And if planning hundreds of celebrations has taught us one thing, it’s that the perfect event isn’t the result of correctly centered napkins or a flawlessly executed day-of timeline. While important, a truly perfect event is the result of...
• The culmination of crucial micro-decisions along the way
• Magical moments that make your heart skip a beat
• The little details that are unmistakably you
• Being surrounded by the ones who are most important to you
• Having free time to truly savor every moment

ndors pre and post-event, and chose the most gorgeous tablescape design I could have dreamed of. The entire day I did not feel any concerns or worries knowing that Stephanie was there to troubleshoot anything that could go wrong. It was easy to put my trust in her. My day would not have been the same without her. I cannot recommend her enough!
When our new wedding venue realized they were unable to deliver on an all inclusive offering, we were referred to Stephanie Green at Socialite Events to assist us in navigating our...
wedding planning saga! At first we were just going to use her as a Day of Coordinator, but after realizing how much time planning takes we knew hiring a planner would get us going faster and avoid “costly” mistakes. So, we decided to upgrade her services to the Partial Wedding Planning package. We are glad we did. Stephanie set up an initial strategy meeting with us to get a feel for what our daughter and, now husband, wanted for their wedding. She started making recommendations for vendors and set up our event checklist, so we wouldn’t miss any of the many details. Stephanie was there with us throughout the planning process. She set up zoom calls, got proposals, reviewed contracts and guided us on what questions to ask or what to look for in services. She kept the planning process moving along smoothly. She was a great sounding board to bounce off ideas and when a vendor was dragging their feet on getting us a proposal she got right on it. A few weeks before the event, she gave us our “Wedding Day Playbook.” We really loved reviewing the "playbook", which gave us a detailed timeline on how the day would unfold. This is when you can really start visualizing the wedding ceremony and reception. We worked together to tweek the timeline by removing/adding things that were important to us. Stephanie took care of all the day's details which is huge! Since she was involved in the planning process from the beginning it made it so much easier for her to check on the vendors' and all the little details. This enabled us to relax, so we could enjoy the day.
Stephanie also has the experience and professionalism needed to deal with the unexpected. Without going into the “bizarre behavior” of this new venue owner, she kept things from quickly spiraling out of control which would have ruined this happy day. We highly recommend Stephanie Green and Socialite Events to everyone as she comes with the experience you need for your successful special event.
Let me just tell you Stephanie is an angle! She truly made our wedding stress free and EXCALTY what we wanted. She saw our vision and made it happen.
