Sorrida Salon

rofessionally, but when I say she was spot on with everything, I absolutely mean it, 100%! While my bridesmaids and I were getting our hair and makeup done, Michelle even made suggestions to our photographer for better shots and photo ideas! I would recommend anyone to Sorrida Salon!

My engagement photo timing was weather dependent and Sorrida Salon was very flexible to rearrange my appt. as long as I gave 24 hour notice. I ended up having to cancel the first appointment due to rain and they were quick to schedule the alternate appointment -- SO flexible! Hair and makeup on my wedding day went smoothly. Though the hair and makeup stylists failed to introduce themselves (i still don't know who was doing make up), they were professional and cooperative even as one bridesmaid was not happy with her hair the first time around. In summary, Sorrida Salon staff were flexible, on time, friendly, and supportive of my entire bridal party. They made the getting-ready portion of my wedding day enjoyable and stress-free. I LOVED my hair and makeup and love looking at pictures. Thank you Sorrida -- I'd hire you again in a heartbeat and will definitely recommend you to future brides!

going, both she and her assistant were pleasant, on-time and finished ahead of schedule! They did hair and makeup for myself, 2 matrons of honor and 2 moms and we all felt gorgeous!

hem together. They were on time and ready to go when they said they would be and finished on time. I was little worried after the trial as it did not look perfect and a few pieces fell out, but can say they take a lot more time the day of and everyone looked wonderful and I was very happy with my hair and my bridal party's.

g well on styling hair and makeup for all 7 members of the bridal party in time for our 11am first look (we started at 7:30am). I live in Capitol Hill in a 1bdrm, and the 3 stylists on our day worked well in even a smaller space. For hair, my girls requested everything from updos to finger waves, and they all looked fab. I would highly recommend the team at Sorrida!

and ease of communication. Hair & make-up was something I never worried about and I got many compliments throughout the day and after about hair & make-up. Also, having them come to us was a huge weight off my shoulders and really fun! I would recommend them again & again, thank you for making our day so special.

nitely say I am glad I chose them. The trial was amazing and they created a look even better than what I had initially asked for. I felt so beautiful on my wedding day. They listened to all of my particular needs and desires and made sure they came true. I felt like a princess!! Their prices are fair for the quality service they offer. Highly HIGHLY recommend these amazing makeup artists and hair stylists!

Michelle and her team were so sweet, efficient and relaxing. They put me at ease and everyone looked great!

. My bridal makeup trial was with a girl named Kenzie, after providing a Pinterest board of pictures and very precise, descriptive attributes about what I was looking for in makeup, I was left with unshaped brows, crooked eyeliner exposing my lash line, a weird silver/black eye shadow combination (when I asked for a neutral smokey eye with shades of champagne/taupe shimmer) and coral/red lips instead of the pink I requested. After two hours and an attempted touch-up from the Salon's owner, Michelle, it was clear Sorrida was incapable of doing makeup in general. At the end of the day I could have done a better job doing my own makeup. They didn't even put mascara on me! I left my consult to attend an event and had to completely redo my makeup in the car because I looked horrible, I didn't even look like myself. Michelle has been accommodating in agreeing to return part of my deposit but the entire experience, dealing with Sorrida Salon, has prompted me to want to warn other brides. Bottom line, I would not trust Sorrida to touch me on my wedding day.

hank you!

anything better!! Michelle is the most talented hair and makeup artist I have ever seen, you will literally feel like a movie star when she is done with you! Use them!! Not to mention great prices!
