We had the best experience with Sonic Rue! From the very beginning, Chris made everything stress-free, and was always so easy to communicate with. He absolutely crushed it with the music. The dance floor was packed all night and everyone had such a great time! His whole team also did an amazing job with our ceremony music and live musician at cocktail hour, and made the whole day run super smooth. The photo booth was a huge hit, and the saxophone was such an awesome and unexpected touch! Our guests could not stop talking about it. We are SO happy we chose Sonic Rue for our wedding. Chris truly went above and beyond and helped make our night so much fun and memorable. We would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a DJ!

Can’t say enough good things about Chris and Sonic Rue! Chris is incredibly responsive, super easy to work with and makes the DJ aspect of wedding planning the easiest part. My husband and I had a few details in our wedding that we needed Chris’s help for and every ask was taken care of flawlessly and became some of both ours and our guests’ favorite part of the night. We also had two live music acts, violin at the ceremony and saxophone during cocktail hour. Chris can rock a good saxophone and found us a great violinist as well. We couldn’t be more thankful for the perfect night and all the extra details Chris and Sonic rue mixed in that made the day so special. Thank you again, we can’t stop talking about the music!

Additionally the services he offers for entertainment is more than any other DJ I have seen. Between the live music, photobooths, audiobooks and more there was so many options to enhance our special day. For our wedding on June 4th Chris was punctual and did everything exactly how I asked. Nothing was missed at all. The music was all perfect, sound was great, and introductions ran so smoothly. He played the saxophone during our cocktail hour which our guests LOVED. He even took the saxophone out during the reception which was incredible and added such a special touch to the day. I was so blown away by how amazing everything was. We also utilized the photobooth, which the photos were amazing! such great quality. We also included the audiobook, which I highly recommend because it was so nice to play the messages back after the wedding. I would recommend him to anyone and hope this review helps!

ing. A huge highlight for us was having one of our groomsmen play the piano during the ceremony, a moment that wouldn't have been possible without Chris’s technical support. During cocktail hour, Chris played the saxophone (everything from today’s hits to even playing 'My Humps'!), which our guests loved. He kept the energy high with cold sparklers going all throughout the night. When our custom playlist ended, he checked in with us and seamlessly transitioned into a set that fit our vibe perfectly. To top it off, Liza was fantastic at the photo booth, even having all the 'Just Married' signs ready for us when we got there! Getting all those photos back afterward was so fun. Chris was by far the best choice we could have made. Our guests were still talking about him weeks later!

The day of our wedding was great. Our guests loved the sound quality, beautiful uplighting, and best of all - they loved Chris! He was so attentive, personable, and made our cocktail hour and reception incredible. With so many moving pieces, I was worried something may go wrong, but Chris and his team had everything under control. They were extremely organized and even gave me a worksheet to fill out ahead of the wedding to ensure we had a plan. A few highlights -- the band agreed to play an extra hour at our welcome reception and everyone loved them, the guests also loved the saxophone player who was out on the dance floor during our reception, the photobooth was a big hit and we loved being able to see all of the pictures after the event, and the dance floor/music never slowed down (which is exactly what I requested from Chris).
