nized everything into one document: schedules for the ceremony, reception, DJ, photographer, and rehearsal dinner, plus to-do lists, packing lists, vendor details, contact information… the list goes on! Before I could even think, “What am I forgetting?” she already had it covered. Such a huge weight off my shoulders. And she didn’t stop there. She came to our rehearsal and directed the processional and recessional, which is no easy task with a big wedding party and kids! She also helped decorate our reception. I had bought an absurd amount of décor but had no clear vision for putting it together. When she asked if I had a Pinterest board, I unfortunately had to say no. With zero hesitation and the calmest energy, she said, “No worries, let’s see what you have.” I immediately felt like I could breathe again. With very little direction, she took everything I had and created exactly what I’d hoped for but couldn’t figure out how to bring to life. If you’re struggling with a vision, she is your girl! She can look at a room and know exactly what to do. Then came the wedding day, and Alex handled EVERYTHING. Missing bartender? Handled. Adjusting the timeline to accommodate having only one bartender? Handled. Moving décor from the ceremony to the reception and coordinating teardown that night? Handled. Music wasn’t matching the vibe. Handled!  She even got our bags into our hotel room and decorated it so we came back to the sweetest surprise. When I say this woman can do it all, I mean it. Talk about Superwoman! She handled every curveball without putting the stress back on me and kept insisting that I enjoy my night. Without her, all of those responsibilities would have fallen on me, could you imagine??? There’s zero chance I would’ve managed everything and still enjoyed our wedding. Alex, thank you SO much for your creativity, your calm energy, and for showing up for us in every possible way. You gave me the chance to actually be present and enjoy a day I worked so hard to plan, and I’ll always be grateful for that. Straight up Superwoman! ❤️
