Our wedding weekend would not have been possible without Sophia! From the first conversation we had, we knew that we would have a great working relationship. It was a challenge to ...
plan and execute an Indian wedding while I was working full time and while my wife was a full time nursing student. Sophia helped us every step of the way and we could not have been happier with the result. Sophia has excellent vendor relationships and all of her suggestions worked perfectly with our vision and budget. She is personable, flexible, professional, and just plain easy to work with. All of the vendors that we interacted with made note of her professionalism and we always felt that everything was handled. For each of our wedding event days, we just showed up and enjoyed the experience! That is what we hoped for on our special weekend and Sophia overdelivered. Sophia’s planning made us feel confident going into the wedding weekend and we are forever grateful. We cannot recommend her enough!
You must choose Sophia! We hired Sophia Katarina Events, specifically the Wedding Planning Management package, for our February wedding and could not be more pleased with the serv...
ice. Sophia is supremely organized and responsive. A month before our wedding, I sent her our contracts and she took it from there. I am so thankful for her support; she dealt with less than capable vendors leading up to the wedding and then navigated our back-up rain plan in not just rain but a county-wide blizzard warning. Sophia was easy to communicate with, open to all of our ideas (no matter how crazy), prepared for anything, professional and poised at the wedding, and kind throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Sophia Katarina Events for your big day!
I hired Sophia Katarina Events for my month-of wedding coordinator. Sophia is kind and so easy to work with. She checked in with us multiple times throughout the wedding planning p...
rocess, even before it was the actual month of the wedding. Sophia gave us ideas and suggestions as we were finalizing the wedding day, and she and her team made my wedding day flow so smoothly. All of my venders loved working with her - they found her organized, polite, and overall a pleasure to communicate with - and my venue will be adding her to its preferred vendor list!
Sophia is such a friendly and sweet person, I found her and contacted her and was so prompt in getting back to be and get the job done. Everyone from both of our families loved her...
... She was on top of everything even with the last minute plan changes... Highly recommended
Thank you so much Sophia for all that you did.
