM song. When it got quiet to start dancing he played the EDM song. He did quickly change it to an acoustic. He also did not coordinate with our photographer who missed some shots because he didn't follow the timeline.

on the day of our wedding we were extremely disappointed. It was 2 DJ's I had never spoken to before with a brand new set up they were raving about. I had provided the DJ with our requested dance songs (first dance, father daughter etc.) and we reviewed them 2 days before over the phone. However, when my husband and I came through the doors for our entrance, they didn't play our entrance song at all. When my husband did his mother-son dance, they played a cover of the song - it was not a great cover. Then, the worst part, was when I got up to dance for my father daughter dance, it was the complete wrong song. Luckily we both knew the song, but it was not the song my dad and I chose so we were very disappointed. I have emailed them multiple times now to talk about this situation and have not gotten any responses whatsoever.

Our DJs were so great! The mixing was amazing and they were SO good at getting the crowd hyped. The only complaints I have are:
1. They did not play all of our "Must Play" songs, ...
but the music was great so it wasn't a huge deal.
2. I wish they would have announced the audio guestbook throughout the night. We had a lot of people that didn't even know it was an option.

in regards to wants and expectations for our big day. Scott T. and John T. killed it and knew exactly how to bring the energy and keep everyone on the dance floor! We had so many people tell us days and weeks after our wedding that it was the best wedding they have been to- I truly feel a majority of that has to do with these 2 DJ's and SPE. From our ceremony music to our dancing at our reception to our last dance they were truly phenomenal. I would hire them over and over again. You are missing out if you don't have SPE as your DJ for your wedding!!

l great about because most of them felt like typical salesmen who loved to tell us just to trust them and let them do what they do. When we met Scott and the team it was the complete opposite. During our brief talk we were told that they did great work and no matter what because it was our wedding, whatever we wanted they would make it happen. That is exactly what we got from Scott and the team. First of all, out of everyone we worked with during the whole wedding process, these guys were without question the easiest to work with. They were completely flexible with our schedule with zero issues which was extremely relieving. Second, when we met for an official meeting the team was completely upfront about everything they offered and the cost of everything, nothing hidden or sprung on us in between or later, and they were very organized and clear about their services. Last, on the day of our wedding they were on top of everything. Scott was our master of ceremonies who had great energy and kept a great vibe throughout our event. The other team members who were also Djing were great and joined in the fun with our guests to help make for a great time on the dance floor. I think it’s also really important to point out that they stuck very true with what they explained to us, anything that we specifically said we wanted or did not want to hear as far as a song or genre goes they stuck exactly to without any deviation. The only time any deviation happened was when my wife or I specifically asked for it. When they say they deliver the party you want they mean exactly that and make sure you know that day is only about what you want. We decided to also have Cuff Link Media be our videographer and let me tell you this is a must. First and foremost they were extremely easy and fun to work with on the day of the wedding. Normally a wedding no matter what is filled with stress on some level and they were completely stress free. More importantly, the finished product of our video looked like nothing short of professional movie quality. Our highlight video looked like a legit movie trailer, and our complete video blew us away. A lot of people when it comes to wedding services tell you they are the best and fall short, but this team delivers exactly what they promise and more. I can’t think of any other group who would be better to have as your dj and video team.
