I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Wendy, who did my alterations, she is the sweetest! She made me feel so comfortable and confident every step of the way. Her attention to detail and calming presence made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I couldn’t have imagined a better experience, and I’m so grateful I found my dress (and team!) at Sorelle.

me and try on the dress in October, I had left it there to get alterations....The employee said we need to take 4 inches of bottom and held it up to where it had to go. I left that appointment, and left my dress at the shop, thinking that they would do this. Now it's June, I'm finding out that alterations were never done, and they had not scheduled me another appointment when I was checking out with my veil and accessories. I had no idea I needed another appointment! This is my first time getting a dress tailored. The manager I spoke to said that this is the bride's responsibility, however I had no idea that another appointment was needed and nobody communicated this. My wedding is a month away, and my dress had sat there for 8 months completely untouched. My mother called and asked if I should come back for another fitting in May and we were told to pick up the dress 2 weeks before the wedding

The dress I ultimately chose had all of my favorite elements of the dresses I had tried on earlier in the day, and I am so thankful for Marque’s patience and attention to detail! I also had my dress altered on-site by Wendy, who did a phenomenal job. I had four fittings in the months leading up to my wedding, and Wendy made sure my dress fit perfectly. I am so grateful to the ladies of Sorelle for helping me find the dress of my dreams and making sure I felt beautiful and confident on my wedding day!

ot bother with another bridal shop, I did not pass Go, I went straight to Sorelle. The staff at Sorelle make the experience- they don't just show you dresses, they find YOUR dress. I went in and told them an idea of what I wanted, and they spent as long as it took trying on different styles and giving great and positive feedback until I found my wedding dress. They are super kind and uplifting and will always remind you that you are beautiful. The staff remembers their customers and treat everyone like family. The manager, Michelle, jumped in and advocated for me when an outside seamstress had difficulty getting the dress brought in and made sure to be present to make sure that my dress fit perfectly. Her experience and advice at each visit were invaluable, and she went above and beyond to make sure that I had a great experience and would feel happy and comfortable in my dress on my wedding day. I'm incredible grateful for everyone at Sorelle!

ring my appt, they told us to sit back and relax, the stylist would pull everything. She looked to be about 16years old. She completely ignored what I had wanted to try on and just kept bringing what felt like random gowns in to try on. At one point, 15+ minutes go by, my guest and I cannot find her so we go out to look for her and at dresses. She came over to talk to us, she didn’t have one dress in hand. I guess she just wasn’t going to bring us anymore gowns? After only trying on about 5 dresses and waiting almost 1-1.5hrs, we left. It was honestly a huge disappointment and a complete waste of time.

ery so she was having a hard time walking the team at Sorelle's assisted her with the stairs and got us the closest room to the front door, they even got her a chair with arms like she needed. I thought I knew what type of dress I wanted when I went in but after talking with my bridal stylist she brought me some different options and I ended up getting something completely different. I ended up getting my dress, veil and even a belt which they turned into straps for me. I got my dress altered at Sorelle's too, the evening hours they offer were so convenient with my work schedule and the seamstress made sure I loved everything she was doing. My dress turned out beautiful and fit like a glove for the wedding. I was able to pick it up the day before and they even steamed it for me. They will make sure you look and feel your best for your special day!

, homecomings, proms, etc. so it was a natural choice to include Sorelle in my daughter's quest for her dress, and as usual they did not disappoint. EVERY single person who works there is professional, easy to work with, friendly, and makes the entire experience so personal and enjoyable. There is no pressure to say yes to a dress, and in fact it took two appointments before my daughter found her dress, which they ordered in just for her. They are as thrilled as the bride is when she knows she has found her dress. My daughter had one "bride" moment a couple of weeks after we purchased and she tried on her dress in her size. When she reviewed the pictures she noticed that the illusion neckline did not look the way it did on the designer website, and would they be able to get her dress to look like that. A call to Michelle, the manager, who asked that we text pics of the desired look and how the dress looked on my daughter was all it took. She was confident in her reassurance that yes the dress would be altered to look like the one on the designer website, but went a step further and arranged for my daughter to bring the dress back so she could show her how the alterations would get her the neckline she wanted (crisis averted!). The seamstress who does the alterations is a miracle worker! Not only did she deliver on the neckline, she added a layer of sparkle tulle, and made the dress fit perfectly and comfortably...the end result was stunning. That is the kind of professional yet personal customer service Sorelle and everyone who works there delivers.

However, Michelle (the manager) blew the experience out of the water. She was AMAZING. So full of life, very eager to help me find “the one,” made me feel comfortable and beautiful in my own skin, and had me laughing and enjoying myself the whole time. I ended up purchasing my dress on the spot and had a great experience. I would HIGHLY recommend Sorelle!

From there, any time I had a question or started second guessing my choice, they were all ready to assist and never made me feel bad about asking what I felt were silly questions. Their alterations process was an absolute breeze and they even held my dress at the store until right before the wedding since I lived with my now husband prior to the wedding. After the wedding, I went back to have them clean and preserve my dress and was immediately merged with requests for pictures. They truly make you feel like part of their family!

