I’ve waited a while to write this because it’s a lot and honestly I just haven’t really wanted to think about it. I reached out to Bo the owner two months after our wedding day and...
never heard anything back from him about the problems on our wedding day. We had quite a few issues that contributed to a big amount of stress for me on my wedding day. I will outline a few items here because I think anyone using them in the future should ensure that the below issues are not issues any longer.
1) They didn’t put salad dressing on all of the tables for the plated salads. The head table had no salad dressing on it at all, but instead had Aus Jus in dressing boats on the tables. It only took the first 7 people at our table mistaking the aus jus for balsamic for it to catch on that the mistake had happened. This was a rough way to start the meal with salads covered in meat sauce....
2) We ran out of food. Our numbers actually came in about 10 less than we had given them due to last minute cancellations so I was stunned that we ran out of most everything from the buffet with multiple tables left. The last few tables were only able to get salmon and vegetables and missed out on the other main options we provided. I heard many of our guests left hungry.
3) and 4) and 5) The Bartenders were EXTREMELY unprofessional. We had discussed there being no tip jars since we were tipping all staff and assured them we would tip plenty. We didn't want our guests to feel obligated, but knew that many would tip anyway. The first thing I saw when i finally entered the cocktail hour was an enormous hand made tip jar.
Next they were mixing and taking shots. It was a little much for 5:30PM before dinner even started. We never discussed shots and we were OK with them later on, but maybe don't yell at the bride and groom when they finally get to have a drink to take a shot with you. I didn't realize we were paying the bartenders to also drink on the job. Our wedding was meant to be elegant, but they were turning it into a Saturday night at Coyote Ugly.
Lastly...they were hitting on everyone! They hit on my new sister in law right in front of her husband. It was unprofessional, uncomfortable, and just an all around disappointment. I really didn't want my guests to feel sexually harassed at my wedding. I had to mention this, on my wedding night, to the coordinator a few times to try to get a handle on the situation. I felt like I was babysitting these bartenders.
I think at this point i just want to make sure that I took the time to write a review so that this doesn’t happen to anyone else on their wedding day.
My wife Hannah and I were so excited to see the beautiful display at our wedding. The food was exactly what we ordered and the staff was great! Very personable and professional. Hi...
ghly recommend.
Amazing food and staff. Pour la France! was everything we hoped for. Planning a wedding, guests don’t care about your flowers, centerpieces or what your chairs look like. They want...
to be fed delicious food and drinks. We had a wedding with 150 guests where each one came up to us and complimented the food. Some very picky people to please and they were genuinely happy with the steak, chicken, macaroni & cheese, Parmesan potatoes and all of the other yummy goods we chose.
Bo and the staff are some of the coolest, nicest people to work with. They come expecting to help set up and clean up. They want to ensure your event is everything you envisioned and more. Hands down would recommend and will use them again and be stopping in for lunch boxes for my now husband!!!
Bo and his team at Pour La France are amazing. They were very easy to work with and the food was delicious. We had a taco bar that our guests said were some of the best tacos they ...
have ever had. We also had their team bartend and Scott was great, made jokes and our guests enjoyed the whole evening. Thank you Pour La France!

pressed with their food and we feel honored to have Pour La France as our wedding caterer. The most impressive about them, their staffs were friendly and Johnny asked us what kind food we want on our plate/cocktail and brought it on our table with cocktail without us asked them! I love it! Highly recommended Pour La France to my friends, families, and people out there also I will have them again for my future events!
It was a pleasure to have you as our caterer!
Thank you Pour La France! Catering

ts were very impressive with their food and the employees are very honored to service food for Groom and Bride provide us included cocktail. When we are doing photograph shooting for cocktail hour, their employees already thought of us, which they brought, drinks to us without us ask them. We love them and we will definitely ask them to be our catering for my multi-companies and my holiday events.
Thank you, Pour La France!

We chose Pour la France so that we could offer a vegan option along with two non-vegan options. It worked out great for us. The food was fantastic and both vegans and non-vegans h...
ad plenty to choose from. All the guests said the food was great and people especially enjoyed the salmon. The appetizers seemed a bit small for the price and we definitely ran out of those quickly during cocktail hour (not a big deal at all).
The rentals (linens, glasses, plates, etc) and bar charges were a bit more than we had anticipated but the food prices were very fair. All fees included it ended up being $72 per guest (includes food, rentals, and beer/wine bar service, we supplied the alcohol ourselves).
Communication prior to the event about small changes to our order were super easy. They had worked weddings at our venue before (Chief Hosa) so during the walk through they knew basically how to set everything up and provided recommendations for table set up and the whole thing seemed super simple.
The day of the wedding brought much cooler and rainier weather than we had anticipated and communicating all these last minute small changes the day of was easy and seamless. All in all we had a great experience and would highly recommend Pour la France!
Pour La France catered my wedding on July 22 and it was just amazing!! Staff was friendly and incredibly helpful for my mom, who was coordinating the wedding the day of. She is kin...
d of a hard person to impress, too! The food was absolutely delicious (we had a taco bar) and everyone had plenty to eat and kept telling me that it tasted so great. We also had an ice cream bar and it was very fun for our guests and myself. The staff set up everything so nicely to allow for a smooth day.
For clean-up, staff was quick and helped out in ways that we didn't even expect, they truly went above and beyond! They even left a wine bottle with a hand written card for us on our special day.
All of this was done at a GREAT price, too! My budget wasn't, by any means, large since we wanted a small wedding but they were able to give us amazing food, exceptional service, and great help at a lower cost than other catering companies we had looked at.
Communication was also amazing, they responded so quickly to every message and very patient with every change that I decided to make (I've since learned that event planning is not for me!) and were able to make great suggestions for us.
We would definitely recommend them to anyone else looking to cater for any event!

iends said that she was pretty sure they were the best mashed potatoes she'd ever had. I had a TON of people comment on how good the brisket was, and that was one of our favorites when we did the tasting too. Not only was the food delicious, the staff was super easy to work with an did a fabulous job. We definitely recommend them!

Johnny and his team were on top of their customer service and kept checking in on my husband and I to make sure we were taken care of. My husband is French and him and his family were highly impressed with the quality of service and food. Many thanks to the entire staff and highly recommended!

The staff during the reception was also really good... polite, professional, and quick to help the guests. They were so thoughtful. They even gave Karen a small honeymoon plate as she was getting dressed to make sure she got some food that night.
We thought the food was delicious, and all the guests I've talked to kept raving about it too. Thanks to Pour la France we had a perfect day.

the entire evening making sure the chairs were set up and made sure the bride and groom always had a drink and everything we needed. They helped with set up and clean up. They were so professional both the day of the wedding and before with the planning. They were priced very well and worked with us one on one with our budget and wishes. They were there to help every step of the way. Malinda was amazing in helping us plan our day. I still have guests coming up to me asking where our food was from and telling us how good everything was, and even complimenting on the service. Thank you to all the staff for helping make our day perfect!!!