I also asked to try on things outside of my box just in case! She was so pleasant and helped me try on if I remember correctly 20 or so dresses. It ended up she had picked a dress I had been stocking online for months, and as soon as I put it on, I knew it was the one! My gorgeous cathedral veil was also from there which Amanda so perfectly paired with my dress! My mom’s dress was also from sorelle and because I purchased my dress there, she received a discount! They were just as sweet to my mom, as they were to me as she tried on dresses! Again, I cannot speak highly enough of the girls at Sorelle!

In general I am an indecisive person and they were all amazingly patient in helping me pick accessories such as earings, hair clips, and my veil all of which I purchased there as well! They offered their honest and professional opinions while respecting my thoughts throughout the whole process. I felt beautiful in my dress all day long and it fit like a glove – I had my alterations done there as well. Great experience as always and I highly recommend!

After trying on about 13 wedding dresses, the manager Michelle came over and instantly knew the perfect dress for me...and she was right! That is the dress I will be wearing tomorrow on my wedding day.

nd engaged my sisters and mom and made us feel comfortable there. But that’s kind of where the good stops. I wasn’t totally sure what I wanted when I got there. The stylist I got was nice enough, and did help narrow down the type of dress I wanted, but clearly was just trying to make a sale. I was consistently put in dresses over budget. There was a lot of whispering directions going on between her and her manager (take her to the big mirror, put a veil on, do the “close your eyes and envision” thing, etc). I didn’t need the dramatics to know what dress is the dress for me, and I’m not naive and can totally see what you’re doing. Even if I found THE dress here, which I didn’t, all of that stuff would’ve made me walk right out and buy it somewhere else. Every salesperson told me I was beautiful in every dress before they even looked at it. I can recount a specific person literally saying how beautiful it was before I was even out of the fitting room just because she made eye contact with me - totally fake. The word beautiful completely lost any meaning by the end of the appointment. When I left without a dress, there was more whispering and disappointment that they didn’t make the sale. Super unprofessional and didn’t give me a reason to come back for another appointment to keep looking. We’ll go elsewhere.

I decided one was okay they then took me to a bigger mirror told me a whole long emotional story to make me cry and pressured me into thinking it was the dress. Went to another bridal store and it was a world of difference and am very glad I did not pick the dress from this store. They are very pushy.

ff members greeted my bridal party and I as they walked past, regardless of their position within the salon, that’s something you don’t see too often! We were due to be married in October of 2021 and we weren’t having any luck with our venue search due to the 2020 brides moving their dates, so I decided to book an appointment at Sorelle Bridal Salon in hopes to brighten my mood. We were “assigned” a woman named Marsha, Aunt Marsha to be exact and she was the sweetest woman I have ever met!! I explained to her our situation and how upset I was about this pandemic ruining everything and instead of joining my pity party, she changed the mood of the subject by introducing beautiful dresses and personal stories of her experience with brides and weddings. I was laughing and smiling the entire time and couldn’t remember why I had even been upset. I didn’t love anything I had put on until the final dress she had found. She asked me to close my eyes before looking in the mirror and she painted the most beautiful image of our wedding day in my mind, something I had never done before.. I opened my eyes and couldn’t catch my breath, tears just started rolling down my face and my now husband and I’s song came on over their speaker system. I was escorted out to the “big mirror” and was greeted by a woman named Jeanie. She was very helpful when it came to briefly discussing alterations, accessories and my dress. Jeanie floated around the room but always made sure to stop by us to make sure everything was perfect. After my decision was made, she congratulated me and we small talked about Aunt Marsha, our big day and my experience/expectations.. I thought this woman was a random employee just being nice, SHE WAS THE OWNER. For her to willingly make small talk with me, a young adult, it meant the world to me because you don’t see higher-ups taking time to get to know their customers. It was almost like it was meant to be and without the positive reinforcement from Aunt Marsha and Jeanie I wouldn’t have been excited about planning a wedding at all. Of course I said yes to my dress even though I told myself I wouldn’t cry or purchase a dress that day! From the moment Aunt Marsha appeared in front of me until my final appointment with her, I felt so important and loved by her as if I’d known her my entire life. Before I left she reminded me that it would all work out, and of course it did. I made a second appointment with Aunt Marsha to show the mothers and sisters the options, they had no idea I had already said yes to my dress. As they watched my try on a handful of dresses one stuck with them, luckily it was the dress I had already decided on. The entire staff put on an act as if they’d never seen me before, it was great! I made a third appointment because we moved our wedding up an entire year and I had two months to receive my dress. A receptionist, Ms. King, was able to have my dress in within 6 weeks for me to pick up, a huge weight off of my shoulders to say the least! The level of professionalism from Aunt Marsha, Jeanie and the rest of the staff was truly amazing. There was not a single detail overlooked or unaccounted for by anyone during our entire process. I received numerous compliments on my dress & a thank you card & well wishes for our perfect day from the staff!
